i want to Execute this procedure Exec Sp_Xml_PrepareDocument @hDoc Output, @XMLText
Actully i done this think in SQL so if any way to this think in Oracle 9i which is given bellow.

does ur XML document / data is in table? If yes, then u can do like to read the available data:
drop table xml_table;
create table xml_table(id number, xml_data xmltype)
