"Allow Smoothing" turned on by Default?

Question

Is there a way to have the bitmap option "Allow Smoothing"
turned on by
default for all imported image types (PNG, JPG)?
I'm importing a lot of images at once, and it would be nice
to have this
turned on for all that come in. Thanks.
