Adding values to pracing condition

We have pricing procedures and few pricing conditions in it. Let say that last two pricing conditions are ZPC1 ZPC2.
These pricing conditions are applied on positions level.
What I need to do is to calculate sum of values from ZPC1 for all positions. For last position, when this sum is lower than 500euro I need to add difference between 500euro and calculated sum into ZPC2. From business point of view, this is needed, because value of order can't be lower than 500 euro. If it so, costs of transportation are added into value of order into last position.
Q: What should I do in pricing conditions/pricing procedures to achieve aforementioned behavior?

Value of the condition should not added to NETWR filed of Item & Header

Hi Experts,
My clients has a specific requirement he wants header freight condition type should go to accounting but *it should not include in (NETWR field) net value field of header and line item of invoice (Table VBRK and VBRP)*
I have done the configuration of pricing procedure and allocated ERF as account key to freight condition type and placed the freight condition type after net value condition type and tax condition type
But unfortunately the value of freight condition type getting added to NETWR field kindly suggest how to handle this problem

Dear Krushna,
in the internal field komp-netwr are all conditions included which are non statistical and active.
(taxes are excluded).
This is the standard behaviour.
But if you set a condition as statistical, this condition has no influence to the komp-netwr but it will be not transfer to FI. Because only all active condtions which are non statistical are transfer to FI.
Maybe you can create your own formula to exclude this condition from the komp-netwr.

Condition value of Tax condition type gets added to Total Value in Contract

Hi All,
I'm currently investigating an issue where there are 2 line items in an SAP Sales Contract. There is a human error in the second line where the billing end date is less than billing start date in the billing plan. Consequently, the second line has null Outgoing target value.
However, the header Total value in the Contract gets wrongly calculated as Basic condition value of 1st line + Condition value of tax condition type of line one due to this.   When I modify the billing end date for the second line item to be a date greater than the billing start date, the above problem disappears and the total value of the contract does not include the tax component.
For eg.
Normal Error free Contract
Total Value at Header =   700.00 EUR
                   Material          Outgoing Target val
Item 0010    MAT1               450.00                          ( 450 + 50 (tax ) )
Item 0020    MAT2               150.00
Contract with billing plan error in second line
Total value at Header =   550.00 EUR
                        MAterial       Outgoing target val
Item 0010         MAT1             450.00                    ( 450 + 50 (tax ) )
Item 0020         MAT2              0.00

No, i didn't.
Actually, i enter condition type and amount in sales order manually.
At that time my program which i modified at 'Define And Assign Pricing Procedures' in IMG should be run.
But the result of running is different from my purpose.
To change Condition value of condition type in sales order, are there any solution?

To be able to call a function module in an update work process, you must flag it in the Function Builder. When you create the function module, set the Process Type attribute to Update with immediate start
Alternatively u can use this function module.
CRM_STATUS_DATA_SAVE_DB
BAPI_CUSTOMERCRM_CHANGE (If u wish to use a bapi for this).
Also , Let me know what error you got when implementing other function module.Does the function module didnt return any error but still the value is not changed for pricing condition type?

Changing Customer Reserve values for KNTYP (Condition Category)

Thanks for clicking this post.
The plan is to change one of the Condition Categories to suit our organizations complex requirements.
The Domain is "KNTYP" and this has a predefined Fixed Value range. This range contains some values that SAP terms as "Customer reserve", e.g., 5 thru 9, and X thru Z. The intention is to tweak one of these values to suit our requirements.
Where do we change this? Is there a program, user exit, or its like where a little bit of code can be added so the system knows what to do when we use one of these values later in Condition Types?
Any pointers will be very useful. Please note that we are already aware of the negative consequences of such changes - we just need to know where to change.

"Date Added" values changed to be identical in some folders

Hi,
I normally sort my work files (mostly .ppts) by "date added" to help me keep track, this usually works fine. I have the date added column showing in Finder and set the Folder Options to sort by date added.
I noticed today that in some folders (but not all) the date added value has been re-set by the system to be a random date (eg 30 Jan 2015 15:28 for one folder), and the date and time added is the exact same for all the files. Obviously this means I can't sort them anymore. I was wondering why this has happened and if it can be fixed as it's a really annoying and potentially serious issue.

