All my sent items and inbox gone please help.
I have an iphone 5 and my entire email inbox and sent items are gone!!! I have it set to never delete but they are gone....

What probably happened: You clicked an old iPhoto library in your Pictures folder. This caused two things to happen:
Since the library was old, it needed upgrading and iPhoto upgraded the library
The upgraded library is now your current library, until you select a different library.
Try this (assuming you are using iPhoto '11):
If iPhoto is running,use the command "File > Switch to Library" from the File menu.
Select your previous iPhoto library from the library Chooser panel to switch back to that library.
If iPhoto is not open, hold down the alt/option key while launching iPhoto to show the Library Chooser panel.

Hmm I Assume this is an IMAP account.
Right click the account in the folder tree.
Select subscribe
In the list is there a send folder? Make sure it is subscribed
right click the folder again and select account settings. Under copies and folders is the "correct" sent folder selected.
Note that spelling differences or modified names can cause issues for IMAP, requiring manual correction to align things. Things like Thunderbird having a junk folder and the server having spam. Trash Vs Deleted items etc. -
My Mac Mail crashed and when I booted it back up again, all my sent items erased. Why?
Everything I sent I cannot see anymore. It's like all my sent items erased.

Hi, my iphoto had a transparent ? mark on it and wouldn't open so I dragged it onto the desk top and now it has disappeared... I cannot find it anywhere in my finder, it seems to be gone, please help!
You have one and possibly two problems.
First problem you tried to open the iPhoto library with iTunes and appeared to have set iTunes as the default app for iPhoto Libraries. That isn;t going to work.
To fix that select the iPhoto library in the Finder and do a File->Get Info. In the middle of the Info window you'll see Open With dropbox. Click on that and select iPhoto, then select the Change All button
This will get iPhoto back as the default app to open iPhoto Libraries.
Double click the library now and if nothing else is wrong iPhoto will open the library. If it does do as Michael wrote and go to the Applications folder and drag iPhoto to the dock to remake the shortcut.
However since you started this thread by saying that the iPhoto shortcut in the dock had a question mark on it it is possible that iPhoto is missing from your Applications folder. If it is post back.

Email seems to be sent, but it doesn't arrive. No 'unable to send' message, sent items and draft folders are empty. The mail disappears. I tried to fully turn off the iPad and have it restart. But it doesn't go off. I keep seeing the small white 'turning wheel' untill the battery is gone. After that, it works again (and so does the e-mail). This happens about every week. What can I do?

Anyway, as I mentioned, I don't use any sync-able email, just a very plain-jane POP email provider. iSync reports no devices and has nothing in its log, which matches my never having installed anything in need of syncing.
The thing is, if Mail says its sending something when nothing was ever sent, that's a largish bug whether it is actually sending something or isn't, and there isn't really enough info here to know which of those are the case. Maybe Mail just displays "Sending" because an attempt to do something reasonable is timing out, maybe it does an innocuous and normal POP thing using very confusing nomenclature, or maybe it's really trying to send something which has a wrong flag or something. There isn't really enough info to know what is going on, so I was hoping someone could identify the symptoms. -

It can't do that by itself. You had to click through several prompts telling it to restore it from a backup of an old phone for that to happen.
If the phone was not backed up to iCloud before this happened, or to another computer, then the data is gone. There is no way to recover it. -
I have an itunes account on my home PC. I want to use my same account but on my laptop. How do i do this with out wiping out my phone and backing up all my Pictures and Apps? Please Help.
Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
Type "move itunes library from pc to mac" or similar into the google search bar. -

Sounds like either the Display or Graphics chip, that will not be cheap to fix. Because it is a 2006 and getting on in years, it might be best to move whatever you want to keep over to your newer iMac using Firewire Target Disk Mode and let it rest in peace.

Outlook sent messages not in Sent Items, and not delivered, they disappear
Some of our users are experiencing this
They compose a message and click SEND.
A few hours later they hear from the intended recipient no message was ever received.
The sender checks his/her Sent Items and sees no record of the message.
I check Exchange (2007) Tracker logs and see no record of the message.
It's as if messages disappear into thin air.
I know this is true for internal email, but i do not recall instances for external email.
Clients are mostly Outlook 2013, with only a few 2007 and 2010. We are in the process of upgrading everyone to 2013.Have you personally verified that this happens with your own two eyes? I would hope that you're not posting here based on what a user has told you.

Tried to download TV series from ITunes. Most ok, but 4 will not download. All I get is: download error. Tap to retry. Repeats over and over. Please help!
If you sync with iTunes on your computer - connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Click on the iPad name on the left side. Then at the top of iTunes go to Store>Check for available downloads. See if the TV shows will download there and then sync them to the iPad.
If you don't sync with iTunes, try signing out of your account, restart the iPad, sign in again and then try to download the shows again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to download again. -
I made some amendments to my colour settings in PS CS5 and now everything prints black and white. Please help me to reset all the settings to default. This was after I tried to implement the steps set out in Real World Photoshop CS5. I stuggele to match the colours of my two screens, the one a laptop and the other a LCD and the printer, even after calibration with Spyder 3. Really lost at present.
Tap Settings / Wi-Fi. Tap the blue circle with an arrow to the right of your network then tap: Forget This Network.
Restart the iPad. Tap Settings / Wi-Fi. Tap the network name again then type in your password.
If that didn't help, try here > Apple - Support - iPad - Wi-Fi Assistant
And try turning off your router for 5 minutes, then turn it back on. Try typing in the password again. -

If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

One of my ex-colleagues has installed a NI-DAQ 6.5 in our system. [And I do not see any other naitional instruments card in the CPU of the computer, may be he removed it] I deleted the account and all his files in the system. When I am trying to install version8.0, its not getting installed and giving me a message that I should uninstall the previous version by going to Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
I tried doing that, but the "Change/Remove" button does not seem to work...[There is no response and so unable to install the new version...]
Any idea how can this problem be solved?
It is a windowsXP operating system with SP2 installed on a machine with P4 processor.

I upgraded someone's iPhone 4 to iOS 5 this morning and then set up iCloud. Before there was only one email account, but it was expanded to two when a new me.com account was added during the iCloud setup process.
The user's Sent Items and Drafts were lost.
Is there any way to retrieve these items from the last backup without having to restore the entire iPhone from the backup that included the lost items?I can't imagine what's happening there, but it might help to run Clear-ActiveSyncDevice, and then configure it again. Unless you already tried it? I know there's not going to be much on the device that needs clearing, but it might reset some flags at the
server end.
