Here's something I threw together rq. The script is in the change event for the checkbox in the table. (Of course, you'll have to modify it to suit the names of your fields.)

We have 30 company codes in our FI production system. So to plan another new company code to be deployed into the system, we need to know exact data capacity (database) of the previous company code that we already deployed. Kindly let me know whether it possible to calculate the database size occupied for a particular company code in a SAP system.

Its not possible to calculate data size based on company code.
By creating company code It will not occupy much space. Depends on your posting documents for particular company codes.

It does show the aggregate size.
Command-Option-I opens the Inspector window. (Or open the File menu and hold the Option key. Get Info turns into Show Inspector.) The Inspector is similar to the Get Info window but it shows aggregate info for multiple selections. It is also dynamic — if you change the selection while the Inspector is open, the info changes to reflect the current selection.

Finding the custom tag name from inside the tag handler

I searched the forum, but couldnt find the answer (or in the API). In my custom tag handler, I want to know what the name of the custom tag was. Is this possible?

Hmm, that's unfortunate. Thanks a lot for your work. I had a feeling since it wasn't in the API that it wasn't possible. Here's why, and maybe they will add this feature later...
We are making our own tags for buttons on our app (the button will be an HTML table, with a clickable background, that looks like an image, but isnt).
The HTML designers want tags they can drag and drop to the screen in DreamWeaver, including visual feedback on what they dragged and dropped. So the tag <fast:blueButton>Continue</fast:blueButton> will show a blue button image in dreamWeaver with "Continue" as the text. There are a lot of parameters to set for each button, like height, width, border, etc. that will be configured in an XML config file for each button.
It would be nice if all the buttons we invent in the tld point to the same generic button class, and when the generic button class runs, sees which button called it, and gets its config from an XML file.
This way the designer could add more buttons with the tld and XML config, and no more java classes are needed. However, if a generic button is sent with a type param: <fast:button type="blue">Continue</fast:button> then there is no visual feedback in the tool (in the first case we could have set the fast:blueButton to be the image of a blue button) and it cant be picked from a list in the tool (the designer needs to remember which types exist). It seems not important to programmers, but for designers it is important.
Oh well, I will see if there is another way to NOT have tons of Java classes to support.

Custom Tag won't display the attributes

Quick summary: I can't refer to the attributes passed in to by custom tag.
I have a .jsf page that is passing two strings. One is from the backingBean and the other is hardcoded.

Are you using Windows Vista? If so and you have Aero turned on that sometimes causes strange things like that. It used to happen to me in Fireworks. The way I got around it was having it launch Fireworks in compatibility mode that would revert the display from Aero to standard.

Oracle stores numeric data in variable-length format. Each value is stored in

Can anybody suggest me which BAPI to be used in order to recalculate the pricing condition that is already maintained in the CRM order.
I'm trying to upload .txt file which contains basic price value ( condition type ZPR0 ) to update in the order. This new value should over write the existing one in the CRM order & recaluclate the tax & other condition types in the pricing procedure. Can anybody suggest me how to go abt.

How can I calculate the total size of my email messages?

I have an iMac and MacBook Pro. I use Apple's Mail application on each computer and have three email accounts that are feeding into it. I currently synchronize everything through MobileMe. I want to know how to calculate how many MB (probably several GB!) of space my email messages are now using, as I want to upgrade to Lion on the two computers and will soon be getting a 32BG iPad on which I would like to use the Mail application as well. I'd like to know in advance if I need to pay for more than the 5GB of free storage that iCloud will give me before making these changes, as I don't want to lose my email messages. For various reasons, I'd prefer not to go the route of archiving the messages. I can't figure out how to calculate how much space the messages are currently using.

The important detail is the cylinders not the partition numbers. The partitions are simply slots where cylinder space can be assigned if its available.
The backup partition (2) represents the whole disk and shows you have 14086 cylinders available.
But you'll notice that all of those cylinders are already assigned to various partitions. So there is no free space available.

5543201/7=791886
range 1 : 0....791886 (1x 791886)
range 2 : 791887....1583772 (2 x 791886)
range 3 : 1583773 .... (3 x 781886)
tange 4 : ......
HoweverI doubt whether this is a smart aproach for partitioning.
I would say that a patitioning on date, or some key-value is more applicable.
But hey...I don't know the further requirements.
