Account balance changed
Last week, I redeemed an ITunes music card for $15 and an ITunes gift certificate for $30. This increased my account balance from $30 to $73.50 (I'm assuming $1.50 had to be taken off the music card for taxes).
Today, when I logged in to the ITunes Music Store to purchase some music, my account reads $30. I have not purchased or used the ITunes Music Store since I redeemed my gift certificate and music card.
I submitted a form to Apple Help, but I thought I would post here to see if anyone knew what to do.

To verify your balance log off from your account, then log in again.
btw. any other user ID existing on your computer? You will always redeem into that ID that is currently logged in.

I would like to change my country from US to Thailand in the iTunes Account. I'm guessing this is happening when you are updating Apps? If so, the reason is because Apps are tied forever to the AppleID they were purchased under. So, you will always have to enter the password for your old ID to update them.
I would suggest that you go into that old ID and change the password to match the password on your new ID. That way, it won't matter which ID is asking for a password, you just type in the same thing.

You will need to contact Apple by call to gain the appropriate support directly. There can be significant issues in changing country.
