All my order status just disappeared?

Hello, when i clicked on order status nothing shows up, i can't see any recent orders or pre orders, i'm currrently pre ordering an item and really scared because last time they cancled it with NO reason. I will get very angry if this happen again, does anybody have the same issue? can somebody help me out please?

As you should be able to see your purchase history underneath your BestBuy.com account, I’d imagine it’d be rather confusing if your recent orders and pre-order aren’t showing up. I’m not sure what could be causing that; however, I do appreciate the opportunity you’ve provided us to review your account.
After pulling up your account using the email address you provided when registering for the forum, I do see you have a current pre-order awaiting its release date on 5/19/2015. All of my music just disappeared

It wasn't from the update. All of my music just suddenly disappeared. I didn't do anything, change anything, and today it just said there was no music ok the device. I had about 10 gb of music, and it isn't backed up on iCloud because I couldn't fit that much. I don't think it's backed up anywhere. I just want to know what happened and where it went. Most I didn't buy. Most of it is from CDs from my friends that I no longer have. What the heck happened and why? I'm outraged.

All my contacts have just disappeared from my iphone 5c

as it says, I just went to send a text message and noticed all my contacts are just numbers, went into my contacts and there are no contacts there at all, I have not used iCloud nor have I synced my phone with itunes previously, so do this mean they have all just gone! I hope note as I rely on it for my business contacts, I couldn't sync with iCloud because my MacBook Pro is 10.6 so I can't get the app, don't understand whats going on and panicking! They were there this morning and since then I haven't updated my phone or done anything out of the norm. Any help please!

Click on the Apple icon in the upper left hand corner of the desktop. Select "About this Mac" and it will tell you which operating system you are using. It is a moot point now since it would seem you are not using Time Machine. If you are on Leopard (10.5.x) as your signature indicates then I highly recommend you get Time Machine up and running so that you can recover from such emergencies that you are now faced with. If you are still on Tiger (10.4.x) then upgrade to Leopard and get Time Machine working for you. It has saved me several times already and is worth the price of the upgrade by itself.

Ios7 - all my phone numbers just disappeared

I was texing some friends back & forth. In the last reply text, I noticed it did not show my friends names, just their phone numbers. Looked at all my other previous texts and everything is listed as phone numbers. All the names are gone.
Went to my contacts and everyone's phone numbers have disappeared. All the contacts are still there, just no phone numbers for anyone.
I have not done a recent update and I don't use iCloud. It has always been turned off. The only thing I was doing with the phone was texting. All other apps were closed.
Any suggestions?

I had this same problem. I called Apple and they have not been helpful. They haven't even said anything about their server but I think its the case. It happened to me twice. On 1/16/13 and then again 1/23/13 when the first issue hadn't yet been resolved. Any idea who I can ask for at Apple to get this resolved?

All songs on iPhone just disappeared?

After visiting the itunes store on my iphone (4, iOS 5), all of my 2,500 songs disappeared. I'm unable to sync more that a dozen or so songs from my itunes list of over 4,000 songs. All the songs on the itunes list can be played on my computer without an issue. I can even see all of the songs when my iPhone is connected, but they all have exclamation points next to the (under the phone, not on itunes itself). Any ideas?

Short answer: only about half of the songs on my iPod are still in the iTunes library (not by choice, but oh well)
It's ok though, I've managed to almost fix it (the only problem now is that those songs that had remained are now doubled up - but that is way better than losing the rest of them, so it's alright for now).

All my Sent mail just disappeared...!

Been having a couple of problems with a Time Machine drive (WD 1TB MyBook) which have had me diving in and out of Disk Utility and DiskWarrior trying to fix it, but my actual iMac is running fine. However, I just noticed that sometime in the last hour or so, ALL my 'Sent' mail has vanished from the app. Mails sent since the vanish are appearing fine but all my earlier mails are gone. I have Mail set up to use IMAP Gmail but have not had any problems with it before.
This seems to have coincided with a hanged 'Quit' out of Mail earlier today. I'd quit the app and the window had gone but the app wasn't quitting. In the end I Forced Quit but strangely the Force Quit window didn't say the app was unresponsive like it usually does, so perhaps I shouldn't have done this. Either way, I'm pretty sure it was when I relaunched the app that all the Sent mail had gone, but I can't be sure as it was another half hour till I dipped into the folder to check the wording in something I'd sent that morning.
Any ideas?

The problem may have been caused by DiskWarrior or the Permission Repair function in DiskUtility. Also there have been a number of stability issues with Mail after the 10.5.6 update.
Apple has just issued a fix for Mail under 10.5.6 - check downloads. If that does not resolve the problems you can import the sent mail using the Import function under Mail/File. You may also have to rebuild the individual mailboxes using Mail/Mailbox/Rebuild.

A good general step for strange issues is to renew the iPhoto preference file - quit iPhoto and go to "your user name" ==> library ==> preferences ==> com.apple.iPhoto.plist and trash it - launch iPhoto which creates a fresh new default preference file and reset any personal preferences you have changed and if you have moved the iPhoto library repoint to it. This may help
This does not affect your photos or any database information (keywords, faces, places, ratings, etc) in any way - they are stored in the iPhoto library - the iPhoto preference file simply controls how iPhoto works - which is why renewing it is a good first step.

I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " when deleting all items.

In my project , I use Release Strategy of purchase orders, and there is a case of deleting all items.
In this situation, purchase order status returns to "Active " and release strategy tab disappears.
This is our problem.
I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " and prevent release strategy tab disappearing.
I tried to update the fields EREKZ(final invoice) and ELIKZ(delivery completed) in
BAdI : ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST Method : PROCESS_ITEM using BAPI_PO_CHANGE according to SAP Note 456691.
But BAPI_PO_CHANGE couldn't update EREKZ because of our customize , and I couldn't find how to use
BAPI_PO_CHANGE in the BAdI.
Anyone know solutions to solve this problem?

