Adding Time (Time Card)

Question

I have a simple spreadsheet set up for calculating time worked on a job.
I am using 4 columns "Date, Start Time, End Time, and Total Time".
The last three columns are set up as time like 13:59
The "Total Time" column has a formula like =SUM(C2-B2) to get the total time for that day.
The problem I am having is trying to figure out how to get the Total of "Total Time"
=SUM(D2..D19) When that cell is set to Time after 25 hours worked it will show only 1 hour I'm trying to add data like (4:30, 5:15, 6:45) but it only works for up to 24 hours
Anyone know a good way to make a Time Card?

I can not get either formula to compile.
=IF(C2,C2-B2+(C2<B2),"")>
that one will, if I remove the greater than sign
=IF(C2,C2-B2+(C2<B2),"")                     *
and it displays the correct time
but
The cell for D7 does not compile for me either
=24(SUM(D2..D7))
I have cells D2…D6 display as time ie 13:59
and cell D7 as General</div>
Sorry. Poor proofreading on my original post (or a glitch in the forum software, as I noticed that your edited version still showed the ">" at the end, although it did not show in the quoted version above). Your edited version is correct.
Enter in D2, and fill down to D6: =IF(C2,C2-B2+(C2<B2),"")                * 
Format these cells to display as Time.</i>
Your D7 formula should produce a Circular reference error as you've included a reference to cell D7 in the formula. The cell range in this formula should be D2..D6, not D2..D7.
Enter in D7: =24(SUM(D2..D6)) —to report the result in hours (eg. 25.678)
Format the cell to display as Number, General.

*Edited. The large space and asterisk following two formulas is an (apparently unsuccessful) attempt to keep the > sign from displaying at the end of these lines. Definitely a glitch in the forum software! If Copying and Pasting these formulas, make sure you do NOT include any of the option-space characters following the actual formula.
