  • Not able to add reviewer to Shared Review

    Hi
    We've just started using the Acrobat Shared Review (on internal server) to start tracking team reviews of department documents.
    I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended - by my understanding this should have all functionality available in the tracker etc.
    I want to be able to add another reviewer to an open Shared Review but there's currently no option to do that. When I select the document in the left hand menu, the right hand pane shows the file details and the Reviewers but it only gives me the option to Email Initiator (which is me anyway) or Email All Reviewers.
    Should there not be an option to add a reviewer and also to start a new review with the current reviewers?
    Any help on this would be great as I've been unable to find anything useful in the Help documentation.
    Thanks, in great anticipation!
    Lou

    Hi again!
    I've no idea why this has worked - perhaps someone can explain it to me?
    When I opened the tracker from my task bar - the options to add a reviewer or start a new review were not available. So, I opened the document from it's shared review location on the server and then selected 'Comments' in the top menu bar and the 'Track Reviews' option. This opened the tracker showing all the correct options - add reviewer, change deadline, end review etc.
    If anyone can shed any light on this, please do, but at least I've got the options I need again and this might help anyone experiencing in the same problem!
    Cheers

  • Add review enabled and enforce single service requisitions

    Is there a way/option to make "Add review enabled" for the service, but not allow adding additional services to the requisition once Add & Review Order is clicked?
    Reason being there may be services that should not be ordered together with other services (i.e. we want to make sure single requisition entry for a requisition always for a particular service), but having Add review enabled will still have benefits for these services from user experience perspective. For example, users would be able to still add the service to "cart" or Add & Review Order, hold it, review it, come back later after confirming some information, etc. before actually submitting the order. While they can edit the requisition entry/service, they should not be able to add additional services to this requisition, since this service is marked "single entry order" only of some sort.
    By simply setting the service as Add review disabled, you lose this functionality and users must either submit the order on single sitting/session, or have to just start over if they need to confirm something or come back later.
    Thanks.

    Hi Tom,
    Sorry for the delay. We can exclude the media factor since you were able to install it on VM with this media.
    If I understand correctly, Shanky said “Abve message can also appear due to corrupt profile so deleteting old profile and creating new one and using this to install would also help.Make sure you always RK on setup.exe and select run as administrator” which
    means your user account may be corrupted rather than the Virtual account. You can create a new Windows user account and use it to log into the system. Then, re-try the installation.

  • How to Disable the Add & Review Button

    How to Disable the Add & Review Button
     *Updated with the correct ISF  code (the previous code, in case you saved it, was to actually  escape apostrophes.  That will be posted  seperately.
    Note that this solution might not work in your environment - you might have to modify it based on your installation.
    Enjoy!
    Common_disableAddAndReviewButton()
       if ( Moment == 'ordering' )
            var theForm = document.forms[0];
            var buttonCt = 0;
            for( i = 0; i < theForm.elements.length; i++ )
                 if( theForm.elements[i].type == "submit" )
                    if ( buttonCt == 0 || buttonCt == 2 )
                        theForm.elements[i].disabled = true;
                         theForm.elements[i].style.visibility="hidden";
                     buttonCt++;

    This is GREAT - I added a new Java Script and set it to "when form is loaded" and when I did some test reqs - no Add & Review button !!!!

  • Add & Review Order

    Add & Review Order
    We have a dictionary setup to capture a problem description we use in several services.  When the customer selects the Add & Review Order option then returns to the request, this text area is cleared and the description entered by the customer is now lost.  Has anyone experienced this issue before?  - is there something we have missed in the setup of the field?  None of the other  text fields in the request are lost.

    The only time we have experienced this is if we use ISF to hide and show the field under certain conditions. The form is re-loaded at Add & Review thus clearing the field.
    To get around this you must run the ISF only at the Ordering moment and only when ReqEntryID = 0. Since at Add & Review a requisition ID is created the ISF to reset the form and clear the field will not run

  • Adding approver and reviewer to PO approval process

    hi,
    We have PO approval process. In EBP there are two buttons called Add approver and Add reviewer which are currently grayed out. How these buttons can be activated? If we go the graphical log of PO approval workflow, we can see add reviewer button in the log and reviewer can be added to workflow from graphical log screen.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Vithalprasad

    Hi,
    Can you please change the agent assignment of the PO workflow so that it is a 'general' task. Go to transaction PFTC, display 'workflow template' e.g. 14000075 (i.e. without the WS)
    Go to 'Additional Data' -> 'Agent Assignment' -> 'Maintain' ->
    Attributes -> Select Radio button 'General Task' -> Transfer -> Save.
    Then retest.
    Kind regards,
    Siobhan

  • Approver become Reviewer..

