Änderung Format von Mail Anhängen

ich muss täglich PDF Anhänge an LotusNotes User senden. Hier kömmt es dann leider sehr häufig vor, dass die Anhänge beim archivieren durch den Empfänger unwiederruflich verschwinden.
Kann ich die Einstellungen in Mail ändern, dass alle Anhänge automatisch auch als Anhnag mitgeschickt werden?
Denn der Fehler tritt immer dann auf, wen die Anhänge im Mail dargestellt werden und nicht als Anhang.

Sehr geehrte Forumsnutzer,
liebe Supporter,
ich bearbeite gerade für einen Kunden ein pdf, für das er den Wunsch hat, dass ich einen Button einbaue, so dass der Benutzer dieses pdf gleich an ihn abschicken kann.
Dazu habe ich eine Schaltfläche in das pdf eingebaut mti den geänderten Eigenschaften:
- sichbar aber kein Drucken möglich
- nur Beschriftung
- Aktion auswählen (bei Maustaste loslassen, Menübefehl ausführen)
- Aktionen:
Datei > Speichern unter... (Gibt es hier kein normales speichen?)
Datei > An E-Mail anhängen...
Nun erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung nach dem Speichern:
"sendmail kann nicht mit Ihrem Standart-E-Mail-Client kommunizieren. Wählen Sie eine andere E-Mail-Anwendung aus"
Wenn ich als meinen Standart-E-Mail-Client "Mail" von Apple wähle funktioniert es, allerdings auch in der E-Mail und nicht als Anhang. Vielleicht ist das allerdings auch das Standart verhalten von Mail - was ich nicht sagen kann, da ich es nur testweise nutze.
Stelle ich auf mein sonst normales E-Mail Programm "Thunderbird" (V. 6.0) um bekomme ich wieder oben genannte Fehlermeldung.
Ist das Problem behebar?
... was ich so weit im Forum gefunden habe, ist dass Adobe Mozilla Produkte nicht unterstützt ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/480776 ), ist das immer noch so?
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Ich hoffe auf eure Antworten.

Gibt es keine deutsche Forum für Acrobat? Ich habe kein Antwort an Ihre Frage. (Mein deutsch ist auch nicht ganz so gut.) Vielleicht haben Sie mehre Glück mit eine deutsche Forum.

Dreamweaver CS 5 - Online upload von Datei-Anhängen über Formular

Hallo liebe Mitglieder,
wie kann ich ein Formular so erstellen, dass der User online nach seiner Eingabe z. B. ein Lebenslauf oder ein Foto anhängen kann?
Dazu müsste er in seinen eigenen Dokumenten browsen können, um die richtige Datei auswählen und an das Formular anhängen zu können.
Ich hoffe, mir kann jemand weiter helfen!

Dazu muss der Server PHP/ASP usw. unterstützen bzw. entsprechende Funktionen über einen Flash oder JavaScript Uploader anbieten. Das hat mit reinem HTML nix zu tun. Klar kannst du ein entsprechendes File Input Formularfeld hinzufügen, nur wenn der Server es nicht verarbeiten kann, nützt dir das nix... Für Dateidialoge ist auch in Browsern das Betriebssystem zuständig, da muss man nix tun.

Ich habe eine App.-Store-Karte, die sich nicht aktivieren läßt. Bei der Mail ans Support-Team sollte ich die fotografierte Vor- und Rückseite mit an die Mail anhängen. Sorry, aber das anhängen bekomme ich noch nicht hin :-((

Apple refuses to help because I think your problem is to do with MobileMe and MobileMe will only be available until the end of June this year and then your sites will be gone if you have published here.
Look for alternative hosting now before it is too late. If you don't move from MobileMe now, then your websites will be lost come the end of June this year.

Probleme beim empfang von mails mit anhang

Hallo, ich nutze das mail Programm von Apple. Ich habe folgendes Problem. Werden mir mails mit Anhängen (doc, pdf, xls.jpeg ...) gesendet und ich öffnne mail, bevor ich meine mails zuvor im t-online-e-mailcenter geprüft habe. so werden diese mails nie angezeigt, sie sind einfach verschwunden. und zwar auch im e.mailcenter von t-online. D.h. hole ich mit mail meine neuen e-mails ab so kann es sein ,dass e-mails unbemerkt verschwinden. hole ich die e-mails zuerst im e-mailcenter von t-online ab und lese sie, so sind diese auch danach in mail auf apple als gelesene e-mails vorhanden. Leider trifft dies nicht für alle e-mail, sondern nur für manche zu. Ist diese Phenomen bekannt und gibt es eine Lösung dieses Problems, da ich gerne mit mail arbeiten würde. Miba

Adobe Distiller PDF anhängen

Hallo zusammen,
ist es möglich, mit dem Distiller ein PDF aus Word zu erstellen, und danach ein weiteres Word Dokument dem ersten PDF anzuhängen? Append heisst glaube ich die Funktion. Es geht uns darum, aus mehreren Word Dokumenten 1 PDF zu erstellen. Es MUSS aber über den Drucken Dialog funktionieren.

