After importing schema in my BPEL project i am geeting an error
Hi All,
i am doing a OrderBooking Project(as a sample project) and on a step of adding transformation logic.
i had created a BPEL project(POAcknowledge) of asyschronous type and imported a schema files(OrderBookingPO.xsd and POAcknowledge.xsd). and edited the message part of POAcknowledge. now when i am trying to deploy it ,i am getting one compilation error.
Error:
[Error ORABPEL-10902]: compilation failed
[Description]: in "bpel.xml", XML parsing failed because "undefined part element.
In WSDL at "file:/C:/jDeveloper/jdevhome/jdev/mywork/OrderBookingApplication/POAcknowledge/bpel/POAcknowledge.wsdl", message part element "{http://www.globalcompany.com/ns/sales}POAcknowledge" is not defined in any of the schemas.
Please make sure the spelling of the element QName is correct and the WSDL import is complete.
[Potential fix]: n/a.
anybody help me in this.
thanks and regards
Divya
It looks like a namespace issue. If possible can you provide us with the details on wsdl and xsd.

FM12 crashes always when using "Publish" after import some data from RH projects.
Dear all!
Obviously the reason for the crashes are the data from RH (master page, skin ...)
My question: How can I go back to the default settings of FM12?
And where can I find which kind of RH data is valid for the publish function.Sorry, I did not discribe the problem propperly. I tested the publish function in FM, did something wrong (don`t know what)
the result: Fm freezes every time I click here:
Now I changed some settings (-> no skin, no RH isf-file ) and it seems to work at the end.
So my FM freeze/crash problem is solved. But I have to know much more about this publish functionality.
I do not understand yet what is going on... I will try to find some more information for my publishing breakthrough ;-)
At the end one more question: Do you have the impression that the (multichannel) publish tool in FM have enough strength to
replace RH as the tool to produce online help for linked FM data? -
Exception While importing or unable to browse the xsd to a BPEL Project
Dear All..,
I am having an issue wjile importing the schema to a BPEL project. It says that unable to load the schema.
Even When I try to choose the schema through edit variable option, and to mention the URI of schema location, on click of the search button, the Jdev hangs for ever. Why this scenario is happening.
I replaced the JDEV copy i have, still its shows the same issue. Is it a problem from the OS. The Jdev Version is 1.3.4.1
Please update...
Many Thanks in advance...

Apex Application not working after importing to my apps schema...
Hi friends,
I created one DB application in my sample schema that is associated with apex 4.0.....
Application details:
*) login page(where i will be giving username and password)
*) page 1 (consist of several form fields, like
--->name:
--->module:
--->projects:
----->email:
the above are the fields, if i put any entries in the above field means, it will get automatically inserting in the report column, which is also in the same page consist of the above fields in the table manner...
since this report table consist of an edit icon in front, if i clicked the edit icon of an one row means, it will go to another page..
*) i.e. page 3(consist of the same fields with entries in it automatically corresponding to the each and every row, suppose if i want to update any changes means i can update in it....
this is my application that i developed it is working well with in the sample schema apex 4.0..
What i did is i created a new workspace with APPS schema in it...and i have imported my application that i developed in sample schema to APPS schema....
Since after importing to APPS schema...when i tried to open the application, it is not showing any datas in it...That is due to the tables that are supporting the application is not in APPS schema, so what i did is i have given grant privilege to the respective tables and also i have created a synonym for accessing the table in APPS schema for supporting the application.....
Now if i tried to put any entries in the form in page 2, it is getting inserting in the report column which is also in the page2....
But my problem starts here, if i clicked the edit icon symbol in each and every row of the report column it is going to the page 3 which has a respective form fields, but it is not showing any entries in it automatically, and if i tried to put any entry in it, it is not getting updating in the report table......
why this problem occurred for my application in APPS schema....But my application works very well within the sample schema......why it is not showing any entries in the form automatically soon after i clicked the edit icon in each and every row.....
i couldn't know what is the real problem behind this..... help me friends.
As this is my urgent requirement in my project..Reply me ASAP...
Thanks in Advance..
Regards,
Harry...First, try a system reset although I can't give you any confidence. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -
Bpel: problems importing schema from http-url
i have problems importing the schema "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/". I'm using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.4157 and SoaSuite 10.1.3.1.0 with the patch 10.1.3.3.0.
The problem can be reproduced very easily:
* create a new "BPEL Process Project" from template "Synchronous BPEL Process" and use all default settings
-> deploying to my local app-server works
* add a new variable to the process
* select "Element" as type
* click "Browse Elements..."
* click "Import Schema File..."
* enter "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/"
* select "Imported Schemas/addressing/EndpointReference"
* finish creating variable
* save all and deploy
-> the ant console shows the following error:

sorry for the german message, i couldn't get the english version. basically it says that "{http://xmlns.oracle.com/BPELProcess1}BPELProcess1ProcessRequest" is not defined in any schema, what is very strange because before importing the schema from http..., the element ...BPELProcess1ProcessRequest has been found.
another strange thing is that if i download the schema from http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/ and import it from a local file, everything works as expected.When importing a schema there are two attributes to the import element to be aware of: namespace and schemaLocation. I think this is the basis of confusion, particularly where the same value is used for both in this case.
I suspect that the schema import works for ax90033 because the schemaLocation is being specified as "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/".
The W3C has some further information on this at http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-1-20041028/structures.html#element-import which gives an indication of the complexity that lies behind schema imports.

