Adding link to Graphic

Question

I'm sure this is very easy but I'm not finding an intuitve
way to get it done. How do I add a URL to a graphic? See the
Support tab at this site
http://www.netpro-solutions.com/ar_80009.swf
I need to make the offline help link active -- I have the URL but
how do I embed it? Thanks.

oh and select the button and make sure you gave it the
instance name from your button code
(properties panel).
