AIR 3.0 installation

Question

I am looking for a tutorial on how to setup air 3.0 for use within flash pro cs5.5, can someone point me in the right direction, I can't seem to find anything on integrating the SDK from Adobe.

I just replied to You on my blog but here it's how to get rid of that error anyways:
All You need to do is change the render mode to:
1
<rendermode> gpu </rendermode> 
in the application file descriptor.
