ALL_SDO_GEOM_METADATA not reading updates made to USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA

Question

Hello All,
I needed to change the SRID of my SDO objects that were not correct in the 10g database. I updated the corresponding entry in the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA table. There are some triggers on the update that are still causing an error saying that the SRID does not match. I read about the SRID in the ALL_SDO_GEOM_METADATA table needs to match the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA table SRID. However in 11g, we can not edit this table. How can I ensure that the ALL_SDO_GEOM_METADATA is correct?

You should not use the ALL_SDO_GEOM_METADATA directly, only use the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA.

If you have a spatial index drop it.
update the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA to set the new SRID like this:
update USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA
set srid = your_new_srid
where table_name = 'YOUR_TABLE_NAME' AND and column_name = 'YOUR_TABLE_GEOMETRY_COLUMN' ;
Note both Table_name and Column_name must be uppercase.
update your table geometries something like this:
update your_table a
set a.geometry.sdo_srid = your_new_srid
build spatial index.
Could you show your sql statements and errors you are getting?