You can assing default values to the Variables...Fiscal Year2008; Version100...etc. so that the user need not input all the variables.
I am not sure whether you can assign a function--"on selection" of variables. For better control It would be prudent to advise users to execute a function (if need be embed a SAVE function with in the sequence) on press of a button.

Update value of Pricing condition

Hi all,
I am having existing custom program in which sales order get display through ALV. and when user select records through ALV and execute, All pricing conditions of selected sales order gets updated. For this BDC is written( in which Update button is clicked on condition tab at line item in sales order)
My requirement is to add new field for pricing condition on selection screen. and if user puts any pricing condition on the field, only that pricing condition should get updated with new value for selected sales order. It should not update all the pricing condition for the sales order.
Problem: I can not use BDC in this particular case because if i use Update button on condition tab(line item ) in sales order on BDC, it will update all the pricing condition of sale order.
Question: How i will trace new value of any pricing condition. Functional are saying that it is maintained in VK13. If this is a case
then
1)How I will come to know in which config table, Condition record exist i.e New value of pricing .
2)Each pricing Condition will have multiple condition tables ( Lot of combinations) and I will come to know about the tableu2019s only at runtime. For getting the values from table I need the value of there respective key fields.
How I will get the values of all the key fields of the condition tables ?
If there is any better way to get the new reprising value of pricing condition please let me know?

Please check if any other standard pricing types suits your requirement. Assuming that your current pricing type is 'B'-carry out automatic pricing. So, when you update pricing, you can choose the best that suit your case.

if i get it correctly , this is your scenario
condition 1--- price x
condition 1--- price Y
condition 1--- price z
now you want a fourth conddition with base value total of the above 3
if so , you maybe define all the above 3 as statistical ,
in another row , create a total of the above 3,
assign a sub total this ,
create new conditon type and in its alt base value , give the formalue for the sub total
for eg 5 for sub toal 1, 6 for sub total 2
and then you would get the right base value

Rounding up off values using Different Condition types

Dear All,
There is a requirement from the client where they want to round up the values in all the condition type values.For Example:
ZPR0- 1525
ZCOM(15%)- 228.75(It Should be 229.00)
NBT(Tax2%) 25.93(It Should be 26)
Similarly all the values for the condition should be calculated as the above mentioned scenario .Kindly suggest

2.goto pricing procdure in v/08 in calculation type field maintain routine 17 against the condition type s
3.in OB90 maintain 100( rounding unit) against your company code then check the results.

Hide values for certain condition types in Quotation Saleorder and Invoice

Hi All,
I have written code to hide values for certain condition types in LV69AFZZ,
this works fine in the ITEM LEVEL.
But for the same condition types, I could not hide the values in the HEADER LEVEL.
Unless I hide it at header level also, this is useless.
Please guide me how to do it.

Change the amount & its corresponding values in Billing conditions

i need solution for changes in amount & its corresponding values in Billing conditions . i have a contract & it hv a 3 line items . in 1st line item i hv sm condition value at the time of contract creation . but i want to change this condition value at the time of billing posting. its is possible thru manually but in my case sm calculations is done on the bases of 1st line item condition value & i want to change old condition values with the new one . is there sm one who knows any user exit to change this values .

looks like you should have asked this in the ADF-forum...

Why don't you simply configure the user name beeing unique in your entity?
ADF would raise an exeption for you.

Fix value header price condition

Hi all,
We have a header condition price that is a fix value. However, it takes into account the number of positions.
For example, let's say that this price condition is 1. There are 10 positions and the price of all of them is 10, so the gross amount is 100. The value of this condition is 1x10 (number of positions) instead of 1.
Does anybody know why this price condition takes into account the number of positions if it is a header fix value?

System does not make any changes to existing document. All the changes are applicable to documents created after changing material master etc...so in your case there will be no change on existing PO and corresponding Goods receipts.
