Ich habe Adobe Photoshop 2.0 Starter Edition und habe mir meine fotos von der Festplatte in Photoshop Album geladen. Jetzt bekomme ich diese nicht auf Festplatte zurück. Kann diese auch nicht bearbeiten, mailen oder drucken.
Zusätzlich habe ich mit Adobe Photoshob Elements 4.0 installiert.
Dort sehe ich die Fotos nicht.
Bitte helft mir.

Sie bekommen die Bilder schon auf die Festplatte zurück, da beide Programme nur eigene Vorschaubilder und Datenbanken anlegen, die eigentlichen Bilder aber dort lassen, wo sie gespeichert sind.
Am einfachsten finden Sie die Bilder mit Start => Suchen und dann Klick auf Bilder, Musik oder Videos. Diese(n) nun gefundenen Ordner laden Sie dann in Album/PSE und können wie gewohnt verwalten/verbessern/versenden etc.

New Laptop - can i still install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, Education Edition without purchasing

A few years ago i purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, Education Edition. I recently purchased a new laptop and was hoping to install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, Education Edition. I no longer have the old email address that i used to originally install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, Education Edition.
Can i still install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, Education Edition on my new laptop wihou having to purchase i again?

So i try to open photoshop and this window comes up saying that i have to activate adobe photoshop cs5.1 subscription edition but then it keeps say to "please connect to the internet, then press continue" even though my internet is working PERFECTLY, i click continue and then a few mintues later it says the same thing all over again?? help!

You should be able to utilize the directions listed at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html if this is the case.

Serial number incorrect for Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended education edition

I received a serial number for my Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended education edition, but I get the message: this serial number is not valid for this product.
Apparently it's not possible to send an email to Adobe NL, so I hope someone can help me out.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Upgrade Edition

Just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10/Premiere Elements 10 upgrade edition from Amazon. Installed both and no where did it ask to confirm I had the older versions. I previously have had Adobe Photoshop Elements 9,8,7,6 and Adobe Photoshop Preimiere Elements 4.
When I logged into my account did it automatically validate I owned an older version? I just want to make sure it registered correctly.

Yes it will be automatic. If you click on My Adobe at the top of this forum you should be able to see all of your registered products and serial numbers.

Adobe photoshop cs 3 eztended edition for windows wont re-install component failed to install.

I have brought photoshop cs 3 awhile back about 2 years ago or so brand new,
and for last couple of weeks it been acting weird when i go to open photoshop it doesnt load it says the drive or network connection that the short cut is adobe photoshop is unaviable sort of error
i have attempted to un-install it but no luck and then tried to re-install it for some reason i still get that error.
It failes to un-install the compoents for photoshop cs3 when i un-install it for some reason and when i do install it it says component installation failed.
How can i fix this?

Try running the cleanup utility again. There are like 3 levels of cleaining if I remember right.
Also after running the cleanup utility run this if you didn't before:

Then download and install this free cleaner. It will clean up all remaining crapola left on your computer. Run the drive cleaner and also the registry cleaner.

After that you did not say what OS you have. If you have Vista SP2 or Windows 7 you do not need this next download. If you do need this download it is a newer windows installer 4.5 that takes care of some install problems with software. download if need be and install.

If you have Adobe reader installed remove it.
After you get the computer cleaned out do a defrag.
Go to Start and type in services and click on services. What you want to do is look for windows install entry, look at the startup type, right click on manual, choose properties, change manual to Start, hit apply, then start the service (look for the start button), hit apply if need be, then hit ok to close out, then close the services window.
Now go start and type in msconfig and click on msconfig. Go to the startup tab and look for any Adone product that is checked and uncheck it. If nothing is unchanged then there is no need to reboot.
Ensure any anti-virus is off and windows defender is turned off.
Get your disk and insert it but don't install. Go to computer and right click on it. Choose explore and then look for the PS .exe file. you want to right click on this and choose run as admin.
Then the install screen will pop up. I am not sure when it will ask for the key so have it ready. If the key is good then it will let you know.
When ready to install you want to do a custom install. Install only on C drive. In the install options only install PS CS3 and Bridge. Then install. I don't know how long it will take.
After install reboot the computer. After reboot click on CS3 to least start it up. Shut it back down and do another defrag. Now update your software to 10.0.1. After the download is complete ensure CS3 and bridge are shut down otherwise the software will not update. After that, it is up to you, but I would reboot and do another defrag (Some other posters might think differently: too bad....lol).

I installed adobe photoshop cs5.1 and so far the installation worked. Entering my key and running photoshop for the first time worked. Upon closing photoshop and reopening photoshop, it asks for internet access again and says it needs to be activated and the screen stays there. The software is stuck that it must be activated and can't be used.
A extra few details. The hosts file is basically empty other than the default windows stuff. The network is filtered through a cisco ironport and this can't be changed. As far as proxy goes, there isn't one configured in windows. My browser does have internet access but it is filtered.
I think my question is how do I check the subscription is valid?

Cannot uninstall Photoshop Album 2 starter edition

Hi am having real problems!! Have tried Add/Remove but get message: Error 1316.A network error ocurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\Adobe Photoshop Album 2 SE.msi. Then attempted a manual removal (this did not work either). So tried to re-install it (hoping I would then be able to remove it) but received the same error as above. Help! I am also having similar problems with Adobe Elements 6.0.

