Add Query Reports to My Cockpit

Hello Experts,
Is it possible to add query reports to My Cockpit in SAP 8.81 under the Common Functions window?  If so, how? Currently these reports reside under the My Menu tab which is not enabled when My Cockpit is active.  If this not possible I would need to convert those report to Crystal Reports which will take some time.

here is a sample dashboard for b1.

    Hi Experts,
    Hi Experts,
I want to add fields "company code" "'region" to existing  query report AQZZ/SAPQUERY/FKF1============
(list of vendor address) for this i done as following:
1.In SQ01  go to "EDIT->other user group" and i selected user group as /SAPQUERY/FK
2.I typed F1 in query field and click change button
3.I clicked next screen button and entered into "change query f1: select fields screen".here i clicked "basic list" button and searched company code checkbox and saved it as result company code is appearing in the standard report"AQZZ/SAPQUERY/FKF1============"
but unfortunately there is no region field(LFA1-REGIO) for this i think i should copy the existing  query report  into new query report(Ex:Z_LIST_OF_VEND) which should be 14 characters.please tell me briefly how to do this because this is first time i am using SQ00.
one more issue is when i selected "edit-otheruser group" and choosing /SAPQUERY/FK  i  am getting only infoset "/SAPQUERY/FIKD" but i should need Info set: "/SAPQUERY/FIDD" please tell me how to add the previous one into user group.i think if i got /SAPQUERY/FIDD into usergroup  /SAPQUERY/FK i can add region also into Query report as i mentioned above by going SQ01 ...............................

    Hi Experts ,
I solved issue by changing infoset in SQ02 by means of assigning field to field group and changed the query in SQ00.

  • SCCM 2012 Query report for specific software installed.

I have Reporting point installed and it seems to be working as I was able to run OS reports.
Here's what I would like to do.
    1. I need a query/report to show us all the machines that do not have Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection installed.
    2. I also need a query/report showing what machines still have Sophos AV installed.
Any help is greatly appreciated it.
    Thanks,
    Voev

I was not able to use the Reporting to get computers without FEP installed. So I did a workaround.
Create Device Collection for computers with FEP installed
    1. Device Collections => Create Device Collection =>name it "Computers with FEP installed=> Query Rule Properties => Edit Query Statement => Criteria tab => Add the following statements
    Criterion Type: Simple value
Where: Installed Software - ARPDisplay Name
    Operator: is equal to
Value: System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection          (as appeared in Add/remove program name)
Create Device Collection for computers without FEP installed
    1. Device Collections => Create Device Collection => Name "Computers without FEP Installed" => Query Rule Properties => Add Rule => Include Collections => Tick "All Systems" => OK =>  then you need to add
the Exclude by => Add Rule => Exclude Collections => Tick " Computers with FEP Installed => OK
So in my "All Systems" Collection has 1000 members
Computers with FEP Installed collection has 900 members
Computers without FEP Installed collection has 100 members
Add the with FEP installed & without FEP installed collections together is equal to 1000 members of the All Systems.

  • Adhoc Query Report

    Hi SAPients..
I have a n issue in Adhoc Query
In Adhoc query report ( PQAH ), X person having authorization to see the folder Additional Personal Data (IT0077), but Y person can access the Adoc but could not see the folder (IT0077). Please guide what should I do to make the Y person can view the (IT0077) folder??
Appreciate your support on this, Please guide me.
    Shan

    Hi Shan,
What I undertand is as follows:
Person is having access to view IT77 and Y person is having access to t code - PQAH (Ad Hoc Reprot). you want to give Y person access of IT77.
In this case you would need to add the concerned role to y person's SAP user id by which he ll get acces to maintain IT77 ands also can download the report. The role name you can get from your security team or GRC team.
    Hope this solves your query.

  • Current Time of Load on Infocube available in query report

    Hi Gurus,
I just want to ask if there are available method to include in the query report the most recent time and date of loading of infocube. The requirement is when extracting the bw report, it would show the last time of loading from the infoprovider, from the infocube.
Initial plan is to add a field but where exactly will be the source of the time and date of the infocube loading.
Your inputs are very much helpful.

    Hi
if the endgoal is to have in the webi, it is even easier.
Just create your statitistics query in the query designer and insert it as a new query in the webi (in webi you can have more than 1 query)  they run sequentially but in my cases just one 1 sec tops.  So even no workbook needed.
for the statistics check :  (I think i used MP 0TCT_MC01)http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c0e5ca3b-95ce-2b10-4d94-864ab29a8b63?overridelayout=t…

  • How many ways we can create authorization for user groups in sap query reports

Hi Gurus, I am getting a problem when I am assigning users to user group in sap query report .The users other than created in user groups are also able to add &change  the users .So please suggest me how to restrict users outside of the user group.
Please send me if u have any suggestions and useful threads.
    Thank You,
    Suneel Kumar.

