Go to Se11
Enter your Table Name
Press Change
Clieck on Fields tab
enter new fields here
Save and activate.
Now if Log appears
Go to Se14
enter your table name
Edit
then  Activate and Adjust Database.
keep in mind if you want your previous data in table not deleted.
tick<b> Save data</b> radiobutton
reward if useful

    In 2007 i always got the same problem.
    Solution:
    1st create all tables
    then
    2nd create all fields
    and do not use any querys to exists the table or field
    >If Not UserFieldExists(tablename, fieldName) Then
    use lretcode when you add the field / Table, even it is -2035 it is already exists, do not care.

    You got it completely wrong and dont jump into conclusions directly .
    PCUI Applications & IC WebClient are different BSP applications and  have completely different architecture.
    Get some online help or cookbooks on both topics and read the books.

    You need to have the SAP access key to modify the screen and add the field which already been added in VBAP using the Append structure in SE11

    My requirement is To display automatic cash management group with reference to account group in vendor master.
    In vendor master initial screen if user enters Account group (LFA1-KTOKK) as “VWOP or DMST in the accounting information screen Cash management group field (LFB1 – FDGRV) planning group code A1 has to display.
    In change mode if any of the user trys to change planning group code an error massage “change is not possible” has to appear..
    Now i ve coded in the method PRESET_VALUES_CCODE which is in the BADI definition VENDOR_ADD_DATA this method is getting triggered even after the accounting information screen displayed and could you please help me in displayin the error message?     ABAP/4 query can be designed in four steps
    1.     Creation of a user group
    2.     Creation of Infoset
    3.     Assignment of user group to Infoset
    4.     Creation of the query based on Infoset
    By executing the transaction codes mentioned below
    u2022     SQ01   ABAP/4 Query
    u2022     SQ02   Infosets
    u2022     SQ03   User group
    Step 1: To create an Infoset without a logical database
    One of the following can be selected
    u2022     Based on a single table
    u2022     Using an ABAP/4 program
    u2022     Using Table Joins
    u2022     Using Sequential Dataset
    NOTE: The tables to be used in the join should have at least one field in common i.e. it should have the same name, domain or data element.
    Step 2: Here you specify the users who should be authorized to run the query. A user group is always associated with a Infoset.
    Step 3: In Query Definition you can define the Selections Screen. Here you can check against the fields(fields from the tables specified in the infoset above) that you require to be shown on the selection screen.
    Now we Finally need to specify the output type for the query as Basic List, Statistics or Ranked List. Choose the option Basic List and also select the fields to be displayed in the output list(in your case from and to fields...)
    After providing all the above options you can save the query and execute it by clicking the Execute button twice.

    Can you explain a little bit more about how the form you wish to edit came to be. Is this a PDF form? Was it creating in Acrobat or Formscentral? Are you hoping to edit it in Acrobat? if so what version do you have? Any information about the form will help us in guiding you forward.

I am working in ICWEB client for utility services, In this case for a particular view in the bsp application CRM_IUFCS_IC/View1.htm i want to add a field but the field is not the context nodes, or any of the related entities in the BOl Model. But its in  another root object in the BOL Model. So i would like to know how can i add this field into my layout.
    e.g.:let context node in view to be modified is buag and the field to be added is under BuilHeader object. This is the scenario.

    We are on CRM 7.0. I want to add a field to the Result List of Activity (Component: BT126S_APPT / View: ApptSR). This field is the address of the "Employee Responsible".
    So, how can I add a field to the Result List? AET is not a relevant tool for us because we don't want to create an attribute it already exist in the BOL. We just have to enhance the result list with BOL existing attributes.

    The component was missing some technical data. Implement sap notes 1226612, 1363752, and then follow the manual procedure shown below.
    u2022     Execute transaction SE11.
    u2022     Choose the Radio button "Data Type" and enter value
                  "CRMST_QUERY_R_ACT_BTIL" in the Data Type field.
    u2022     Click on "Change" button.
    u2022     Position the cursor before the Includes added to this structure. Click
                 On the "+" button to add a new attribute.
    u2022     Enter the following details in the newly added blank row.
         Component: PERSON_RESP_LIST
         Component Type: CRMT_PERSON_RESP_LIST.
    u2022     Save the changes and activate the structure.
    u2022     Add the "Employee Responsible" field to the View configuration.
    u2022     Open the BSP application BT126S_APPT.
    u2022     Double-click on the view BT126S_APPT/ApptSR in the left side panel.
    u2022     Choose tab "Configuration" in right side panel.
    u2022     Choose the right configuration by using the "Choose Configuration" button.
    u2022     Click on the Edit button.
    u2022     Add the "Employee Responsible" attribute from the "Available fields" list to "Displayed fields" list.

    If I understood you correctly, you are just trying to add new fields to the invoice form and then use them in your form. you should first go and add the field to your tables, which you would do by going to Tool --> User Defined Fields --> Manage User Fields. There are different documents or categories given. For ex. for invoices, Sales Orders you would add your field under the Marketing Documents. If you want the field to be just one per invoice, add it to the Title, otherwise if you want a field per invoice or Sales Order line, add it to the Rows section. Once you have done that then you can just create a edit box or drop down to represent the field and set the datasource for that to your field. If you want example code to do that, let me know.

    I want to extend fields for an extractor, and the additional fields come from a third table (for the extractor, there is a view which 2 Tabels inner join.) The third table should have LEFT OUTER JOIN relation to the other 2 tables. So I have to use "User Exist" to add the fields from the third table to my data source.