If a purchase order item is deleted, the item is marked as 'statistical'
(field EKPO-STAPO = X) and the change is reflected in the header
conditions.
However, if for the item the final invoice indicator(EKPO-EREKZ) or the
inward delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) is set, the item is not
marked as 'statistical' (EKPO-STAPO is not set) and thus the header
conditions are not updated.

Performance Issue, Unable to pull all production Orders in given statuses

HI All,
I have a requirement to pull all production orders that are in the created or released status and then action some different things in the program such as adjusting dates, etc. The issue I'm having is that as the volume of production orders grows the select statement stops being able to complete and pull these production orders. I've tweaked this before and it was able to work for a few weeks but has now reached it's limit again. I tried using the trace and SE30 to analyze the program as I've read suggested here, however it's been difficult to try adjustments as the program runs in about 3 second in the development environment. Our quality environment, which has roughly half the volume of the production system ran in about 15 seconds. So I am unable to duplicate the issue until the program is moved to production.
Here is the select statement:

There are a couple thoughts I have to try, but I don't know of any good way to verify if helping given the volume differences until in production so am looking for feedback. Here's the ideas:
1. Use the field IDAT2 in AUFK to determine if an order is not TECO'd , rather than using the JEST table. Testing this in Dev had increased run time versus how I have it written now, but may be helpful with larger volume and/or if an index is put on this field. Thoughts?
2. Separate the select statements to read AUFK and JEST separately and instead use the FOR ALL ENTRIES command. Seems to be a lot of conflicting thoughts on which works better, thoughts on this particular case?
Also, there is another program that pulls only production orders in Created status, and it doesn't have this same issue.

I have three recommendations for your join.
1) Assuming that fields AUART and KOKRS are always known (constants) I recommend that you move them up in the where clause (like illustrated) to ensure that the system uses index C.
2) AUTYP EQ '10' seems superflous. In addition it seems to increase the search time. Check with your functional consultant if there could be a production order with AUART EQ 'PP01' and AUTYP NE '10'. If you will never encounter this situation it makes more sense to drop the clause AUTYP EQ '10'.
3) INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE usually takes longer than INTO TABLE. Define the table with AUFK with just field AUFNR so that you can use the clause INTO TABLE.

All my MUX 2 channels just disappeared from my BT ...

Hi. First post.
I've had BT Vision for a year, without incident. 2 days ago, all my MUX 2 channels went. I've done everything that the forums suggest, without result.
Rebooting
Rescanning (several times)
Disconnecting the ariel and blank scanning before a rescan
Checking my saved/hidden channels
Ensuring the cables are in order
Checking there's no engineering or switchover work taking place
Changing the booster levels (I have a strong indoor ariel with a booster but it always works well and I am high up on a hill)
On terrestrial TV, ITV and Channel 4 are crystal clear through the same ariel. I have sometimes had digital breakup and freeze on these channels, but a simple reangle of the ariel sorted it out. They'd certainly never just disappeared off the box. Can anyone help, because it seems that this is a frequent issue but it also seems that with most other enquirers, one of the above will have sorted the issue and this clearly is not happening here. Incidentally, the rescan is showing 64 TV channels accepted, which I know is supposedly about right - but those MUX 2 channels are absent from the TV guide and clicking on one numerically just takes me to the next saved channel.

Reading through your post it does look like you have tried the most common fixes for your problem.
The only thing I can add is that you have said that you occasionally had break-up on these channels before this sugests you already had a marginal signal to begin with. It does not take much for this signal to become unusable as far as the box is concerned and therefore ignored during a scan.
Things that affect the signal include the weather I often find a reduction in signal strength in bad weather.
The aerial being indoors again is not ideal even though you are high up attenuation through walls/roof tiles is still quite high
Also I know you have checked for engineering works but it might be worth checking if the mux you are missing is being run on reduced power as this is routine during the switchover and can be for quite a few months while all the transmitters in the area are undergoing their own reorganisations. This is done to prevent interference between neighbouring regions.

The following troubleshooting steps can help get your documents to reappear on your devices.
Documents I've updated on my Mac or uploaded from iCloud.com don't appear on my iOS device
If you're using an iWork for iOS app (Pages, Numbers, or Keynote), check the iCloud system requirements and make sure that you're using the latest version of iWork. For third party apps, check the documentation that came with the app, or check with the app developer to make sure the app supports iCloud. App Store application descriptions often indicate whether the app supports iCloud.
Go to Apple () menu > System Preferences on your Mac. Click iCloud and confirm that you're signed in to iCloud and the Documents & Data checkbox is selected.
After opening your iOS app, wait a few minutes for the documents to appear. Your iOS device may not have connected to iCloud since changes were made to the document at iCloud.com or on your other devices.
Try creating a new document on your iOS device, then check again for the documents from iCloud to appear.
Go to Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data and confirm that Use Cellular Data is turned on.
Confirm that you're connected to the Internet by checking for an Edge, 3G, 4G, LTE, or Wi-Fi icon in your device's status bar. Test your connection by opening apple.com in Safari.
Try resetting iCloud Documents & Data service.

Did you by chance have photo stream turned on? If so then they might be there. When you restored your phone it deleted everything and they will be unretreivable from your computer.

If the contacts are still in Address Book on your computer, but just not on the phone, you can tell iTunes to force replace the contacts on your phone with those from your computer. You can do this by going into the Info tab when your iPhone is connected, and checking the Contacts box under the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
You may also want to backup your Address Book information as well. It's a good idea to make periodic backups of your contact and calendar information in case information accidentally gets deleted or changed. You can find out how to backup your Address Book data here:
