Administrator - video store tutorial - adding an item

Hi,
I know, in general, how to add an item to an existing folder in the administrator, but how can I add an item of data type DATE?
Specifically, in order to send something to oracle, I would like to add a date field (Store Closing date) to the Store folder in the Video Store Tutorial. I can't change the Data Type in an item that I added (where I put '01/01/2010' in the Calculation of the field).

Hi Leah,
Wrap the calculation with TO_DATE (with or without format) function in order to get it in DATE data type.
Otherwise it will be character.

Is there a datatype that allows me to store more than one item at a time , in a column in a row?
I have to prepare a monthly account purchase system. Basically in this system a customer purchases items in an entire month as and when required on credit and then pays at the end of the month to clear the dues. So, i need to search the item from the inventory and then add it to the customer. So that when i want to see all the items purchased by a customer in the current month i get to see them. Later i calculate the bill and then ask him to pay and flushout old items which customer has purchased.
I am having great difficulty in preparing the database.
Please can anyone guide me! i have to finish this project in a weeks time.

You must seriously read and learn about Normalization of tables; It improves your database design (at times may increase or decrease performance, subjective cases) and eases the Understanding efforts for a new person.

I am still wondering why iTunes tries to confuse me every time I try to make changes in my preferences, telling me that I "don't have enough permissions", although I am the administrator.
That's clearly a fault. Whether it's an iTunes problem or a Windows problem I can't say at this time. If you search the Using iTunes for Windows forum for "permissions", you should find threads that can help you sort out this problem.
Then, changes to the format are not obvious, and I get no notice that I am burning music files as data.
If you click on a playlist and look at the lower-right of the iTunes window, it says right there what format it will use to burn the playlist.

Searching iTunes video store

I'm not sure if this is a question for iMovie or iTunes, but I can't figure out how to search for titles in the video store. I've purchased video from there before but I have lost the link to the desired item of interest. Apple has a lot of work to do on their web site. If it's difficult for me it's difficult for lots of people.

Is your item getting added through Javascript client object model ? If yes, you can write in the success delegate of your list creation method the logic to create the subsite.

I have just purchased a TV series on my I pad. However, it is not transferring across to my 'videos' store. To watch it, I have to go into I tunes and access it from there; any ideas?

I recently purchased a video from iTunes. I have done this before however on this occasion the video has not transferred across to my videos store. It is showing as purchased and downloaded and I can view it if I go back into the store and locate it there but that is a bit of a pain. Any ideas?

How to delete Video Store Canada from PB?

I just downloaded the new (to Canada) Video Store app.
I started it up, read the EULA, and DECLINED it (it is completely 1 sided and NO, i do not agree to having files vanish without my knowledge or consent).
Now I am trying to delete it.
I touch and hold the icon (BTW there are TWO icons on the home screen for some reason). Every icon EXCEPT the video store one shows a trash can to delete.
I went into appworld, my world, selected the Video Store app and selected DELETE.
It disappears from the list, but there it is, loud and proud on the home screen.
How do I get this thing OFF my PB?

If I ordered in store pickup for 2 items can I pick them up on one day

I ordered a MacBook Air 11in upgraded so it won't come till the 12 of this month so I got a $100 iTunes gift cards with it. When I go to ordering select in store pickup for both items not thinking if they had a limit on the amount if days they will hold an item. So I finished my order and then I get a notification later saying that my item is ready for pickup...then I realize my MacBook Air isn't going to be ready till the 12 so can I wait for my MacBook Air and pick them up on the same day or do I have to pick them up on separate days... they generally hold items for 5 days. But if you call the store and explain the situation they will probably hold them longer, within reason.

Using Bapi_salesorder_change adding a item, deleting a item,Quanty change

I need help on Bapi_salesorder_change.
I have a table control in which there will be data of a particular sales document no, items, quantity, sales unit. When user changes the quantity, or adds a line item or deletes a line item and the press the save button bapi_salesorder_change should trigger and should change the order as the user changes.
Can u help how to write code for this three conditions
1> adding line item.
2> deleting a line item.
3> changing the quantity.

Adding line item prior to ACC_DOCUMENT03 Posting

Due to our legacy currency alignment on some systems being incongruent with our SAP ECC 6.0 environment, some upstream inbound IDocs will post with 2 decimals for HUF when 6.0 environment has 0 decimals for HUF. The inbound documents are coming in as ACC_DOCUMENT03 IDocs.
There will be rounding involved. iN certain cases, the rounding will mean that the line items are no longer in balance.
Rather than alter the value of the inbound line items, preference is to add line item prior to posting that contains the balance difference and posts to the "rounding difference" account.
Has anyone expereinced this situation before? How was it resolved?
Considered adding line item via "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST" or, if possible, within "'BAPI_INCOMING_INVOICE_CREATE'".
Has anyone faced this or a simlar issue before? How was it resolved? Was it resolved internally?

There is a note with much information about Tax Postings with accounting BAPIs and it's a consulting note. The note number is 626235.

Thanks for your reply. I looked in the Video app but it is empty. When I connect the iPad to iTunes on the iMac and look in Apps > File Sharing > iPhoto, the video that I added is in iPhoto on the iPad but I cannot actually find the video in iPhoto on the iPad.

Video jerky after adding voice-over

The video imports nicely, but when I do voice-over using a Logitech headphone, the video portion becomes jerky. Something similar was discussed in the forum about a year ago, but it appears that nothing was resolved? Would appreciate help on this. Thanks

No. iMovie converts MP3 format to AIFF anyway. Some have found more stuttering problems with voice-overs.
I'm stuck right now with a half hour video that i managed to finishe editing but can't play or export to tape without terrible stuttering
If you have enough space on your hard drive, you can 'share' your finished movie as QuickTime Full Quality. Import this QT movie into a new iMovie project. It should now play without stuttering, allowing you to export it back to DV tape. If the QT movie plays fine, you can delete the original iMovie.
You can add chapter markers and use this version for iDVD.
I use this method all the time. Sometimes I have had to create QT movie version three times when editing a long or complex iMovie. Even before adding audio, my movies will skip/stutter on playback if I have lots of transitions/effects/total clips. I have learned to edit the movie by cropping the video clips first, adding stills, doing transitions and titles/effects, and adding the audio last. If it starts to skip with the addition of the first audio clip, I delete that clip, share as quicktime, and then work on the quicktime version in a new iMovie and go ahead with adding the audio to that.
