Account not appearing in the query

Hi All,
I am running a PCA report. After executing the query, I was not able to see one of the accounts. This account currently has budget amounts in it. It does not have any actuals in it as of now. Like for example if I am running the query just for accounts and amounts for fiscal period 001/2006 to 012/ 2007, I am able to see the first 12 cells empty and the next ones filled up with the budget amounts. But when I am running the same query for period 001/2006 to 012/2006, I am unable to see the account. I even tried by unchecking the suppress zero rows/columns. The user wants to see that account in the report even though it has got no data in it. I was just wondering if the account does not have actual values in it, will it not show up in the query for that particular period? Is there any setting that I can change to see this account also?

Thanks for your reply. I am not familiar with both the options. But if I would like to go ahead with the 2nd option, how do I add the KF in the query. Can you please tell me what are the steps for doing so? Also I was wondering if we change the OACCOUNT Business Explorer settings in RSA1, will it help me? Like under the BEX tab, in the general settings for query execution filter value selection, currently it has only posted values for navigation. But there are 2 more options like only values in infoprovider and only values in master data table. If I change any of these settings, will I be able to display the missing account as it is available in Master data. Please let me know.

  • My query prompts does not appear in the Query prompt order list!

    Dear colleagues,
    All of my query prompts does not appear in the Query prompt order list in properties of the query. It seems random which of them that appears there and not.
    This makes it impossible for me to control or change the order of prompts, instead they order themselves alphabetically.
    Is this some kind of bug? Is there a fix for this problem?

    We use Edge.
    Correction- we use Enterprise, changed a few months ago!
    By the way, we heard about a bug that probarly causes the problem.
    If the query has ever had a prompt containing 'Between', all prompts created afterwards will not appear in the prompt order list! Even if the between-prompt is deleted.. We still havent heard about a fix for this, please contact me if you hear anyting. It is not an option to create all the queries from scratch again!

  • Manage Account does not appear in the options sync tab. How do I manage my account to get the recovery key?

    I cannot sync my Firefox 18 desktop with iPad or iPhone browsers. I have tried everything suggested on the Web and have tried safe mode as well. When I enter the three-line synch code, I get a sync failure. I have deleted my account and then set up a new account without success. Manage Account does not appear in the options sync tab. How do I manage my account to get the recovery key?
    I’ve spent hours on this and am considering using Chrome as my regular browser since I have no trouble syncing Chrome with apps. Help appreciated.

    You can only inspect the sync key via manage account if this device is has been setup and is connected to the sync server.
    You can find the sync account password and the sync (recovery) key in the password manager on computers where a sync account with a specific e-mail address has been set up.
    Look for:
    * chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Password)
    * chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Encryption Passphrase)
    You can look at this version of the about:synckey extension that I have modified to show the sync key in current Firefox versions (desktop and mobile).

  • Leopard: my account works, but does not appear in the login screen

    I upgraded to leopard using erase and install. Because I was a FileVault user on Tiger, I could not use the migration assistant, so I just created a new account. As part of the creation, I also changed my userid and groupid to 1000, to match the rest of my NFS network, and I also enabled FileVault.
    When the login window appears, my account does not show up. I can click "Other..." and enter my short name and password and it seems that everything is fine. However, I would like my account to appear on the login window. Currently, the only three items are Guest, System User (a admin account that I created), and Other.

    The rules determining whether or not an account is visible in the "login window" seem to keep changing with every OS X version - perhaps they changed again in "Leopard". For example, in Tiger, a user with the short name "Admin" was inherently hidden (and to my knowlege couldn't be made visible unless logged in), but this is not the case in Leopard.
    I can't test this in Tiger, but on my Leopard system, it seems 1000 is a magic number - uid=999 and 1001 are visible, but 1000 is hidden from the "login window".
    Sorry I don't know of a solution - it's all too new at this point so I can't even say if one exists. But thanks for asking an interesting question...

    i have created  cube top of DSO and i created  multiprovider with that cube and with 2 master info object
    but  when i create query it showing only few dimensions in the multiprovider so kindly help me on this

    Can you elaborate, how many and which of the dimensions are not shown?(And please specify if they have some special properties like line item,high cardinality etc).Also check whether you have the same problem with the key figures in the multiprovider.
    Also, I know that it sounds silly but check the dataprovider of the query is whether the correct multiprovider.Check that there is characteristic in the dimension which does not appear.Then exit query designer, activate the multiprovider and go to query again.