    Hello Friends,
       I have a requirement where i need to change the 1st approver to reviewer.. Let me say this way.. My workflow Badi find 5 approvers.. I have to force system to conceder the 1 approver as Reviewer.. like.. the 1st approver should shows as reviewer in the approver preview then remaining 4 approvers show as approvers.
    is it possible to force by any badi or any other way.. please help me out..
    thanks,
    John.

    Hello,
       Yes - this does n't pull the reviewer if i order a cart without click the approval preview button. means.. in the step 3 - complete the Order screen there is the button called - Approval Preview.. if you click that before you order than review shows in the approval preview.. without clicking the button Approval Preview if you order the cart it won't bring the reviewer in the approval preview and also no workitem will send to the reviewer.. I think there is a link between Approval preview and this FM.. I tried to find but i couldn't...
    Sonia,
       Since you said this won't work. Do you have any other way to fix this issue.. waiting for your reply..
    John.

  • Add reviewer/add approver for n-level workflow not working...

    Hi, We are using SRM 3.0/EBP 4.0 system and are using the "N-level approval of shopping cart" workflow. We recently upgraded to support pack 11. Before the upgrade we were able to add approvers and reviewers. However after implementing the support pack , when we are trying to add a approver or a reviewer , we are getting the error " NO POSSIBLE PROCESSOR FOUND FOR APPROVAL TASK. INFORM SYSTEM ADMIN"
    Please help me figure this out .
    Sincerely,
    Isaac

    Hello,
    Check this post : Re: SRM 5.0 Approval WF fragment has no user assignment
    It applies to another release but problem is similar.

  • How to add reviewer by SRM BADI?

    In SRM 7.0, We want to determin 3 reviewers automatically during Quotation WF by BADI.
    Could you tell me how to config WF and give us a sample for BADI. we must use badi for complex logic.
    Tks!

    Hi,
    Follow the below steps for adding reviewer
    1) create a responsibility resolver in the path:
    SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow Process-Controlled Workflows-> Business Process Configuration ->Define Filter Values for BAdI 'Define Reviewer'
    2) Create implementation for BAdi /SAPSRM/BD_WF_REVIEWER_RULE with filter for your business object & reponsibility resolver created in step 1.
    3) Add your logic to determine reviewer in the method GET_REVIEWER_BY_DOCUMENT
    4) In process level determination, select your business object and give the process schema evaluation id. This can be done using a BRF event and corresponding expression
    5) For your business object specify your process schema
    6) Specify your approval levels under process level configuration
    7) Under Reviewer,
       -  specify your responsibilty resolver against the Rule
       - specify the BRF event which is used to determine the reviewer step similar to approval step against Evaluation ID
      - Specify the corresponding review task  against Task ID
    Hope this helps.

  • Customers confusing "contact support" with "add review"

    I don't know how this happens, but it is happening frequently.
    Customers either leave support requests as reviews, or post reviews as support requests.
    There are often "issue reports" simply stating something like, "Good", or "A must-have, don't hesitate".
    Maybe something could be done in the next version of App World to clue in the clueless.
    edit:  Part of the problem may be that many times the review feature doesn't work; many times I've tried to post a review and it said try again later.

    I've seen the same quite often. IMO "Provide Feedback" is misleading as wording and people use it thinking that they post review. In previous version of AppWorld the same button was "Contact Support" if I recall it correct. Probably if the button label is something like "Report Issue", this would be clear enough for button's purpose.
    Another suggestion: in vendor portal when displaying reviews, could we please get info about device model and OS version. For example
    Title: Terrible
    Created Date: Feb 4, 2012 6:55:35 AM
    File Bundle: Filebundle[id=xxxxx, name=YYYY]
    Release: 2.0.1
    Device: 9800
    OS: 6.0.1.45
    Review Body:
    Not working
    At least we will have a chance to investigate the "not working" issue.

  • Dreamweaver Exchange Approval: Adobe Reviewer Has a Question for Me? Send it my Way Pls!!

