All was well till two days ago; now "You've been signed out"

I was on line with a technician for two hours, did uninstall, re-install, clean tool, upload log files and still I get this message. So far no response from technical support; so what happens now?  This seems to be a  known bug but no cure has been found. Help Adobe, you're still taking my money!

If your iPhone isn't responding and is displaying a screen indicating you need to connect to iTunes, you may find the following article helpful:

  • HT4623 i reset my login two days ago, now I can't remember it and my Ipad is disable and I was told to connect to iTunes

I reset my login on my ipad two days ago, today I can't remember what I changed it too. My Ipad is disabled and I was told to connect to ITunes

    1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
    2. Connect USB cable to computer
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost.

  • Downloaded Yosemite two days ago; now we can't log back on to our computer. We've reset username and password and are still unable to use the computer.

We've had our Mac for 8 years, with so so satisfaction.  Two days ago we downloaded the latest version of Yosemite, and now we are unable to access our computer. Right after the download, it was working fine--it was when we shut it down for the nigh and then tried to boot it up again that we ran into trouble. We can't get past the log-in screen since our username and password no longer work. We tried resetting both, but still nothing. We've used the same username and password since we got the computer, and we've NEVER had trouble with it. Now we can't even use the Mac at all, and I don't know how to troubleshoot it since there are no options on the log in page.
    Thanks!

  • My iPad won't load web pages, even though it was working fine two days ago.

Up until 2 days ago I had no problems with my iPad 3.
However now it will not load any web pages at all (Using Safari). In order to get it to load web pages I either
have to reboot or turn it off and then on again. It then connects but only ever to one page at a time.
I don't understand what the issue is since it was fine before. It is not my Wifi network as it works fine on
    other laptops.

    Try this:
    1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
    2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

  • I have a Twitter account and two days ago when I try to sign on it times out, says server taking to long.

I have been unable to access my twitter account for two days, when I log in it will not connect, it tells me the server is not responding and it times out, all other pages I use are fine, I can't even get to the page by searching and going into page that way.

This is from article on device with multiple computers:
iPod shuffle and iPhone are intended for use with a single computer. You cannot load music from multiple computers or iTunes libraries onto iPod shuffle and iPhone like you can with other devices.

  • Firefox 4 was functioning well until two days ago. Browser will not open to my home page and tool bars do not appear. Was able to find toolbar but "back" button does not work. What changed?

Firefox now opens to a blank page and the word Firefox appears in upper left hand corner in orange. It, apparently, contains a drop down menu. I can navigate from here but "back" button does not function in any website. How do I get it back to where it was previous to this change?

You can change this if you don't mind peeking under the covers into Firefox's about:config preferences editor.
    (1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
    (2) In the filter box, type or paste newtab and pause while the list is filtered
    (3) Double-click the browser.newtab.url preference and enter the desired value:
    (i) Page thumbnails (default)
    browser.newtab.url = about:newtab
    (ii) Blank tab
    browser.newtab.url = about:blank
    (iii) Built-in Firefox home page
    browser.newtab.url = about:home
    (iv) Any other page
browser.newtab.url = full URL to the page
Press Ctrl+t to open a new tab and verify that it worked. Fixed?

  • I download iTunes and it says it did not download correctly. It was working fine two days ago. I am on Windows 7.

For some reason, starting yesterday, I tried to open iTunes and it said that it had stopped working and that I needed to uninstall then reinstall it. I did that and each time I have reinstalled it, it says that it was installed incorrectly and to please reinstall.

    Many thanks.
If that's the only message it's giving at the moment (it's not also giving another mentioning a specific file), I'd try the following document first:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

  • With the last update two days ago, when you load firefox the top half of the screen is burred and the middle is an black box....why, how can this be fixed

I started firefox and it said it was downloading update. After the download the screen came back with the top half blurred and an open black box in the middle. What happen? Is there a fix?

This could be caused by an incompatibility between Firefox 33 and your graphics card/chipset drivers. Please disable hardware acceleration as a temporary workaround. Step-by-step directions in this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1025438
    Does that work?

    hello
The problem appeared two days ago is that I can't open my mail app. everything was fine and functional. Now I double click on the icon and it does not respond. it receives mail and I can see push notifications on the mail icon but when  I try to open it is no use. OS Y 10.10.2 (14C1514)

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.
    Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Restart the computer. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. Any custom stationery that you created may be lost. Ask for instructions if you want to preserve that data. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.
Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
