Advanced Debugging in OUAF v4.0 and above

Hi All,
I understand that one of the enhancements in OUAF v4.0 and above is the feature of advanced debugging that helps programmers optimize code by providing detailed debugging information about the programming objects. Can anyone point me to how I can enable advanced debugging and view the logs in an ETM/CCB environment? The help documents make no mention of the advanced debugging feature.

1. set spl.runtime.options.isDevelopmentMode=true in the spl.properties file (for permanent changes probably WEB_ISDEVELOPMENT=true parameter of the ENVIRON.ini and configureEnv/initialSetup)
2. Invoke URL with debug option, http ://<host>:<port>/<server>/cis.jsp?debug=true
3. Click 'Start Debug'
4. Perform some process
5. Click 'Show Trace'
CC&B is not on OUAF v4.0.x yet.

Need to know maximum log size for advanced debugging option in Win 7

We need to enable advanced debug logging for net logon service on all of our Windows 7 pcs to troubleshoot a major issue at our company. I need to prove to management that when done so, the logs will never have runaway uncontrollable growth that completely
fills up the users hard drive. I have been told from Microsoft that they will never grow above 20mb and will continuously overwrite itself while running.
Is there a (preferably) a technet doc out there or some other Microsoft doc I can use to prove this is how it will work? I searched on Techet and other spots online and all it talks about is doing this on our domain controllers (which we already have
running and are not logging for assistance with.

We could set the maximum log file size in Local Group Policy Editor.
Please go to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Net Logon\Specify maximum log file size

Itunes 10.1 and above crashes when right-clicking any playlist entry?

trying to access the context menu in a playlist entry will bring the beach ball for a few seconds and forces itunes to quit unexpectedly. version 10.1 and above. on several machines (G5, intel)
here is what did not help:
– reinstalling 10.5.8 combo update
– reinstalling latest security updates (up to v007)
– reinstalling itunes 10.1.1 via installer instead of sw update
– deactivating all ore some quick time plug-ins
– system boot in safe mode
– log-in from a new created user account or as root
here is what helped so far - but is not satisfying:
– fresh install of 10.5.8 with all updates on a different volume
– switchback to v10.0.1
any suggestions??

Found out:
itunes 10.1 and above is not compatible with openmenu X, up to current version 2.05. excluding itunes in the advanced tab solves the described problem.

Right click context menu is not working in flash player 10 and above

In right click custom context menu i have create like "A" if i click "A" i have attached one movie clip in that movie clip right click, i have custom context menu like "Remove A" this is working fine in flash player 9 and below. But flash player 10 and above fisrt "A" is working fine but in that movieclip clip right click "Remove A" is not working Please guide me regarding this issue.

The problem is that Google has an onmousedown attribute added to the links that modify a link if you click or right-click a result link to make the link point to a safe browsing check on the Google server.<br />
You can see that if you hover a link and you will notice that after you have (right) click a link the the URL changes to www.google.com/url?xxxxx.
You can use this bookmarklet to remove the onmousedown attributes.

Firefox for Android v34 and v35 are crashing immediately on second opening in Samsung KNOX 2.0 and above.

Within a proof of concept situation we figured out that only freshly installed Firefox versions (v34 and v35) are running fine in a Samsung KNOX container. We are running Android 4.4.2 with KNOX 2.1 on a Samsung S5 device. We are using MobileIron 7.5 for provisioning the devices and configuring the container.
The behavior is as follows:
1. Open KNOX container
2. Open Firefox within the container
3. Everything works fine without any problems (expected behavior). Intranet and Internet sites can be opened without any limitations.
4. Close Firefox completely (by multitasking screen)
5. Open Firefox again
6. Firefox crashes without any error message
After setting Firefox to factory settings by deleting all app data (with "System Info for Android" App because the "original" app setting is not available within the container) Firefox behaves like described under 3.
Unfortunately I do only have adb logs because the original Firefox logs can't be exported via USB out of the KNOX container as far as I know. If you have any ideas I would be really thankful for any advice. "about:crashes" can't be used as well because Firefox can't be opened after the first crash and has to be reset (including deleting all logs) by setting it to default.
Outside the KNOX container Firefox works well.
It seems that all KNOX 2.0 and above versions show the same behavior with Firefox which means that Firefox can't be used in a KNOX 2.x container.
We already opened a case at Samsung as well.

HTML5 Audio Playback issue from firefox 33 and above.

I have created an application which was working just fine till firefox 32. It is still working fine in firefox 32. But from firefox 33 and above, the audio playback does not start intermittently.
I tried to debug and find the problem further. What I observed is that the html5 audio element in firefox 33 and above does not dispatch 'readyState' event as 4 which is needed to start the playback. It shows its value as '2' due to which, the 'canplay' event is not getting triggered.
This issue is replicable on local machine as well using some bandwidth throttling software. Also, it is important to note that this issue is visible on MAC's firefox. On windows, things are working just fine.
If anyone has any solution of this problem, please let me know.

Actually, I ran all but ADW and I included Super AntiSpyware. There is no virus. It is only V33+ and other browsers work fine. I think I will give up on Firefox for now until I upgrade to Win 7.

Data merge is really useful in many circumstances, but my first question would be about the size of the project. A really large catalog might be better handled by processing an IDML in some kind of translation memory tool.
If all of your multilingual content is already in Excel, then it's probably best handled with a Data Merge. Note that you can't save Unicode CSV out of Excel for the merge, so for many languages you'll need to save "Unicode Text" out of Excel and tweak your import settings when you select a Data Source for encoding (Unicode) and delimiter (tab instead of comma).

