Adding new value in Pick list and sorted logic on basis of new value.

Hi All,
I have a requirement where I have to add a new value in seeded OAMessageBean and sort the page contents on basis of selected value.
I see in about this page and found out that no VO is attached with this field.
I assume that it attached somewhere in controller and tried to find out there but cannot able to find it there.Is there any way to find the VO which is attached to this bean?
Also how to add a new values in this seeded picklist as I can able to get handle to OAMessageBean in custom controller.

I tried to open that page in jdeveloper but I dont see any choice bean on the page.Also tried to open CO attached to this page but no clue.As I am able to the get handle of this choicebean in controller.Is there any way I can find out which VO attached to this choiceBean.

My another question is Can we add new value to choice bean In CO.
I tried to add it by below methods but these are not reflecting in the application.

Just wondering, what context is this in?
First up, is your iTunes account part of an iCloud account?
Secondly, if it's a free app, why don't they just download it? If they are having trouble finding it on the App Store, but you can find it easily, you can share the link for it via email with them, and if they view that email on their iPod they can just tap the link and it will open the App Store to that App for them, so they can download it themselves.
If you were to go to the Store settings pane and sign in with your iTunes account, that should only provide the possibility for download items from your iTunes account, such as purchased apps, music and movies. However, if you signed in, downloaded the app, and then went back and signed out of the account again, there shouldn't be any access apart from the app you downloaded. This is provided you sign in using the Store section of the Settings app, not the iCloud section.
One problem they will have if you download this in your account instead of theirs, in order to download updates for that app, they will need you to enter your iTunes password to download the updates. Doing that doesn't give them access to anythign to do with your account other than that update, but they will be unable to receive updates for it without your password. They would also likely be unable to sync the app onto their computer, as their computer would not be Authorised with your iTunes account.
If you can answer some of the questions I've asked, I may be able to suggest alternate ways for you get them the app on their device.

For this requirement, you will need to retrieve all the lists objects you want firstly, then execute the requests one by one to get the value of the Title column using CAML or
LINQ.

Can anyone please provide some light on how the system should generate a pick list and pack list. what config needs to be done and settings. or help me with some tutorials even.

Dear Kanna,
Picking & Packing lists are the output types in the shipping output process.
Packing list
Standard output type for Packing list is PL00
To get the Packing list output you need to do the output determination settings for the outbound deliveries.
In the output determination procedure you keep the Packing list output type.
Picking list
1. First assign your Output type EK00 to the shipping point(Enterprise Structure - Definition of Shipping point), also maintain the time and medium.
2. Use TCode V/38, to maintain the condition type EK00, maintain the time,print parameters and transmission medium.
Also assign the processing routines Prog: RVADEK1,Form Routine: ENTRY, Form:SD_PICK_SINGLE
3. Mainatain the print parameters for shipping pt using TCOde VL01SHP.
For output determination in shiiping go through this IMG path

How new?

After my upgrade to iOS6, my iPhone4 lost all entries in the Reading List and Bookmarks. I cannot add new entries. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I'm not 100% positive that this is related to the iOS6 upgrade, but the timing is certainly suspicios. Previously, I had 7 entries in Safari's readling list and many entries in the Bookmarks. Now, I have nothing except the large pair of sunglasses and help text that tells me how to add a link to the reading list.
When I am looking at a webpage and click on the Forward button, I'm giving all sorts of choices now in full color... facebook... Message... Twitter... Mail... Add to homescreen. The following buttons are all grey: Print, Copy, Bookmark, and Add to Reading List.
I'm guessing that the icon color is a red herring. Print and Copy, despite being grey, appear to work fine. Bookmark and Add to Reading List have problems.
Adding to the Reading List makes the forwarding screen go away, as though the link was added. When I click on the Bookmark icon and look at my reading list, it remains empty, displaying the large sunglasses and help text, as though the list has never had an entry added to it.
Adding a Bookmark prompts me to enter the name and location. Interestingly, the list of locations is empty. I have a single folder with no name and a check mark next to it. I cannot do anything else (make a new folder, for example). Once added, when I click on the Bookmark icon to look at my bookmarks, that list remains empty of individual bookmarks. All I have are: Reading List (still empty), History (full of expected entries), Bing (which takesme to some Bing thing).
Any help in restoring my bookmarks and Reading List entries would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks. That solved it. I had my doubts since I wasn't concerned about my lost bookmarks. I was concerned about the broken functionality. In any event, restoring from a backup solved both the functionality and the lost bookmarks. I appreciate the response!

How to get distinct values from a list and display in a ListView webpart.

I have a requirement in which I need to pull unique/distinct values from a custom list and then display it via a listview webpart. Can any one suggest how this can be done.
If possible please share the CAMEL query to fetch distinct values from a custom list.

