Adapter Level Error

Hi Guys,
i am getting below error at target adapter level in adapter engine with status is "system error".
can any one pls help me on how to resolve this issue.
Warning:-
The channel is configured throw an recoverable, temporary error for this warning (default). Decide whether you want to bypass this message. If so, set the Pending Handling channel parameter to Bypass and restart the message afterwards.

Hi Prateek,
This is PROXY(ECC) to JMS interface. In this scenario i'm using Time interval EOIO - 86400 secs.
Only this partcular message got system error in adapter engine,remaining all messgaes processed successfully.
How i will set the Pending Handling channel parameter to Bypass and restart the message afterwards..?
please explain me step by step on this set up...

Adapter Level Error To be Delivered

Hi Guys,
i got few messages status with status as " To be Delivered" in Receiver Adapter level.
i tried to resend the message from Runtime work bench, its not working.
generally i got this type of status at target adapter level. everytime i did resend the messgaes from runtime workbench it self.but this time its not working fine.
i checked adapter status as well, everything looks good.
can any one pls expalin me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
This can be due to the EOIO QOS for the messages...
Check the messaging system http://host:port/MessagingSystem/ ...here you can see the tab EOIO Sequence monitor...
There you should be able to find the message which failed and as a result another message went into Waiting state..
Once you clear off those messagess ...Message from ToBeDelivered state will be changed..

RFC Adapter Receiver Error

Hi Guys,
I am getting below error in RFC Receiver Adapter Level Error. is showing as Adapter Level Status as "WAITING" , with below error.
Can any one pls help me on this. if i resend the message from RWB will it works...?

Earlier the above message error shwing as "WAITING" sattus with above error..its posted duplicate message ( multiple messages 2 times) in target system..
actually this meesge "WAITING" ststus in Runtime workbench - Adapter Engine on 1st march 2012, but its posted on same day and next day 2nd march 2012 on 4PM PST ( That means 5-30 AM IST ).
This is File 2 Rfc Interface..
Can any one pls expalin me why it posted double times..? any clue..? pls help me on this...

Error in Adapter level

Hi All,
In the IDoc-XI-FileServer Secario, if File server is down (the connection between XI and Fileserver is not good), then Does XI tries to send the message by doing retries? Still the connection is down, then How to process that message in Adapter level?

yes, it will try to resend it 3 times by default before throwing a system error. you can increase the number of retries though.
If it error's out then you can resend the msg from RWB -- message monitoring

The certificate has already been uploaded and the AS2ID is defined as one of the identifiers of the party.
Anyone has any idea what might be wrong? Did i miss anything?

I am having the same issue.
I receive the com.seeburger.ksm.cryptoapi.exception.CryptoApiException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException
message plus the "unable to find alias name TRUSTED\".
It appears that after the outbound message is transformed to XML iin XI then sent to Seeburger's BIC for EDI format translation, then sent to AS2 for encryption/transmission, the AS2 adapter cannot find the key store that holds the certificates I am using.
Am I missing some configuration that points the to the keystore I need ?

Database-level error reported by JDBC driver

Hi everyone,
I get an error in my Sender JDBC adapter. I am executing a stored procedure every minute. In total I have 34 JDBC senders for every different database. The error is like below. The problem is in Alert Inbox I cant see the rest of the message. This error occures just once every hour (average). I dont know why and I dont know what the rest of the error is saying.
Any ideas how i can see the rest of the message? And where the error might be?
Note: In communication channel monitoring everything is green.

Hi,
obviously there are concurring accesses to the table your stored procedure is accessing. This is nothing serious, because SAP XI will retry the execution of the stored procedure according to the settings of the communication channels (3times all 5 minutes is the default). Additionally you can set the repeats in case of SQL errors in the extended tab of the communication channel configuration.
Tuning the transaction isolation levels might help to avoid the error but can decrease the consistency of the data as well. Default isolation level is always the highest available in a database (in case of SQL Server it should be SERIALIZABLE), so locks might easily occur. I would suggest to have a look at other applications accessing the tables and determine their isolation level.
All in all, I guess there shouldn't be real problems, because of the repeated execution of you stored procedure, but it's worth to have a look at the isolation level.

I was looking for how to create a sensible Application Error in a custom JCA adapter and was excited to find the following page in the PCK info on Adapter Development:

However, I can't find these methods, or indeed the "ErrorInfo" object anywhere in the AF classes - does anyone know it's whereabouts? Or is the above page just out of date? If so, what is the new approach for creating Application Level Errors in a custom JCA Resource adapter (not Exceptions - I can do that)

Well, you can get the latest jars from the SMP (Service Marketplace) directly. These jars are in the XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK CORE 3.0 component. Basically, http://service.sap.com/swdc then Support Packages and Patches->SAP NetWeaver->SAP NETWEAVER->SAP NETWEAVER 04->Entry by Component->J2EE Adapter Engine (PI/XI). There you'll see the XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK CORE 3.0 link.

Multi-level error propagation carried out Error in APO

Dear Experts,
We had developed a custom program that is same as /sapapo/rrp3 report, but the issue is when we use planning version other then 000 the custom program is giving the error ""Multi-level error propagation carried out"" but the RRP3 report works fine with all the planning versions.
Please help to find the cause and to solve the issue.

When I run the report /SAPAPO/CDPS_REPT - Order and Resource Reporting with the below criteria I getting error "Multi-level error propagation carried out"
Planning Version - Simulation Version XXX
Evaluation Start - 05/03/2011
Evaluation End - 12/31/2013
Evaluation List - Extended Operation List
I do not get error when I run the report with selection as Active version 000 and Evaluation List as Order List, Operation List.
I have tried by ruuning Live cache consistancy check, but the issue is not fixed
Please help me to resolve this issue

Please do post the server log file here so that we can try and find a solution for the problem you are facing.
I had a problem a while ago with the app server too. While trying to run an application, after a few times, it would give me an error message saying the Application Server cannot be started. I rebooted my machine and thankfully it worked again. Just try this too and see if it works.
If it doesnt we can go through the server log and try to identify the cause of the problem.

Multi-level error propagation during the execution of CFM2 transaction

We are implementing SAP SCM 5.0 integrated to SAP R/3 Mills IS.
During the execution of CFM2 transaction, while trying to activate the integration model for the object u201COrdersu201D for the very first time, the following error message appears:
*"Multi-level error propagation carried out".*
There are also messages related to inbound queues blocked. In the case of maintenance orders, CIF_MNT_INBOUND message shows up. While working with Production orders, CIF_ORDER_INBOUND message emerges.
The items listed below should be taken into account:
-The production orders that are meant to be transferred to APO are regular production orders corresponding to several products.
-We are working with configurable materials.
-We are working with the active model (000) and for each plant we are using 2 different planning versions.

The corresponding error messages issued when executing //CCR indiacted the peg-ids are missing in liveCache.
Recommendations:
-Run transaction /SAPAPO/OM17 to check the internal consistency between database and liveCache within SCM system. Correct the inconsistencies
-Execute report /sapapo/cif_deltareport3 to correct the inconsistencies between ECC and SCM system

How to get Alerts mail for adapter engine errors in SAP PI 7.0

I configured Alerts in PI 7.0. with the help of t-code u2018ALRTCATDEF and created a new alert catergory.
In container tab i have mentioned all give below elements.

I am not getting alert mail when my messages failed in adapter engine and Integration Engine.
Ex my message is failed in AE:as below.
My messages flow as : SAP --> XI --> DB.
Messages is success (in ECC moni)> XI moni also success> XI Adapter engine getting error as (Status: System Error) and (Error Category : XI_J2EE_ADAPTER_JDBC).
