Accessing Beans error

Question

I am new to JSPs and I have no Idea why this doesn't work properly. I declare the variable in a servlet properly because when I run:
<%= nihTesters.sizeOfTesters() %>
The output is correct. There are 6 entires, and it returns 6.
Can somebody please help.
Here is the error:

The variable "x" is specified as an attribute to a custom tag (ora:loop) and so is only available to that tag and to nested tags. Your code includes
<%= x.getRealName() %>
outside of a tag and so x is not found. Is there another tag you should be using to access properties of your collection/array?
