A download jsp error with weblogic6.1

Question

I have a jsp like follows:

When I run it in Tomcat,it work well.But in weblogic 6.1 it has some problems.It can't download documents including pictures.that is,when I try to download doc or pdf with text contents it work well.But if these doc or pdfs have picture contents the problem is coming.The download file is a little larger than the source file and then can't display correctly.
