Boom Beach is listed as editors choice at the App Store. There has been an upgrade recently and the app is not terrible. I would like apple to revisit their listing it as an editors choice. How do I notify Apple?

Already did both. Players of the game are complaining in huge numbers. They have a forum that is filled with complaints and the App Store reviews are also reflecting player concerns. You should see it! Developers seem interested in quick cash which will cost them in the long run as most current players who do spend some money but not huge amounts are quitting and complaining everywhere that they can on the way out.

Yes if you go to http://store.apple.com/ on the top right under the search it will say "Account" or your first name. You will click or tap that and you will click "check order status" sign in. After you do that in the middle by the order date and number it will say "print invoices" and as long as your item(s) have been ship you will be able to see and print your invoice receipts. you can view items purchased in the last 18 months.

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

My outlook account was recently hacked and they have changed my passwords, secret questions and my information meaning i am unable to access this account. I have the hacked account set up on icloud for all of three apple devices. I have been reading online that to change or delete an account i need to login, or turn find my iphone off which i cannot do without the password!

If you are trying to recover photo stream photos, they are only held in iCloud for 30 days. All you would be able ro recover is photo stream photos from the last 30 days.
If you have an iOS device that still has the photo stream photos one it, you can save them to the camera roll by opening the my photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Once in the camera roll, they can be imported to iPhoto on your Mac as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

Thanks Kirk and Thomas....I did appear to have a kernel panic.   The contents of the panic are shown below.   I used disc permissions repair on the internal and external drives and all seem to be ok.     iPhoto is completely rebuilt and all is well there.    I use Time Machine and a dedicated hard drive for its contents.   Been using Macs since my original computer....a brand new Mac II.....this is a new experience. - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

Often when plugging a device into a computer (which has not been discussed if this has ever happened) one will be given the auto play option of transferring photos/data from the mobile device to the computer. Did you ever transfer the photos from your device to a computer?

Check to see if Premiere autosaved your project. Open Premiere and start a new project.
File Menu > Project Settings > Scratch Disks
The last entry is 'Project Auto Saves'. See where this is pointing on your computer. If you are very lucky, Premiere may have autosaved your project from before and you'd be able to find it and open it that way.
Otherwise, you won't be able to recover a project that wasn't saved.

Did you go through the carrier to get it unlocked? If not, and you hacked it to unlock it, then when you updated, it relocked to the original carrier. You will need to contact the carrier to get it unlocked.
