Adding one more field to the VL06O report

Hi everybody
   When  u execute the TR code VL06O a screen will appear from that screen select list outbound deliveries and then provide some date and execute.
The output will come having fields delivery,ship-to-party,name of ship-to-party like that 7 fields are there and now i want to see one more field called shipment number in the output along with the previuos 7 fields.
what should i do it is a standard program?
please guide me?

    You can define access sequence (SPRO->Materials Management->Purchasing->Conditions->Define Price Determination Process) for the condition type to look at Vendor/Material level and Material level in the sequence. Please make the access Exclusive so that no further search is carried out once  a condition record for Vendor/Material level is found.

    use an iplicit enahnecemnt to call a function module in which you can call a screen popu up with the fields you want update them in the database and return back to the main program. If the the two exits available are not helpful to you.

  • One more field Needed in COID Report

    Hi Gurus
    Our Client wants the Resource or production line to be shown in COID report .
    Is it Possible to populate the Production line field in the COID report so that they
    can know from the COID in which production line the material is being processed.
    Or is there any other reports like COID which gives all informations like COID and
    with the production line field.
    In COIO report i could populate the field Recipe Group / Routing Group but not the resource Name.
    Pls Throw light into this

    Here they are using only one resource for completing the operation.
    I have checked the layout settings for the report
    It is easy to Bring the Recipe group / Routing group to the report.
    but there is no proficiency to bring the resource to the report.
    Is there any chance of bringing the material group to this report
    or is there any other report like COID or COOISPI which shows
    the resource name along with the other details

  • Adding one more field in extract structure maintenance

    Hi Gurus,
    I have already extarcted data to BW using 2LIs_13_Vditm datasource and the deltas are also loaded.
    Initially when the extract structure(in LBWE) was maintained in LBWE, the field KTGRM-Acct.Assgnmt group was not selected from the POOL.Now there is a requirement to include that in the maintenance of extract structure.
    My question is, can i directly add the field to the datasource in R/3,without any coding in CMOD like in enhancements, and replicate again to BW without disturbing the existing data? OR Do I have to add the field in Trans.Stru, Update rules and cube and goahead loading data.

    You can add any field listed in the pool of available fields directly to your LO datasource without enhancing the extract structure and coding in CMOD. But be aware to empty the delta queue and the extraction queue before, otherwise you can't change the extract structure.
    After replicating the changed datasource you have to update the relevant infoproviders, update rules and the infosource, because the new field was not known before.
    It is also recommended to reload the data from the source system in order to populate the new field for all data.

  • Adding one more table to the select statement joining 4 tables gives dump

    There is a select statement using which four tables namely VBAK,VBAP,LIPS and LIKPUK(view) are joined(inner join).Here, date and time fields are selected from LIPS and used.
    My requirement is to consider the Date (LIKP - WADAT_IST) instead of LIPS-ERDAT  and time(LIKP-SPE_WAUHR_IST) is to be used instead of LIPS-erzet.
    Neither LIPS nor LIKPUK contains time(SPE_WAUHR_IST) field. And, I cannot remove LIPS table or LIKPUK view as each contains a unique field which is used in the report.
    When I tried to join LIPS in the select query, it is going to dump.
    Can someone suggest a good approach ?

    i think you can create a temporary table
    the fields salesman category and quantity
    insert and update for each record with a formula or create a new sql query and maybe use a matrix to show as you want

    I'd like to know how to add one field as a selection field for the data source.I used 0FI_GL_4 Datasource .It has 2 selection.Now I want to add one more field as a selection field .How to mark that field as selection?I tried by using RSA6 ,But I'm unable to change the previous selection.

      when ever you create any Generic DS, you can find generic DS(I checked this), comming append fields(it's happend to me)... there is no meaning.. as we know... we will extract the data for append fields using existing DS.
    Comming Raju:
    to my knowledge, you should not add that field as selection enabled(wait for others posts). I had seen many posts for working on this... by updating the Table ROOSFIELD table for the respective DS. I never implemented this... if you update this using any custom program be careful. Ihave ccreated the program for append fields not for Standard Extractor.

    I had an issue like i need to put column headings for a report and I want to add an extra field to the report.
    The problem here is that the report was actually cloned from a Query.At the time of cloning,they forgot to add the column headings.
    Now we need to add the column headings for the same.How can we proceed for this and where we need to add our code?

    you can get this done in 2 ways:
    1 - Change the query to add another column and the re-generate the report
    2 - If changing query is not possible, you can change the report it self for adding extra field. If you look at the code, it will be more like normal ABAP code. you can easily modify it (If you are ABAPer) for your additional requirements.

  • Using more than one Business area in the same report

    Is it possible / recommended to use more than one business area in the same report.
    For example, I have a sales (business area sales) report on one tab and a rebates(rebates business area) report on a second tab.

    Possible: yes
    Recommended: no
    This can certainly be done and Discoverer will not prevent you from having reports that use different business areas as you describe.
    However, for management and security purposes it does not make for ease of use. As you know a user has the ability to share a workbook with another user. If they do this then ALL reports within that workbook are shared. If the receiving user does not have access to one or more of the business areas then some reports will run and some will not. This can be very confusing to an end user and a possible nightmare to administer.
    My recommendation would be to have a workbook per business area and not mix.
    If there is more than one business area per functional area, for example sales and returns, then so long as the users have access to both business areas then you could use a common workbook.
    Personally I would not even do this, so my strongest advice would be to have all reports in a workbook written against the same business area.

    this is the exact answer for your question.
    Go to the inclide RQALVF14 in this there is a perform  call_listviewer_f14, in this the output is displaying using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY function module . before this do like this ..
    modify the output table p_object_tab like this .
    the output table is of structure QALS_D02 you can extend this by appending a structure with the custom fields and there is an enhancement ( i have checked it) in this routine call_listviewer_f14 in RQALVF14. Create an enhancement in this routine at the start of the routine and modify the output table using your custom code in it , then you wil get the data as well as fields into fieldcatalog,.
