Addition of components in order-Reg

Dear Guys,
My scenario is
I have created one MO last week with one component of X quantity.Next day I have added another component of quantity Y .Today I have added another 2 line items of components of quantity Z and W.
Now the issue is If I want to track the days in which the components were added in the MO,its not reflecting in Action log(its showns only if any changes made in quantity) and in the order documents-changes,its showing ,but user cannot understand what is the component and other details.Because its showing RESB table updation.Moreover deleted component lines are not reflecting in action log as well as order documents-Changes.
How to see the details of addition/deletion of components in MO.

How to create the additional field on Maintenace order

Hi,
For adding additional field on order -
I am aware about the facility in SAP, in which we can create the view profile, which contains the various tab pages and the sub tab pages(Which are subscreens). When we assign this view profile the order type then we can view the various fields selected in the view profile in the order screen in IW31 T code.
Now if i want to add some additional field then i can create the additional screen using the user exit and then assign it in customisation to the view profile and then to the order type.
But is it possible to add the field by using any other way?
If yes, request to let me know in detail alongwith the user exist if any.

Thanks for the quick reply. As per as the field key is concerned, i dont want to use that.
I can add field by designing the new screen and adding it in the view profile but the main problem is that whenever i add the view profile to the order type, the standard tab pages are not appearing as a default and i have to add the screens as per the standard (to the view profile).

I have gone through the documention of the user exit it says that to add the additional fields on the order header, one has to append the structure CI_AUFK with the custom fields/additional fields and then use the function EXIT_SAPLCOIH_018 and 19 to transfer the data to and from the screen area to the SAP but the one point i am not sure about is how the custom fields updated in the structure will get displayed on the main screen(to input the value into them into screen) .

I have stuck to update a filed in Additional A in sales order .Can any one tell me how can i reach this additional A through SPRO?.

there are two additional A fields one is at item level and second is at header level.
if u want to add field in additional a header level then go to Sales and Distribution ==> Master Data ==> Business Partners ==> Customers ==> Sales ==> Maintain Reserve Fields In Customer Master.
and if u want to add field in additional A Item level then go to Logistics - General ==> Material Master ==> Settings for Key Fields ==> Data Relevant to Sales and Distribution ==> Define Material Groups .

How do I view additional records in work orders section? I want to view 100 records instead of the present 100 records? What would be the navigation to view more records ?

Additional tab in sales order-incompletion log

Hi
We have added additional tab in sales order at item level...
But when we try to put the some fields which are available in the additional tab into incompletion log,we are not able to select the respective screen name...
How to add that additional tab in the screen name of incompletion log..
We could give field name,table name,but screen is not availble,,in incompletion log...
When we did recording it gave us fcode as T14 (screen name)
Can u tell us how to bring that screen in the incompletion log

We have added customised fields in item level table VBAP and include these in the screen 8460 (Additional data B).
We need to bring these fields in incompletion log..Tell us what screen we should give in incompletion log config...

This bug figures out also when creating a custom spark ComboBox, then trying to programatically update the userProposedSelectedIndex property. The proposed selected index is selected, but does not apply the same skin as when mouse is on rollover or item is selected due to up and down keys.
The issue seems like updating the status of the item renderer to rollover or selected to get the same skin applied.

Hi Ahmed,
Specific information from sales order in MTO process if you want to pass onto the production order then as suggested by expert production memo can be used.
Follow below steps.
Select the item in the sales order and Goto -> Item -> Text as displayed below
Create a production memo by specifying the language key as displayed below.
Once you create production order against the sales order - In production order you can see the text maintained. CO02-Menu Bar - Header -Production Memo

Hi,
SAP has provided screen modification. This you can do on "Additional data B" screen at both header and line iteam level.
Additional header data is on screen SAPMV45A 0309, additional item data on screen SAPMV45A 0459. These screens contain the Include screens SAPMV45A 8309 ( this is the screen exit at header ) or SAPMV45A 8459 ( this is the screen exit at item ) as user exits. There few more exits you will have to code to get this screen works. The are,
MV45AOZZ - PBO module of screen
MV45AIZZ - PAI module of screen
MV45ATZZ - Global data definition for user-exit.

