Accessing Record Store from another MIDlet.

I have made a midlet that creates a record store.After that I have created another midlet that want to acces te recordstore.
I always get an error : Cannot find record store file !
I have tried to add the 2 midlets in 1 jar each in a seperate directory but i still get this error.
CODE midlet 1 :
rs = RecordStore.openRecordStore("Services_preferences", true , RecordStore.AUTHMODE_ANY, true);
String record = "D1 D2 D3";
byte[] data = record.getBytes();
int id = rs.addRecord(data, 0, data.length);
rs.closeRecordStore();
CODE midlet 2 :
RecordStore rs = null;
rs = RecordStore.openRecordStore("Services_preferences","VendorTTUI","TTUI");
rs.closeRecordStore();
--> I use the wireless toolkit version 2.2
Can somebody help me?

You are out of luck here. The current CLDC/MIDP specification permits one only MIDlet jar file to be run at a given point in time. You can package as many class files as you wish but only one MIDlet can be launched by the kVM.
If your purpose is to write MIDlet applications that access the same data resource, then instead of launching multiple MIDlets (which is not possible), you can use the RMS data store for persistent information across the different MIDlet class file application.

You may think you are connected to the internet, but maybe not. Click on Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I have two MIDlet i want to invoke one MIDlet from another MIDlet based on user input. Is J2ME support this feature or not? please explain in detail.

i want to access MIDlet2 from MIDlet1 as,

i tried this but i didn't get any compilation error but it won't execute at run time.

I wants to invoke MIDlet from another MIDlet for the following reason,
I developed a simple chat application. The MIDlets are, Sender & Receier.
Sender home window, will collect sender name,receiver name and number.
Then open another window for Messaging.
On receiver end, after receive the message the user can reply to the message,
on Reply i have to invoke Sender application which have user information (sender name,receiver name & number) to get sender name. Once i open Sender window it will take care necessary action to send the message.
Please explain me now, how to call Sender MIDlet from Receiver MIDlet.

We did a trace to all the users, and one of them used the MD03 transaction. The point is that he has no authorization to this transaction, so probably he is accessing to it from another.
Could you help me searching any transaction where the user could jump to MD03 from menu, buttons, double click,...?

Hi,
Click on Enviornment>>Navigation profile>>Assign. In the General settings tab page you can assign the navigation profile. Just check whether the navigation profile assigned to the user has the T-code MD03. Check the seetings and t-codes in OM0K - Define navigation profile.
But as suggested by Mr.Brahmankar kindly check whether it's possible to access the transaction from MD04 if the user doesn't have the authorization of other transaction which he/she is accessing. In your case MD03. I'm not sure about that.

You must've blocked cookies. iTunes requires cookies I believe. If you did block it follow these steps:
Go to settings > safari > block cookies > never.

Accessing US store from non US teritory: instead of disabling ID, Apple should warn us to change country then honor our pass purchases

Apple lately had disabled many its iTunes US stores for accessing the store while they are not in US teritory. This practice had made its customers unable to access the iTunes iCloud, upgrading the apps both for the apps for the iOS or the software that we purchased for our Mac through the App Store. In my case, I lost $1000+ of my digital assets suddenly.
Here are my suggestion for Apple for its customer who are accessing US store from Outside US:
AA. "Disalowing New Purchase" With the ability of looking thru IP address when we plan to purchase, Apple should warn any new purchase from US customer who are not in US at the time of new purchases.
BB. "Ask the customer to change country in the setting" then they can purchase any available items for that country. But still their past purchased should be honored.
I hope Apple give solution instead penalizing suddenly its paying customers.

I can not access Itunes Store from my computer. When I run the dianostic I get a red light that says "Secure Link to the Itunes Store Failed".

Opening the web browser, you can specify the hostname and the port configured to listen the incoming call.
For example:

I'm having the same problem as well. I use keychain access often to remind me of my passwords and was happy (initially) to see one for "iphone backup". When I entered it I got the same error message:
"The password you entered to unlock your iPhone backup file was incorrect. Please try again."
Really frustrating.
I searched many ways online, finally I tried "iPhone Backup Unlocker" to help me unlock encrypted backup password efficiently!