Invalid objects in APEX Schemas after import.
Hi,
After importing the APEX_040100 user in the database I got several invalid objects that are causing APEX not to work.
I gave up to compile them. After using all kind of tricks such as compile one schema at a time or compile all of them using the utlprp.sql script
or using EXEC DBMS_DDL.alter_compile('PACKAGE', 'MY_SCHEMA', 'MY_PACKAGE');
or one object art a time using command sililar to:
ALTER PACKAGE my_package COMPILE;
ALTER PACKAGE my_package COMPILE BODY;
ALTER PROCEDURE my_procedure COMPILE;
ALTER FUNCTION my_function COMPILE;
ALTER TRIGGER my_trigger COMPILE;
ALTER VIEW my_view COMPILE;
I can't find any documentation to show how to recompile them properly.
So I am asking:
1. How can we recompile all objects in APEX?
2. How can we re-install APEX?
3. How can we revert to previous version if both have problems?
Thanks
Yannis

You mean you did export APEX_040100 schema from one database and import it to another database?
There is also public synonyms and if I recall correct some objects are in SYS schema that belongs to Apex and are needed.

Design view not working after importing project from Flex Builder
After importing a project from Flex Builder to Flash Builder I am no longer able to see anything in the design view. I am using the flex 4.5 sdk.
Any idea how I can get this design view working? I heard it could have something to do with the metadata directory but am slightly lost here?...
AdamCould you please provide more information as to what exactly are you importing. Also does Design View not lauch at all or does it give errors. Would it be possible for you to share the logs.
Meanwhile you can try cleaning the workspace and importing again to see if that solves the issue. -
How we can skip project level schema validation in BPEL
How we can skip project level schema validation in BPEL................... Because i have a requirement to send email with attachment. to send attachment i have to skip schema validation from EM console. so it will skip schema validation for all deployed application.it creates problem for other project so i want to do that thing at project level ....
Hi
It can be done by going opening the composite.xml in jdeveloper and than opening the properties window of the composite.There you will see a property Validate schema.Set that to no to overwrite the property set at the sever level.
The following property gets added in the composite.xml
<property name="validateSchema" type="xs:boolean" many="false">false</property>
Redeploy the composite and check.
Hope this helps!!! -
Share XSD schemas among BPEL projects?
Hello,
Does anyone know how to share XSD schemas among BPEL projects?
I am using the GS1 XML Standard for a project. But I just want to maintain only one copy of this consolidated XML schema. Now I have to copy the whole schema folder to each BPEL project to use them.
By the way, I can assign the application directory for the schema by using "../../something", but I can't assign the absolute path in WSDL. And how about during the deployment?
Thanks and regards,
Kerr
Edited by: Kerrs on 24/03/2009 15:29You can copy XSD's into <ORACLE_SOA_HOME>/bpel/system/xmllib folder and access them using the following url:
http://<HOST NAME>:<PORT>/orabpel/xmllib/<XSD PATH>
for example - http://localhost:8888/orabpel/xmllib/Mail.xsd

Dates Under Project After Import from Iphoto
Is anybody else having this bug?
After importing my library from iphoto, the dates shown under the projects are not showing a 'to' date!
They are ok when the project is on one date, and they show the 'from' date, but never a 'to' date!
Anybody else?It sounds as though you may have imported the thumbnails but I can't imagine how.
It all depends on what you mean by very low quality.
Your iPhoto pictures will be around 4,000x3,000 pixels but when they are imported into a standard def timeline they will be around 720x540 which is a tremendous reduction.
They should still look OK but not as good as the brilliant hi-res originals.

Error after import external webservice(RFC) wsdl url to Process Composer
Hi all,
I try to use RFC webservice in my BPM as below:
1. Expose RFC as webservice using CAF (import external service RFC and then create application service use this external service)
2. Define Destination in NWA.
3. Create a Process Composer project, and import the external webservice(RFC) wsdl file as service interface in the project.
After importing, i get error : the port type specified for the ...binding is undefined. Check port type name and ensure it is defined.
If i import another external service, not RFC (such as business object), there is no error.
My system is NWCE 7.11
Thanks in advance,
Sinh.

Adding AIADemo BPEL projects to JDeveloper 10.1.3.4
Hi all,
I'm in a project using AIA2.5 FP and using JDeveloper 10.1.3.4. I copied a EBF project from the server to my computer and I soon I open a file from this project it gives syntax error. I believe that the problem is not in the project itself, since he is deployed and running on the server, but some missconfiguration in my JDeveloper. Do I need to configure any particular thing in JDev so I can import BPEL projects from server? It does not happen only with this project. Schema locations are all pointing to the server.
Any help?
Thanks,
António AmadoThere was no such thing as JDeveloper 8.
Two options - if you have the project or workspace file (jpr or jws extensions) - just open them in JDeveloper and this should take care of bringing in the source.
If you don't have those - then do file->New->projects->Project from existing source and point to the directory where the source files are.
You might need to do a bit more tweaking of the Web content location under project properties->content -
Messages not adviced in extern definition after import wsdl-file from WAS
Hi friends,
after importing the three wsld-files in repository (extern definitions) the messages are not adviced. The referendes to the files are fine, because the name is shown at the tab externe...
But i´m not shure wheather i tool the right link ant Web Service Navigator. It is right to download the default SAP WSDL Files or the default one? Because in the SAP WSDL-files there will be an exception during import in XI repository (tag sap:useFeatur). What is the problem that the messages are not shown on the tab messages in externe definitions?
Thanks in advance,
