Iam getting below error when am using publication to send doc to personal email.
Please advice me to find out the solution, thanks in adavance...

Hi,
This error messgae occurs when the 'Edit Objects' right is missing for the published reports.
These are the rights required to schedule a publication :
1. Login to CMC with Enterprise Administrative account
2. Navigate to Users and Groups >> Top-level security >> All Users
3. Add the required group/user facing the issue > Advanced > Add/Remove rights > General
4. Grant View objects and Subscribe to objects
5. Navigate to the folder where publication is there > User Security
6. Add/Remove Rights > At General level grant following rights:
- Schedule on behalf of other users
- Modify the rights users have to objects
- Edit objects
- Copy objects to another folder
- Schedule document to run
- Schedule to destinations

whether need to update any MP ??

If any suggestions , it will be good to resolve this

You are probably installing on a hardened machine.
The "installation guide" says that if you are doing so, you need to create a file named libx11.so.4 and update your LD_LIBRARY_PATH (see http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/messaging/ims52/ig/unix/overview.htm)but:
1- the library name is libX11.so.4 and
2- for jre a common file is not enough, you need to install SUNWxwplt at least. This will install the library on /usr/openwin/lib.
You can check the results running <server-root>/bin/base/jre/bin/jre

Are there any other errors in the stack. Upon starting the server does the Quartz piece initialize OK - you'll see it when starting the j2ee container

I am on BO 4.0 SP05 Patch 6. Webi reports are just showing processing but not giving results. When I try to create new report it is throwing java security error.
Tried applet patch upgrade(From link : https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000902752013E) for webi certificate but didn't help.
Please suggest what could be done.

We've run into a new error message here today:
an error was encountered while loading the image
It appears when we try to load a recorded project. It occurs on both the cp-file and the backup file.
It's on a windows 7-machine.
Anyone encountered it and knows what it means?
is the project lost forever?

Hi there
Hmmm, it may be related to Windows 7, but let's check the obvious stuff first.
Where exactly is th project if you locate it using Windows Explorer? Is it found on your local C drive or is it found on a network drive?
If it's on a network drive, please note that Captivate has never worked well with projects being edited while they are on network resources. So the first step in this case (assuming that's where the project is) would be to move the project file off the network and onto the local C drive. Then try opening again.
Assuming the project isn't on a network, all still may not be lost. The next thing to try would be to create a new blank project sized identically to the one that seems to have gone south. Then click File > Import > Slides/Objects and see if you can import the content from the errant project into the new.
And if those steps fail, it's likely time to restart from scratch. But depending on what you have done so far and how you have done it, you might be able to salvage some of it by playing back the content (assuming you have published it during testing) and record what you are playing back with Captivate.
Best of luck to you in sorting things. You should also consider filing a Bug Report.

I upgraded to iOS 5 on my 3GS without any issues but now everytime I connect to iTunes the message ' iTunes was interrupted while restoring the contents of the iPhone. would you like to restore the phone again now? with the options of cancel, continue restore and delete back-up. what happens if i click delete back up?

I'm not getting the message anymore!
What I did:
1.- Went to preferences in itunes/ Devices --> erased the corrupted backup (there were two backups)
2.- Upgraded to iOS 5.0.1
Done!
PS: Maybe upgrading solves the problem without erasing the corrupted backup

Hi Experts,
Kindly can you advise on the following issue. We are getting the error message "update was terminated" while cancelling the billing document using transaction code VF11.
Note: The accounting document associated with the billing document is not posted and also note that we have done a check with the Basis team who has confirmed back stating they are seeing the udpate error for the user " ". The log says that the update was terminated because the user was trying to enter some duplicate records into the database.
We could observe that the cancellation document is not created and also we have confirmed with the FI that they still continue to have the billing document open in the customer balance statementu2026

Check if that billing document is there in VFX3 . If it is there then try to clear it from there and then try to reverse it.

I am lworking in PA module, I have loaded the master data successfully, while loading th transaction data in 0PA_C01, it is taking too much time, when i debgug I am getting below Exception :-
The exception 'CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along
the call hierarchy.
Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
adequately responded to, the running ABAP program 'SAPLRRMS' has to be
terminated.

BO 4.0 : JCoException while scheduling the webi report

Hi,
We are in BO 4.2 patch 8.
We have 35 webi reports. These report uses SAP BW as data source. We are using DF to fetch data from SAP BW.
We have manually configured the RFC destination for JCO connection (as mentioned in SAP notes - 1638647).
Reports are getting scheduled successfully. But sometimes some webi reports fails with the following error message.
Database error: (CS) "Java Exception : java.lang.RuntimeException:com.sap.connectivity.cs.java.drivers.DBDError: [Data Federator Driver][Server] [Connector 'Sales_BO_New'] SAP NetWeaver BW has reported an exception: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (112) RFC_ERROR_REQUEST_CANCELLED: connection with handle 3 closed
after cancel (remote system is PBI|BILPBI)" . (IES 10901)
This is in intermittent issue. If anybody faced this issue, then please let me know your feedback.

- Manual refresh work fine
- scheduling works most of the time
- but sometimes it fails with << SAP NetWeaver BW has reported an exception: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (112) RFC_ERROR_REQUEST_CANCELLED >>
You might want see if you can isolate a particular document causing the problem, or determine if it's related to using certain refresh parameters

it says Find out from the JAVA application or the JCo traces which JCo Server was cancelled and restart the server; in the J2EE Application Server context, JCo Servers are often started via the Service JCo RFC Provider

BI Publisher: Issue while scheduling the report/query to be executed daily

Hi,
We are using Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.6.3 and while we schedule a report(RTF Template) we are facing issue.We use bursting query and when we select option to execute immediately it runs fine and sends notifications,it also executes when we schedule it to run Once but fails when i schedule the report to be executed DAILY .

The query does not includes any RKF, CKF any complex calculations. as I said before also query is based on MP which is designed on a single Cube. There are no such navigational Attributes used for selection, Number of records are not more than 300 on that particular selection parameter
there is only one info object which is creating issue & it is a master info object. If i am restricting this info object in the query & then executes the query , it gives the error msg also i put a variable for input parameter, & there I restrict the value, then also query executes with an error msg
But if query is not restricted with any value for that info object then query executes with in a second.