How to add additional lines to the Order Form template?

I purchased and installed Acrobat Pro 9 because of its ability to create forms and found the Order Form template is just perfect for what I need, why reinvent the wheel, right? Except I found I can't figure out how to add additional object that duplicate what is already there. I highlighted an entire row and tried to just copy and paste but the past function put the copied objects at the bottom of the form in what looks like a group, all out of order. I tried looking in the online help for a possible key combination that would inset an additional row of objects but couldn't find any.
Also the form doesn't move down and create a new page keeping all the other elements in line, it moves to the bottom of the current page and stops. Thought the template was based on a table so I was going to insert additional rows thinking once it reached the bottom of the current page it would automatically break to a new page and continue, but it's not a table. So my question is, how can I add duplicate object that match the Order Form templates Item, Description, etc. objects? I've come to realize learning to use this product is not going to be as simple a proposition as I was lead to believe. O well, live and learn!
If someone can point me in the right direction, any help is greatly appreciated.

Additional Field in Production Order

I need to add a new field in the production order in the seperate Tab. Can anybody tell me the userexit for this. I need the same field to save some data from that sales order. To save the data i know the Exit but for additional field need ur help.

Hi,
The exit you're using (PPCO0007) should meet your need.
The exit - PPCO0006 is called during creation of order, so there could be an option where a user might delete these values.
Another alternative which you can think of is BADi - WORKORDER_UPDATE.

Dear Experts,
Is there any additional field can be used to store additional informaton like shift?
For an example:
Shift Y appear in upload planned order program, then Y will be shown in Planned order.
Is there any addinitional field or user exist can be used in planned order?

there is NO any field you can use for your particular purpose.
I suggest you can't use any user exist.
Ask your abaper to extend the standrd table PLAF
or
to create a new custom table and write a program which uses it.

Hi,
As this custom fields are not avaialble in the standard IDOC type, you need to extend the standard idoc type.
Assign custom message type to sextended idoc type.
Maintain Entries in WE57 tcode.
With in the In function module idoc_input_orders, using FIND option, try for CALL CUSTOMER statement,here you will find all teh customer exits availble in the FM where you can maintain logic for filling the custom fields.

Kit Purchases (of components) - Purchase Order

Hi,
We are having the below scenario.
Scenario u2013 KIT Purchase
More than 1 component is grouped together to form a KIT. At any point in time when placed a order for a KIT, the vendor shall supply all the components (put together) under the KIT as per their standard usage.   However each of these components will have an agreed price and taxes with the vendor.
For example:
Kit1
Comp 1 -   1 Qty
Comp2   -   1 Qty
Comp3   -   2 Qty
When placed an order for Kit1 of 10 qty, vendor shall supply as follows
                Comp1 - 10 Qty
                Comp2 - 10 Qty
                Comp3 - 20 Qty
Based on MRP run system should derive the qty for Kit1 based on which the quantities for Components need to be derived by the system and the same should flow to the Purchase Order.
Would like to know how this can be mapped.

Missing part for planned order-reg

Hi,
I want to see missing parts list against planned orders. I checked through MDVP but it shows all components as missing parts eventhough stock is available.
Is there any way to see this.

Dear Karthikeyan,
In general Availability check is done at production order level and rarely in REM scenario's this check is
carried out at planned order level.
Because planned order's are a proposal,which may/may not be converted into a production order.
At planned order level you carry out an ATP check and its based on the checking group,checking
rule,and the scope of check.
So check the config settings in OPJJ particularly for the scope of check.
Here the check box -->check without RLT plays a vital role.
once after carrying out ATP,the system shows the committed quantity,say if the order is for 100 and
suppose if the raw materials are available only for making 20 means then after making ATP check in the
planned order header you can see an additonal field called commited quantity below the order quantity.
Check in MD12 for an individual planned order and it works based on the availability check value
assigned in the material master.
