3 panics in a span of one hr

Question

My mac book panic'd 3 times in 1 hr. 2 of them because of my airport and once because of my cisco vpn.
1) What's wrong with my airport? Why does it join any open network even though I set the "ask before joining a network" The panic happened once in the past 2 months with the same open network my mac joins at work. Some one has a open network and I am turning my airport off to avoid that now.
How do I uncheck "Remember any network this computer has joined"? its greyed out now. precisely, I want my mac to join only the networks with a WEP password.
2) There are no files in /cores directory. Its empty. I am wondering if the location of core dumps when a panic happens has changed?
3) How do I find the root cause of this kernel panic with my airport?

I'd say your panic was related to a Cisco device you
are using because a Cisco driver is listed in the
dependencies.
Yes, As I said, it panic'd oncwe due to the Cisco VPN, twice due to the Airport Y day and once before as well. so Airport seems to be causing most of the panics.
Configure your Airport to only join preferred
networks. Delete any undesired networks from the
list that will appear.
How do I delete the undesired networks? At work, There are a couple of Marriotts around and my airport catches every network around. I cannot uncheck the "Remember any network this computer has joined" option. Its greyed out.
Your computer should not be able to join any password
protected network unless you enter a password. If
you are able to join other networks without requiring
a password, then those networks have not enabled
security.
I understand this. As of now my airport sees 12-15 networks with security enabled or not. Where do I delete them?