I recently upgraded to version 3.32 to fix a problem querying on a
collection. This problem was fixed, but a new unconnected problem has
arisen.
When trying to detach a certain object I get the exception below. I've
tried all versions from 3.23 to 3.32. In version 3.23 and 3.24 the error
does not occur. In version 3.30 and above the exception occurs. I'm
assuming some of the code in the DetachManager has changed between 3.24
and 3.30. I could not find any documentation of the changes between 3.24
and 3.30 so I am a little lost as to what to do.

Someone recently noted a problem staying logged on the Huffington Post since it became connected with AOL. The workaround for that is to change your connection setting here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > Network
Click the "Settings" button and choose either "No Proxy" or "Use System Settings" option, and OK the change.
Not sure whether Washington Post could be affected by that same setting.
In reviewing your extensions, I'm puzzled that you have both DoNotTrackMe and SavvyConnect. The first one seems to aggressively block certain communications with websites (potentially affecting functionality) while the second one seems to report on your browsing habits (they better pay well is all I can say). Have you tried disabling both of those to see whether that has any effect?

HTML5 Extensions for Photoshop CS5 and above ?

Hi guys,
I am trying to get into developing HTML5 extensions for Photoshop, and I'm a little confused about the compatibility of this kind of extension across the different versions.
I have downloaded this starting point code (hallodom/photoshop-extension-example · GitHub) and it runs without problems on Photoshop CC. I just added the manifest.xml file in a CSXS folder, based on what I got from a dummy projet I created with Extension Builder 3.
Now I have tried to make this work in CC 2014, without success. All I did is move the extension from the CEPServiceManager4 folder to simply CEP, and update this part of the manifest.xml :

The extension appears in the Extensions menu, but when I launch it, the panel appears but is empty, and I get the following error message :

Also I wanted to know if this kind of extension can be used on CS5, CS6 ? I really would like to make an extension that works at least from CS5 and above.

Object tag not downloading jars with JRE 1.4.2 and above

But when JRE version 1.4.2 and above is used then the jar's doesn't get downloaded and the application does not find the neccessary class files for execution.
Please advice what needs to be done so that the object tag runs correctly with JRE version's 1.4.2 and above.

Indeed those JAR files are compiled with JDK 1.3. However, the AS Java systems are running 1.4.x, hence, there is no problem to use those JARs with the JRE 1.4. That's why I do not believe your issue is related to the JRE version. In addition, those JAR files do not have 1.4 compiled version.

Support for opengl 2.0 and above

Hi there,
I currently have a HP Pavilion dv6-6105tx Entertainment Notebook PC
Model: LV837PA
It has a radeon 6770M graphics card. I installed a game which gives me a message saying it required opengl 2.0 and above but my notebook only has opengl 1.1
I tried to update the AMD driver but it didn't really work out! (maybe I didnt do it correctly)
Can someone please help me out? what do I need to update to get this running? BIOS? Graphics card driver?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand your issue with opengl. Normally that is a part of the video driver, or if the card actually supports that level of the standard, which yours does. As an FYI, I include this general information on that class of video adapters - Radeon HD 6000 Series -wikipedia.org
From that page you will see it supports opengl 4.3.
So probably it is the driver that needs to be updated and you said yourself you were not sure if you installed it correctly. You can find your graphics drivers from this page, just be sure to select your correct operating system from the drop down and then click the "Next" button. After the page refreshes the available drivers should be listed below.

Thanks Mika. But iam looking more on on how to calculate and verify the "successful"
and "unsuccessful" requests.
i wanted to know ....the internals that how does the request passes through to
wls clusters and why and on what bases the plugin rejects the requests and mark
them "unsuccessful".....i don't want the basic stuff but needs to know the internals
of this plugin.
any ideas.......let me know.

How do I access websites that warn: "Firefox is NOT compatible with this application. For best performance, please use Internet Explorer 5.0 and above...."? When I try to download any alternate browser, all I get is another warning that the alternate is "not compatible with your operating system." Is Firefox preventing this? The site listed below is a job application site. I've had this same problem with other job application sites also.

There should be a User Agent Switcher menu item under Tools, which gives you the browser names you can impersonate.
The menu item name changes to the browser UA you are presently using.
There is also a User Agent Switcher button, you can add it using View -> Toolbars -> Customize, and dragging the button to your toolbar.

It's showing garbage for the cpu voltage in my bios and for those who read my previous posts know what I mean as I had posted the pictures before. I have flashed with different bios ver, tested using different psu, graphics, rams but no luck. Tested using different cpu on my mobo, the voltage showing correctly but they are northwood as I can't find spare prescott to test on my mobo.
I just called intel support to RMA and told them it's problem with the processor but I can't convince them
They want me to test my cpu on another mobo to test it out first but I can't find a spare 1
Anyone experienced garbage reading for cpu voltage so far using this mobo with prescott 3.0Ghz and above? Thanks

Well sad to say I forgot to ask them at the distro center haha coz I thought the problem lies on my mobo and hoping to get 1-1 exchange but when they showed me correct reading for the voltage when they tested my mobo using other cpu, I'm lost trying to figure out what could be the problem you see...
I did mail them today asking did they test my mobo using a prescott but I guess the earliest I can get their reply is tomorrow as they are closed today. Well I might be paying them another visit and ask them to test my prescott on other mobo as well the it's far from where I'm staying
Anyway now I just want to know if any users using this 865PE Neo2 P series mobo showing garbage for cpu voltage when using prescott 3.0Ghz and above to confirm. I guess I'm the only 1 so far haha
