Adobe Emailer does not show up; what do I do?

I have Adobe Emailer installed. It shows up inside of Adobe Exchange as installed. However, it does not show up inside of my Extensions. I have tried closing and opening PhotoshopCC; I have restarted my computer. Nothing works.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Adobe Connect does not show tool pointer/cursor when sharing Photoshop...

I am an online instructor and one of the courses I teach is a Photoshop course. Each week I host a Live Lecture session where we use Adobe Connect to demonstrate techniques and tools in Photoshop CS6.
I am receiving several complaints from students because Adobe Connect does not correctly show my cursor/pointer when it changes for each tool in Photoshop. All the students see is an arrow with a small icon of a face/monitor.
This is confusing to the students, because I am trying to demonstrate how to use a tool and they are unable to see the actual tool. For example, when I select the brush tool - they should be able to see the brush circle as the cursor. I then demonstrate how to resize the brush - but they cannot see it. Another example is any of the healing/cloning tools. If I select the healing brush tool, they cannot see the circle (brush). I then demonstrate how to record a healing point by selecting the Option (alt) key - but again the students cannot see the pointer change to the crosshairs to record the healing point - as all they see is the arrow with icon at all times.
Students are complaining that they are not able to comprehend what I am demonstrating because they are not able to get the full affect of the demonstration without seeing it how it should be. Prior to switching to Adobe Connect, we used WebEx - which showed the students everything correctly as I was demonstrating it. I was amazed to learn that Adobe Connect does not show everything - especially since I am using another Adobe program within Adobe Connect - you would think they would be fully compatible and able to show everything.

I just saw this option for the first time last week. Very exciting to see it finally in Connect! There is a small amount of lag for the viewers, but nothing that can't be compensated for.

Regarding printing PDF documents...It depends on the PDF document that you are trying to print. In general, it will take longer to print more complex and larger PDF documents.
If you are willing to share your PDF document (that takes forever to print) with us at [email protected], we can test it with the same version (11.6.3) of Adobe Reader on different iOS versions (iOS 7.x vs. iOS 8.x). Actual printing is handled by iOS (not by Adobe Reader) via AirPrint over Wi-Fi connection. We've heard from other users about iOS 8 Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

Adobe Watercolour Assistant Extension does not show up; what do I do?

I have the Adobe Watercolour Assistant extension showing as installed in Extension Manager CC. However, it does not show up in my Photoshop CC Extensions. I have quit and restarted PS CC several times. And I have restarted my computer. Nothing works. I am running Mac OS X 10.8.4. Any suggestions?

BP email does not show in list

Hi All.
A client is experiencing an issue where one user cannot view the BP's email address.
They go to the BP master data screen, does a wildcard search so that a list of all BP's comes up.
Even when they do a wildcard search on the email filed it does not show.
This user has rights to to BP module.
The form settings are correct as the email field is ticked and the visible checkbox is showing.
It is for this one user only.
What could be the issue?

Acrobat adobe pdf does not show up canon scanner using

Hi-I have just installed adobe acrobat pro 6-the problem is i want to scan in some documents and turn them into PDF's but my adobe acrobat does not realise or show that i have a scanner (canon 5000F).I have contacted canon-and they suggested i downloaded some new software for the scanner but when i try and install the new softawre it will not install and just starts up the printer utility thing at the top.They also suggested i try to uninstall the drivers for the scanner first but again when i download the uninstall utility and try to run it it does not run/set up but just starts the printer utility thing again.How can i make adobe acrobat pro 6 realise i have a scanner so as i can scan in documents to turn them into PDF's ? Any suggestions plaese

Concentrate on getting the scanner working without any Adobe software. Once you can scan to a file, any OSX program (except Adobe) that can read the file can generate PDF files via the Print command.

We can receive our email but the text does not show up - what has happened

we have had our Iphone for some time and always received the complete email with headers and text below without a problem - since coming to the mountains of Montana, it worked fine but now we receive the headers TO FROM SUBJECT etc but no text shows up - what could be the problem? Adobe connect does not show in microsoft office word 2007

I have adobe acrobat 8 professional and office 2007
the adobe tab in word has disapeared, i can not convert documents to PDF no more.
but it works in excel and outlook.
what do i do ??!!!

Try this (sorry for some translations, I'm not using an English version myself):
Open the Microsoft menu (round button top left)
Click on Options for Word
Choose Add-ins (not sure of this term)
Select the Acrobat PDFmaker Office add-in
At the bottom click on Start (not sure of term) next to Manage ...
Be sure to activate the Acrobat Add-in (it should load when starting) and confirm

My exchange account sent email does not show in mail

I am running a 2007 MS Exchange account and I want to use Mail as my mail software, all the incoming mail appears but my sent messages do not - does anybody have any ideas for a fix for this problem?

Had this problem too. Went in to my Exchange account settings in mail and switched theoutgoing mail server to use my company's SMTP server instead of Exchange. BOOM! All my sent messages showed up. Hope that helps!

Adobe Muse does not show motion scroll tab

I installed trial version of Adobe muse (latest version). I click on "effect" link on top. But I can only see 3 option Shadow, Bevel, Glow. 4th option "Motion scroll" is missing. Can some tell me what's wrong with it? I tried to re-install it around 5 times, but it is still same. Please help me.

Scroll effect is same "Scroll motion" just renamed & added some more features. It helps to animate things across website.

You have to find scroll tab in "fill", or you can go through with example.

I have just got the new i-tunes but when i connect my i-pod shuffle to it unlike the older version it does not show what tunes i have on the shuffle at least i can,t find them is there something i am missing somewhere

Hi i have just updated to the latest i-tunes (11) but when i connect my i-pod shuffle to it it does not show you what tunes i have on it like the lod version used to.Which is a bit of apain as i cannot remember every tune i have put on it.Is there something i am missing somewhere.Putting tunes on it is no problem but like i say is there somewhere you can see the list.