I don't think it can be done. According to the link below 'Users who have authorization for the authorization object S_QUERY with both the values Change and Maintain, can access all queries of all user groups without being explicitly entered in each user group.'
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/d2/cb3f89455611d189710000e8322d00/content.htm
Although I think you can add code to your infoset and maybe restrict according to authority group, i.e.:
Use AUTHORITY-CHECK to restrict access to the database based on user.
Press F1 on AUTHORITY-CHECK to find out how to use it in the code

    hi Vinod,
    check
    add query in role
    you can try,
in PFCG, click '+other', choose 'bw query url', in next screen give description for text and object description =

  • Deman Planning - Query/report

    Hello,
I have been asked to provide a query/report showing stock in restricted &/0r unrestricted state BUT with no demand on the item.
The query/report needs to show material/item number, stock figures in each state, std cost and price unit.
The demand is shown on txn MD04 but how can I create a query/report as above?
I would like to create a query using SQVI if possible?
    Any help would be appreciated.

There are several approaches to consider and it would be good to hear from some direct users.  Assuming you have a BW/BI landscape, there are numerous metrics in info cubes to easily get the data.  I used to look at inventory metrics and would start with the DOH (days on hand) - I don't remember how it was calculated, but normally it would take the current stock level and divide by the demand.  Of course, when the demand goes away, you are dividing by zero (or nearly zero), and your projected DOH goes way up.  So, by looking at the DOH, you quickly find out what products have stock with little or no demand.  You would then need to add the costing metrics, likely from another info cube.
There are numerous inventory metrics in the BW info cube - I'll try to find an updated list, but if you ask your BW architect on site they should be able to provide it.
Is there a reason why you are looking at it from a transactional query perspective instead of BW?

  • Reading Archived Data Through SAP Query Report

    Dear SAP Gurus,
My client archived their SAP data in a particular year range and all the Z reports have to modified to read these archive data. Normal ABAP reports can be modified to read the archive data without no problem.
But there are two Z SAP query reports which should be modified the same way so it will be able to read archive data.
What is the best method for this? Does SAP Query tool provide facility to read archive data? or do I have to append the code?
Thank you in advance for your help

No, do not adapt the SAP generated report source. The reason is: every time someone re-generates the query from tx. SQ01 your changes will be lost.
You could add the functionality Manathan gave you to add to the infoset of said query - but to be honest: in my opinion that is shooting nuclear rockets at flies. Also you run the risk that every change of the infoset (add a join/delete a join) requires adjustment of said coding you applied ... and where will you be then? Fancy repairing the same query over and over again? Try talk sense to your client - go for a Z-report here ...

  • Fail to create SQL query report because of ORA-00923

    Hi expert,
I would like to SQL query report using the following query:
    select min(identified_date) first_identified,
    max(actual_COMPLETE) last_closed,
    count(id) total_issues,
    sum(decode(status,'Open',1,0)) open_issues,
    sum(decode(status,'Pending',1,0)) pending_issues,
    sum(decode(status,'Resolved',1,0)) closed_issues,
    sum(decode(status,'Will Not Resolve',1,0)) not_resolve_issues,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,null,1,0),
    0)) open_no_prior,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,1,1,0),
    0)) open_prior_1,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,'2',1,0),
    0)) open_prior_2
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,3,1,0),
    0)) open_prior_3,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,'4',1,0),
    0)) open_prior_4,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,5,1,0),
    0)) open_prior_5
    from SOFTPROJ_issues
    where project_id = :P83_PROJECT
However, I got the following error during the steps of creation:
    1 error has occurred
Query cannot be parsed, please check the syntax of your query. (ORA-00923: FROM¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿)
I wonder why if it is getting the error because I could create the report with the following query without problems:
    select min(identified_date) first_identified,
    max(actual_COMPLETE) last_closed,
    count(id) total_issues,
    sum(decode(status,'Open',1,0)) open_issues,

    0)) open_prior_3,
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,5,1,0),
    0)) open_prior_5
    from SOFTPROJ_issues

    1 error has occurred
Query cannot be parsed, please check the syntax of your query. (ORA-00923: FROM¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿)
The difference is to add the followings only:
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,'2',1,0),
    0)) open_prior_2
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,'4',1,0),
    0)) open_prior_4,
Does anyone have any idea to resolve the issue?
    Thanks in advance,
    Rui

By putting a comma after open_prior_2:
    sum(decode(status,
    'Open',decode(priority,'2',1,0),
    0)) open_prior_2,Sima