I have a suggestion to make that may or may not help with your problems, but it has made an amazing difference to my PCs reliability when downloading-installing-uninstalling-deleting software.
PSA SE 3.0 and 3.0.1 are two of my downloads and they and every thing else I`ve downloaded work great.
I think, (respectfully), that all your installing and uninstalling may have left your Registry in a bit of a state.
Every time you delete something from your hard drive, even, I`ve found, when it is correctly installed and correctly uninstalled, there is rubbish left behind in the Registry (orphaned code, invalid checksums, corrupted code). (Forgive me if I`m telling you something you already know).
I am only just begining to discover the difference cleaning your Registry on a regular basis makes.
All this "rubbish" builds up over time and causes all sorts of problems i.e. hanging, freezing, crashing, programs not loading properly, or loading very slowly.
I`m not trying to sound clever here, as like most people out there I am simply discovering as I go along.
But I like to delve into the inner workings of my PC and try to learn all I can from places like PcTools.com or Download.com, or especially Microsoft web sites, or picking the brains of people who know more than me, (and that`s a lot of people).
A couple of months ago I discovered "Windows Live OneCare Safety Scanner" which I run at least once every couple of weeks. Sometimes more often if I`ve doing a lot of deleting etc.. As well as scanning for Viruses it does a complete scan of your Registry, and after setting a restore point, it deletes all the rubbish.
It can take an hour or so do its thing, but its free, and well worth the time. And it works along with your regular security software.

Make your own mind up, but it may go a little way towards resolving your install/unistall problems with PSA SE 3, and any other similar problems you may experience.

uninstall cs5, clean cs5 and cc (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then reinstall cs5 using your serial number.

Replacement for Adobe Photoshop 3.0 Home Edition

I hope I am in the right forum but I have a very OLD 1996 Edition for photoshop that does now work well with XP. I tried to replace it many years ago with elements 2.0 but found the learning curve was well beyond my capabilities. I have heard that the newer elements are easier to use. I am looking for a program to do repair of old photo's that I scan and good re sizing of ones I have and maybe even some fun stuff like putting picts in frames or added things from one pict to another etc. I am pretty good at the computer but found all the "layering' much to advanced for me. Can anyone reccomend a replacement for this great original old photoshop?

default location. Don't try to install the trial in the same folder as your

Yes. And, you will need to uninstall the trial version before installing
the purchased disc. However, since you also have version 2 on your
computer, when the uninstaller asks whether you want to uninstall shared
resources or programs, you want to keep them. If you remove the shared
items, you will have removed some of the things needed by version 2 and you
will need to reinstall your version 2 software to get them back.
Just a word in regards to layers. Don't let the complexity get to you.
Working with layers can be confusing at first, but once you understand how
they work, you will find they are actually easy to use. Start with the
basic things and then gradually move into the more advanced things as your
familiarity grows. I'm positive this is not beyond your capabilities.

Hv installed trial version for some days, after I did decide to buy this.
I did uninstall the trial version and install from CD full edition.
Whenever I do launch the set up the fllwg msg comes up:

Photoshop 3.0 Starter Edition (printing)

When printing out photos some photos will print out in "Portrait" and "Lanscape" others print in "Landscape" only regardless of printer settings. ie: a 4x6 picture printed in "Portrait" would be in "Landscape" orientation where the pic would have to be laid horizontally in order to be seen correctly. I have even tried rotating the pic in the album widow before going to the print selection program. I have Windows XP home edition, Canon MP700 printer, 80 Gigs, and 256 Megs.

I highlight a pic in the "My catalog" album, go to the print button on the toolbar> print> print> then the print photos window comes up.
The paper in the "items" box is in "Landscape" but the top of the picture is at the top of the page. In the "Preview" Pane, the paper is in the "Portait" position with the top of the photo on the right side of the paper. This is with the "orenitation" set to "Portrait" in the "Page Setup" window. Some phots will print in "Landscape" and "Portrait" other's in "Landscape" only. Some photo's were scanned in others were taken with a Polariod PDC 640 digital camera.
I have noticed that some of the photo's in "My Catalog" windows are in "Portrait and others are in "Landscape" orientation.
Would the size of the picture "Pixel's, or DPI have anything to do with the printouts ?

Die ODBC Datenquelle gab folgenden Fehler aus:

Möchten Sie versuchen, diesen Katalog zu komprimieren, zu reparieren und dann erneut zu öffnen?"
Ich drücke "ja" und danach erscheint schon wieder eine Meldung:
"Beim Öffnen des Katalogs Mein Katalog ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Installieren Sie Adobe Photoshop 2.0 Starter Edition erneut"
Das Deinstallieren habe ich schon mehrmals versucht, jedoch ohne Erfolg...

Hm, dann bleibt nur der Versuch, zunächst PSA SE _komplett_ zudeinstallieren: also über Systemsteuerung/Software und dann unter C:\Programme\Adobe das entsprechende Programm-Verzeichnis löschen - dann noch die Verzeichnisse "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Adobe\Photoshop Album" sowie "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\<Benutzername>\Anwendungsdaten\Adobe\Photoshop Album" löschen. Evtl. noch in der Registry nach verwaisten Einträge suche ... Dann den Rechner neu starten und erneut die Installation versuchen.