Hi Ankit,
Is there any particular reason that the values need to be shown in a list view web part? Are you going to use that web part for filtering via web part connections?
I ask because the enterprise site collection features include the SharePoint List Filter web part, which may accomplish what you're looking for.
If you just need to display the values in a grid view, you might have more luck with the JavaScript Client Object Model. Try putting the following in a text file:

Upload the text file to a library on the site, then add a content editor web part to a page where you want the distinct values to appear. In the content editor web part's properties, edit the Content Link so that it links directly to the text file. This

Read XML file to dropdown list and sort alphabetically

I have a custom vbs script that reads a text file and creates a dropdown list to web page. How I can sort the list alphabetically? Should I read the values to array, sort it and after that put sorted values to dropdown list?

Create a Delivery note from a picking List and many binallocations

Hi,
Recently, I get how create a delivery note form a picking list with batchnumbers, but now I have the following case.
Quantity       Product       SerialAndBatchNumbersBaseLine
10                ID200                              0
5                  ID200                              1
now I set the batchNumbers
location    batchnumber       quantity
02-A              XY                   10
02-B              YY                    5    <---    this location give me error.
now the rest of articles

I get the next error:
1470000344 - Batch "YY" of item "ID200" in bin location "3108" falls into negative inventory.
When I find this "3108" this "select * from OBIN where AbsEntry = 3108" is the batchnumber for XY and not YY.
so how is the way to create a delivery note with many binallocations?
(if required I will paste code.)

PIck List:
Pick List is a document by which you carry out Goods Issue for the required materials from Storage location by Production order wise , material wise etc.By pick list you generate reservation for the particular materials and then issue them against that reservation for shop floor manufacturing.
You can print the list, assemble the requested materials from the storage location accordingly, and post the goods issue via the pick list.
Pull List
Purpose
The pull list controls the in-house flow of material for supplying production with materials. The system assumes that the components required for production have already been produced in-house or procured externally and are now available to be transferred from their current storage location or bin to the production storage location.
The pull list checks the stock situation at the production storage location and calculates the quantities of missing parts. Replenishment elements can be created for these missing parts. Components can be staged via direct stock transfer or using stock transfer reservations. Replenishment can also be triggered by setting a kanban to u2018emptyu2019 or creating transfer requirements in Warehouse Management.
Integration
The pull list is an integral part of repetitive manufacturing and shop floor control.
The basis of replenishment planning is MRP - the component requirements are calculated in the MRP run. The system takes requirements from run schedule quantities, production order reservations and manual reservations into account.
Depending on the environment, replenishment can consist either of direct stock transfer, stock transfer reservations, kanbans or transfer requirements, which are then processed in the appropriate module.
Features
You can access the pull list by material to be produced (that is, by assembly), by component, production line or MRP controller, amongst others.
The pull list calculates the missing parts by checking which requirements fall within a certain period of time, which stocks are available in the production storage location, and which replenishment quantities have already been initiated via the pull list.
You can also use the pull list to create replenishment elements for the missing parts. The system first creates a replenishment proposal for the missing parts. The system can post this proposal as a replenishment element (stock transfer reservation, kanban or WM), or carry out a direct stock transfer.
Constraints
It is not the primary task of the pull list to determine the location of the required components. The only exception is in the direct stock transfer procedure where you have to enter a replenishment storage location or the system has to determine a replenishment storage location via stock determination.
The pull list is primarily responsible for planning material staging (calculating missing parts and initiating replenishment) by creating a work list in the form of replenishment elements. The actual staging is carried out by a warehouse clerk, for example, and is supported by transactions which are carried out subsequently, based on the replenishment elements.
Issue Storage Location
In the case of a material produced in-house, this is the key of the storage location that is copied to the planned order, production order, or run schedule quantity.
If the material is a component, it is the issuing storage location to which a backflush is posted.
If the material is produced, it is the receiving storage location to which the receipt of the material is posted.
Procedure
You specify the receiving storage location for repetitive manufacturing in the production version for the material master record.

Our WMS clerk confused about open Production Order and Pick up due list for the Production Order.We want to check the list of open production order and what are the materials due for picking up the open production order Please suggest us the best way you are doing for your Production Order.

Co27 will give only open orders and materials to be picked.
Open production orders mean - orders which are not teco/closed/deleted.
All the materials will appear in the list which have a status - FInal issue not ticked.
You can slos use coois
with list = components
profile = picking profile.
here we have more options.

Workflow will lookup a value from one list and update to second list , in second list wants to calculate using that lookup value

I'm Palanivel , In my site collection , I have 2 lists , In 1st list , i have id,name and Total Annual leave . In 2nd List i have ID,No of Days(taking leave),Balance Annual Leave.
My first task is,In List 2, get the value from list 1.total annual leave to list 2.balance annual leave. Next , i do some calculation ,that is (balance annual leave - no of days = balance annual leave) .
Now my updates working correctly . and the calculation also working but when next time applying leave , again the update process working , so balance annual leave becomes my total annual leave .
my question is how to do a update process only first time , next time only calculation task has to be performed .
how to do 2 task in a single workflow , the 1st task must run only one time .
please help ....

Anyway-hopefully I am not talking to myself here.
The database i am using is Oracle 10 g version 1 and using vb2005 express.
As mentioned above the problem is the value of the parameter does not go into the query statement.
The same logic with changes made works for other major databases. So I do not think it is the logic.
Any suggestions?

Adding new value in Pick list and sorted logic on basis of new value.