    I was just denied a Dreamweaver exchange item that was already approved. I just updated title and cleaned up the description. Afterward the status said that I have to answer a question from the adobe reviewer. However I received no email from Adobe. And have no idea what add'l info they need or want!
    Here is the link to my submission: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&loc=en_us&extid=2918 022
    Can someone from Adobe review my pending Dreamweaver exhange items and let me know what I need to do?
    The review and approval process here is more cryptic than getting published on the Apple App store. :-(
    Vanessa
    Also, I have 2 items pending in the AE exchange and 3 in the Photoshop exchange for over 25 days. How often are items  in those exchanges reviewed by Adobe?

    Lost. Report it stolen (with serial number) to Apple and the police. If the device is not funneled offshore, the serial number may turn up again.

  • How to create a view for all Service Requests that are not approved by reviewer

    Hallo,
    I want to create a view in the Service Requests library that shows all SRs that are not approved. How to configure condition that says: if a SR has related Review Activity which is In Progress, show that SRs?
    I couldn't find this when creating the view. Thank you.

    So here's the first problem with that: Which review activity? a SR can contain multiple RAs, so how do we decide if an arbitrary SR is approved or not?
    As to the specific language you use (Any child RA is In Progress) you might want to look at the criteria from the default Change approval view, which does something similar:
    <QueryCriteria Adapter="omsdk://Adapters/Criteria" xmlns="http://tempuri.org/Criteria.xsd">
    <Criteria>
    <FreeformCriteria>
    <Freeform>
    <Criteria xmlns="http://Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Core.Criteria/">
    <Expression>
    <And>
    <Expression>
    <SimpleExpression>
    <ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Property>$Context/Path[Relationship='CoreActivity!System.WorkItemContainsActivity' TypeConstraint='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity.ReviewActivity']/Property[Type='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity']/Status$</Property>
    </ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Operator>Equal</Operator>
    <ValueExpressionRight>
    <Value>$MPElement[Name="CoreActivity!ActivityStatusEnum.Active"]$</Value>
    </ValueExpressionRight>
    </SimpleExpression>
    </Expression>
    <Expression>
    <SimpleExpression>
    <ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Property>$Context/Property[Type='CoreChange!System.WorkItem.ChangeRequest']/Status$</Property>
    </ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Operator>Equal</Operator>
    <ValueExpressionRight>
    <Value>$MPElement[Name="CoreChange!ChangeStatusEnum.InProgress"]$</Value>
    </ValueExpressionRight>
    </SimpleExpression>
    </Expression>
    </And>
    </Expression>
    </Criteria>
    </Freeform>
    </FreeformCriteria>
    </Criteria>
    </QueryCriteria>
    This is a simple AND criteria with two componets. one looking for a Review Activity (TypeConstraint='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity.ReviewActivity') which is related to the targetting CR by Contains Activity ($Context/Path[Relationship='CoreActivity!System.WorkItemContainsActivity';
    Context in this... context means the CR targeted by the view) where it's status (/Property[Type='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity']/Status$) is In Progress ($MPElement[Name="CoreActivity!ActivityStatusEnum.Active"]$). The other is filtering
    for the target change request's status ( $Context/Property[Type='CoreChange!System.WorkItem.ChangeRequest']/Status$) is In Progress ($MPElement[Name="CoreChange!ChangeStatusEnum.InProgress"]$).
    You could convert the second criteria to point to SRs and SR status values, and then use the similar text for the first criteria. i'd recommend
    Anton's Advanced View Editor (or
    the free version) to do the criteria adjustment.

  • Approve / reject review activity from mail notification

    It's possible to approve or reject review activities from mail notification on Lotus Notes ?
    Thanks

    If lotus notes can send e-mails - YES.

  • Add approver/ reviewer-data not coming up.

    Hi All
    One more question-we are in SRM4.0
    We managed to enable the add approver and add reviewer tabs under approval.
    Now when we try to add approver or reviewer the system does not fetch any data. Do we need to maintain a separate table of approvers and reviewers and link a program so that when user clicks on the tab, the data is fetched from the table....or there is some other way out.
    Regards
    Ashish

    Ashish,
    I am having a similar kind of issue like what you had months back. The 'Add approver' and 'Add reviewer' buttons are disabled on the shopping cart status overview. I have the approval task TS10008126 as general task (Not general fowarding allowed). Also the SAP provided BADI SAP_CHNG_AGNT_ALLOW is active in the system. But for some reason the add approver/reviewer buttons are greyed out.
    How did you resolve your issue? Appreciate your help
    Thanks