    Use a normal question, and do not add the score to the total score. That will give you a correct score at the end. But the total number of questions, that system variable will still take into account all questions. You'll need a user variable, and calculate its value by subtracting 1 from the system variable cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject. Same for the progress indicator if you want to show it?

    If you want to allow Review, you'll have to tweak as well. You didn't specify the version, and all those questions I now mentioned.
    And my approach, since you talk about only one question: create a custom question, because you'll have total control then.

  • Treatment of exchange rate difference- company code not appear in the list

    Dear guru,
    I am configuring the treatment of exchange rate difference (SPRO> MM> LIV > Incoming invoice> configure how exchange rate differences are treated). However,the company codes that needed to be configured are not appear in the list. Please note that in the config screen, dont have the option of "New entry", we only set base on the list of existing company codes.
    Also, please be noted that we configured accounts for KDM, PRD in OBYC already

    Check in table "T169P" & "T169V", whether your Co. code exists or not? If not then maintain following config settings.
    SPRO > Materials Management > Logistics Invoice Verification > Incoming Invoice
    > Maintain Default Values for Tax Codes (After maintaining this entry by "New Entries", it will start appearing for following options)
    > Configure How Exchange Rate Differences Are Treated
    > Configure How Unplanned Delivery Costs Are Posted
    > Edit PO Supplement Text in Invoice Verification
    > Set Check for Duplicate Invoices

    Sorry for me bad english, I am not speak very well the english. I am from Ecuador.
    I configured UTL_Mail because i need to send email and everything works good. But when I send an email with an email account associated with the domain that I configured. The outlook does not appear anything in the outbox.
    Example
    I sent a message [email protected] account, the message is sent and reaches all recipients. In the inbox of the recipients [email protected] appears as the sender, but when I enter my account Outllok in the outbox nothing appears. My account is [email protected]
    What happens?
    I am working with apex 11g.

  • G/L Account Numbers missing in the Query Designer

    Hi Experts
                   New G/L Account numbers are been added to some items like Rebates & Discounts. These G/L Account Numbers are been seen in the RSA1 and are not present in the Query Designer. So i want to know the procedure to update these G/L Account numbers in the Query Designer, Can you please help me.
    G/L Account Numbers in RSA1 = 718 and in Query Designer it is 661 so please guide me to update the rest of the G/L Account nos in the query designer.

    Yes, the problem is with the extractor
    It is not been enhanced because i am working on SAP BW 3.1C and its been implemented in 2004 and since then it is not been used properly.
    The Datasource is 0EC_PCA_3 (Enterprice Controlling line items).
    Yes i maximized to 1000 records per call and searched for the G/L Account E16411 which i cannot find in the cube.
    When i checked the results with R/3 i found the totals are doubled and when divided the Key figure Net of Credit and Debit by 2 i got the some results correctly(Sales Revenue, Sales Revenue of Exports and Sales Revenue of Domestic)
    I Checked the Service Marketplace and found the note which should be implemented to rectify the error of duplicating the records,
    Can you please help me to update the  G/L Accounts in the datasource.
    My Development System contains more then 2000 G/L accounts in the cube (query designer).

  • Fire FTP does not appear in the Firefox 4 Tools Menu, where is it?

    I have just upgraded Firefox from 3.6.16 to Firefox 4
    (OS Win XP)
    I had Fire FTP as an add on, but after upgrading it disappeared from the Tools Menu (along with all my accounts details)
    I then re installed the Fire FTP Add On but it does not appear in the Tools Menu, where has it gone?
    Firefox 4 appears to have reinstalled previously removed Extensions/Add ons
    The Tools Menu doesnt have anything in it.
    How can I roll back from Firefox 4

    To clarify Afallach's reply, the FireFTP menu is now under '''Tools->Web Developer->FireFTP.'''
    I don't know why the development team chose to move it there, but they've been making a lot of stupid design decisions recently.

