Account suspended in error

Good afternoon
I recently joined bt on the infinity package and set up a direct debit. The first bill was taken from my account on the 27th December without any problems.
I woke up this morning however to find my account has been suspended due to lack of payment, which as you can imagine was a bit of surprise! I tried the call centre earlier today only to be faced when the same automated message at every turn telling me " Your account has been suspended, press 1 to pay your bill etc". That could be difficult seeing as there isn't a bill to pay!
As you can imagine I'm pretty annoyed at all this so can someone please contact me to tell me what is going on and how you plan to rectify the situation.

Account suspended through error- customer service not accessible !

Verizon just sunk to new lows.
I asked to port a number from my VOIP provider I wanted to part from to my Verizon account and replace my existing number
with this new number.
After VW customer "service" took the order, my account was suspended, I cannot log onto the web site, I cannot contact the customer " service" and my balance of $345.- ( it ids a prepaid account ex Alltel ) disappeared !!!.
Whenever I try to reach the customer " service" whenever I put my phone number it disconnects me. I tried for 2 hours( !!!) via New Sales to get hold of somebody but they just transfer you back to the menu or to some not working extension and that's it.
No phone, no voicemail, no account and 345.- $ gone. Is this the wireless flagship of the USA ???
Yes, I can waste my time and talk to those apes in the store but that will be even worse.
Does anyone know what to do here ?

Final update : Yesterday night I was contacted by CS by e-mail ( so they do use e-mail-sometimes) and told that my Alltel account would be reinstated I only needed to send a consent to service interruption which did.
Nothing happened, so I expected the same old, but today, a couple of hours ago, I received an e-mail confirmation with request to activate through certain steps. Something went wrong, so I had to call in again, but during the call things cleared up .
Now my account is restored, balance is back phone is working, for the 3rd time suspended web access reinstated and the only thing left is to set up my voice mail box again.
So, 8 calendar days, 16 net working hours on my side later, this issue has finally been SOLVED

Account suspended and can't use subscription

Please do the needful, I already subscribed a subscription for India one month subscription and skype credit for 10 Dollars out of that amount I used 2.19 dollars.
but now I cant use my subscription and skype credit, due to that I m distrube to calls to my family and friends. Kindly lookinto and rectify the error from my account as soon as possiable.

My question is when i am making entry as Service tax Dr-21,621.86,Service Tax Cr.21,621.86,so it will adjust,and in FBL3N amt will show 0 but it was showing 21,621.86
Plz Guide me asap,very urgent issue

Account suspended unable to release?

Yesterday I turned the auto recharge off and then on again and today I found my Skype account suspended.
I talked on live chat and I had to provide details etc.
I still do not have my account release and this is an outragious practice. Did you do it for refusing to pay you 10 Euro just for a minute?

This happened to me yesterday. I went from FIOS to DSL (couldn't help it - the new apartment didn't have FIOS). My main question is, don't most companies have server backups? While there is probably nothing critical in the emails I missed, it would be nice to get them back.

If you're referring to emails sent while your account was disabled, Verizon doesn't have them. Any emails sent during that time period would have been bounced back to the sender as undeliverable.

I have the same trouble with Accounting Integration in new project:

But this links isn't solve my problem. I've checked all following customizing in cProjects from detailed info from Message no. DPR_FIN_GECCO004:
1) Did you assign an object type to the project type for communicating with the accounting system? (See the IMG activity Make General Settings).
I've used predefined standard:
- object type: Single-Obj. Controlling on WBS Elements (0FIN_INT_ERP_PS)
- frame: 0FRAME9
- no costing: empty
- revenue calc type: Use costs/revenue rates from cProjects
2) Does this object type have the proxy class CL_DPR_OLR3_GECCO (for single-object controlling on internal orders) or CL_DPR_OLR3_WBSELEMENT (for single-object controlling on WBS elements)? (See the IMG activity Define Object Types for Object Links).
Yes, proxy class is correct (CL_DPR_OLR3_WBSELEMENT).
But I'm not sure that object type is active. I've viewed table V_DPR_OBL_OBTYP and the field Active is empty for this object type (0FIN_INT_ERP_PS)
Besides, I can't see this object type (0FIN_INT_ERP_PS) in the following setting:
SPRO -> ... -> Structures -> Define Object Types for Object Links (from message)
But I can see it here:
SPRO -> ... -> Connection to External Systems -> Accounting Integrations -> Define Object Links for Accounting Integration
Is it correct?

Yes, but not in this setting (see point 2).
4) Have you chosen a suitable setting for confirmation with regards to 'Time Recording for' in the project type so that it matches the integration scenario? (See the IMG activity Define Project Types.) For example, time recording for roles is not permitted in a structure-based scenario.
My setting is: 'Time Recording for' - Tasks
Is anybody knows a solution of this trouble???

I don't know why you can't access it, but if you were a MobileMe subscriber with the free extra storage this has now been removed and your account will have reverted to 5GB.

CProject - The settings for Accounting integration contain errors

Hi,
I got error message "The settings for Accounting integration contain errors" from cProject page when I choose controlling method (Project Role, Automatic).
If I choose other controlling method then this the error message disappear.
Maybe some thing wrong while setup Role Type?.
Please help!

Are you using MULTILEVEL CONTROLLING ( PROJECT ROLE , AUTOMATIC)
that means
Multilevel Controlling (Project Role, <b>Automatic</b>): In this method, the system automatically creates a PS project definition for the project definition and a WBS billing element at the first level of the hierarchy. More WBS elements are created for the project roles of the cProjects projects.
Multilevel Controlling (Project Role, <b>Manua</b>l): In this method, a user has to create the PS project in the ERP system. The user then has to assign the project roles of a cProjects project to the WBS elements of this PS project manually in cProjects.
