Adobe does not recognise my password

I d like tp download free adobe illustrator for 30 days. I can download it but when i try to write down my email and password, it is not working. I ve changed my pasword, not working again. I removed cookies, still not working. I am using a mac book pro. Anybody has an idea?

I do not see a connection between installing a trial version of Illustrator and needing a password. If this is a Mac issue you should try contacting the folks at Apple to see what can be done to get the software installed.

The most common reason for this is caps lock. Check that it has not been activated.
Is it a wired keyboard or wireless?

This is the OS, not Flash Player, prompting for the password. The password being requested is the one you use to log into your system, not your Adobe ID passwrod. Please see What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for more information, including links to Apple KB articles if you are having difficulty resetting your password.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Email server does not recognise username/password combination.

When emailing photos from iPhoto I get a message saying the email server did not recognise my username or password combination.
I've tried selecting both my @me and @hotmail addresses and the same message appears. I'm also unable to email myself from iPhoto.
I've also tried emailing the photos from my Mail - but the iPhoto application uploads, rather than giving me the option to select individual images. I don't have any problems sending and receiving normal messages in Mail, and I have checked that my password/Apple ID is correct.
I'm clearly missing the blatently obvious here ... so any words of wisdom will be very much appreciated.

To clarify - when using Mail, I have clicked on the Media Browser (top right), where my Iphoto images appear with a scroll bar. When I click on an image, a box appears with the image and a 'Play' button (as if It's a movie clip - which it isn't). I'm unable to attach it to the message.
As an alternative, I've also tried clicking on Attachment ... but when I click on iPhoto, the application logo uploads as the attachment. I can't fathom how to select individual images.
Does that make any sense ...?
Needless to say, I'm new to iMac.

I changed my password for BT mail yesterday when setting up my windows phone. Now my ipad will not sens emails as it does not recognise the password. I can log in from my windows phone and laptop OK. Why? BT couldn't help!

New Email password not recognised.

One of my accounts is a btinternet address, and I've now got that setup with their new settings (so not the old yahoo settings), so my outgoing server is now listed as mail.btinternet.com and with that the settings are not greyed out.

Since the last upgrade on the iPad system, I have not been able to log in with my password to iCloud. Hi Susie. If you don't remember the password to the apple id with which you have logged into icloud then you need to reset the password at iforgot.apple.com. Put in that old apple id and if you have access to that email you can have a link sent to it to reset your password. If you don't have access to it then you can choose to answer security questions. If you can't answer the security questions properly then you need to go to expresslane.apple.com and tollow the prompts for apple id issues/can't answer security questions and if you put in your contact information Apple will call you immediately and you can talk to someone who can help you reset that password.

Leopard Does Not Recognise My Password - Help!!

I am not a computer-techy so I need some simple help.
Yesterday I upgraded from 10.4.9 to Leopard 10.5. My iMac no longer recognises my Administrator's password which means that I am barred from properly using my computer.
How do I fix this? I have seen responses on other similar topics but they are so technical they go over my head.
I have never, in 7 years of using Macs, had such a problem before.

HT204053 the apps update does not recognise my password

When I try to update my apps, my IPAD asks for my password but it only shows the first part of my e-mail xxxxxx but not the @xxx.com part, even though my whole ID is [email protected], when I enter my password it says incorrect password, but if I go to the Itunes store area, it shows the full user ID [email protected] and I can sign in but I cannot update my apps.........................Before, when my Apple ID was just xxxx, everything was OK, but Apple made me change to an e-mail address and I have never been able to update any apps for months.

I found a solution but it is very stupid. A few months ago, my IPAD forced me to change my Apple ID to an ID that included an E-mail address. Which I did but all of the content on my IPAD was still attached to the old ID. I had to log into the old ID, answer the secuirty questions and change the password. So, now I have two AppleID's, the one that Apple forced me to change too and the old one. Very stupid on Apples part.

My email has been working fine on my Curve. Blackberry stopped the emails a few days ago and asked me to validate (re validate I guess) my account. I've followed instructions without luck. I have lately changed my ID name. When i tried to download purchases and synchronise my ipad2, itunes asks to lalso login onto the old id. My problem is that i cannot redefine the password of my old id. Itunes requeste and confirms that an e mail will be sent. This e mail never arrives. Why this and what is the fix?

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

My external hard drive does not recognise password

I had formatted an external drive with a password security recently and using it as my portable time machine for backups. For some reason, the drive cannot be mounted as it does not recognise the Password. Can anyone please help me on this matter?