  • Details not appearing in the dropdown list in the filter window

    Dear All,
       I have come accross a unique problem. I have made a user defined query. Now there is an item code column. I want to filter the item codes in the generated query. But all the items are not appearing in the filter window> item field> dropdown. My query output shows all the items but the filter does not!!!
       I have 10,000 items where the codes are ranged from A to X with various serials. When I run the query the report shows all the items which are within the query conditions. But when I open the filter window then in the dropdown for the item code only codes upto "G" appear.
       How can this be resolved?? otherwise I am not able to filter my selections.

    The query is to generate a report to find out the total units of items sold through delivery. Actually, there is no problem with the query. The query shows absolute reports. The problem is among these 10,000 items which come in the report, if I need to see some specific item then I can use the filter option. But in the filter option the items codes upto "G" are only appearing inspite of the fact that the query report list has all the items from A-J.
    I hope I am clear. This is not the problem with this query only. In all the queries where the item details are appearing, the system doesnot give me the flexibility to filter by all the items rather only upto a range. Why is it so?
    Still if you need to see the query then please let me know. I will put in the query statement.

  • Mail not appearing in notification center... Also, gears not appearing in the mail app.

    I tried to configure my mac to enable it to receive mails in the notification center but cant. i have tried to send an email from other IDs but havent received any banner or alert while using my mac. i have checked the show alerts and banners in notification center. Do i have to keep the window of the mail app in a specific position to receive alerts in the notification centre? Also, the gears are not appearing in the mail app when i fetch for new mail. please help..

    I'm also having this problem.
    Notifications receives alerts from Reminders app, but not Mail.
    I've set preferences in Mail for 'Inbox Only' and 'All Mailboxes', sent test mail from ISP webmail and Google (Mail is not setup to receive from this account) - still no notifications.
    I had previously used Growl (v1.4) and GrowlMail very successfully (with 10.7), but while upgrading to Mountain Lion I was informed that GrowlMail was incompatible so I deleted it.
    While testing this problem of not receiving Mail Notifications I have disabled Growl and rebooted.
    Like others here:
    Checked: Notifications setup
    Checked: Mail setup
    Rebuilt permissions
    Rebooted
    Any help would be very gratefully received.

    I have set up a second Collection and Task Server (W2003 SP2) on a VM. The Collection Server is running fine.
    The Task Server does not appear in the Manager displayer, after refreshes (F5) and rebooting both the Manager and the new Collection/Task Server.
    Following some of the suggestions on this forum, he is my troubleshooting:
    1. I have a local account "ZAMadmin" on both servers that is a local admin account with full rights to the Filestore
    2. Only the TASKSERVER.exe is running; TASKSERVERCORE.exe is not
    3. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Task Server.
    4. Port 7465 is NOT open when a TELNET 127.0.0.1 7465 (connect failed)
    Any ideas what to check?

    I entered a ticket with Novell Support $, and the issue revolved around installing the Collection Server, then installing the Task Server later on. I guess the "Component Install" isn't entirely true!
    Here is the scenario for anyone else with this problem:
    1. Second Collection Server installs and it grabs new DLLs for the Primary
    2. Task Server installs but can't start because of DLL conflict
    3. Reinstalling the Task Server does not overwrite the DLL, so the same problem
    The fix is stupid and simple:
    Install the Task Server to a new folder. Then it can install all of the DLLs including the shared programs
    I hope this helps someone else avoid misery!

  • Apps downloaded do not appear in the library

    I just bought my 4th gen iPod touch yesterday. I used iTunes' store and chose a bunch of apps, and they would download in itunes. Now most of them do not appear in the "apps" section of the library, so I cannot sync them to my ipod. some of them are free some are paid. what should I do? I've looked at the support forums, google, etc and nothing. I've restarted itunes, the ipod, auth/deauth the account... nothing changes.

    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