Wir können nur den Weg über den Drucken-Dialog gehen, liegt am Dokument und einigen Funktionen innerhalb (Makro usw.). Meine Frage war ja nur:
Kann der Adobe Drucker per Append Dokumente an ein PDF anhängen. Das kann mittlerweile jeder simple freie PDF Drucker, leider in einer schlechten Qualität. Das Problem, und das ist mir bewusst, ist, dass wir zwingend über den Druckbefehl gehen müssen.
Dasselbe Problem haben wir auch bei einer ISO 9001 Anwendung, die Daten innerhalb von Frames im Browser darstellt. Wenn wir hier das Add-in von Acrobat verwenden, und den Frame auswählen, wird trotzdem die ganze Seite konvertiert. Hier ist auch die einzige Möglichkeit der Druckbefehl, der wiederum aber nicht anhängen kann.

ich mache meine Datenauswertung mit DIadem und habe das Probelm. ich würde gerne mehrer Kanalgruppen in eine Kopieren, kann aber bei Blockoperationen->Daten anhängen leider nicht auswählen mit welchem Kanal und Zeile er anfangen und enden soll. Nur das Ziel kann ich wählen.
Muss ich da die Einstellungen ändern?

Das Durchführen einer Serienauswertung ist sinnvoll, wenn Sie mehrere
gleichstrukturierte Datendateien auf die gleiche Weise auswerten

Sie können Dateiladevorgänge innerhalb von Skripten auf zwei unterschiedliche Arten durchfürhen:

Beim zweiten Befehl ist es sinnvoll zuvor die Serienauswertung in der
Diadem Skript Konfiguration zu aktivieren. Diadem erstellt somit im

Pfadangaben für Ihre Files vorgeben können.
Vorschlag:
Alle Dateipfade in der *.lst Datei vorgeben, per Schleife auslesen
(wieviel *.csv Dateien sind vorhanden) -> programmatisches
Einlesen/Laden der Daten ins Datenportal und Weiterverarbeitung durch
Diadem Script Prozeduren.

Its possible to give html tags in the body internal table thereby make it a rich user interface. For html you may need to use document type as HTM.

Ich möchte Daten mehrer Messungen nacheinander in ein .dat-File ablegen. Mit DataSaveAdd werden meine Daten nicht an die bestehenden Kanäle angehängt, sondern neue erzeugt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, an schon bestehende Kanäle Daten anzuhängen?

also Julia hat recht, denn der Befehl DataSaveAdd hängt die angegebenen Kanäle hinten bei der Messung als neue Kanäle an.
Zu deiner Frage Julia:
Beim Laden der ersten Datei erfasst du dir zum Beispiel so erstmal die Anzahl der Kanäle...

Wenn du dies Teile sinnvoll verschleifst, kannst du viele Messungen nacheinander anhängen.
Achtung:
Das Script funktioniert nur sicher mit dynamischen Datenkanälen (wegen ChnExpand) und hängt die Daten aller Kanäle aneinander.
Wenn du nur ausgewählte Kanäle aneinander hängen möchtest, musst du das halt in der Prozedur dann berücksichtigen.

Cannot get formatted e-mail signature

I am using the current version of Thunderbird e-mail. I tried using a .htm file for my signature but the font formatting was not held properly. Then I tried creating a signature within an open new message, but when I highlighted my name and selected a different font for it from the drop-down menu, the font did not change. So, I cannot figure out how to get a properly formatted e-mail signature to use.

Charter is my provider. For some reason the port got changed. I tried deleting my account and reinstalling it manually and rebooting a few times until I found the incoming mail server port was different than my laptop in Outlook. I changed the port to match my laptop. I didn't do anything with the outgoing mail server port. It seems to be working. It lags my laptop by several minutes when retrieving e-mail. Not sure if that is normal.

You really have no way of controlling how the email will look on someone else's computer. I find, with email, the simpler the better. Block paragraphs (no indent on the first line) and an extra line between paragraphs.
If you want formatting control, I'd recommend using a word processor, printing to PDF and sending that.

DECODING MAIL FROM WEB SERVER IN PLAIN TEXT FORMAT(THE MAIL BEING SENT BY LABVIEW APPLICATION)

I have a labview application that send mail every hour automatically.
But actually the mail has to be decoded from the web server(by another application).But now when that application decode the data in the mail(that is send by labview application)its getting some funny characters inside that can not be detected by the decoding application
(When open the mail no problem.)But actually our goal is to decode the mail from the web server.
Why the extra characters are appearing when decoding from the server?Is it because of the HTML format?
Is there option to send the mail in plain text format(not like attachment)?
In outlook we can change the setting (tools->options->send->mail sending format->....here we can set as HTML format/Plain Text format)
Like that at the sending time can i chenge the sending option as plain text format in my labview application?

No, no, smercurio. This is charcter encoding here. In older versions of LabVIEW you could specify what character encoding to use when sending an email through the SMTP VIs. But that gave problems since people in certain locales used certain characters that where not transfered right when the wrong encoding was specified, and that encoding stuff is not understood by most people at all, so the wrong selected encoding was rather the rule than the exception. In newer versions of LabVIEW do the SMTP VIs handle the encoding automatically based on the currently used locale on the system.
This change is documented in the Upgrade Notes of LabVIEW and probably happened around LabVIEW 7.1 or 8.0.
A decent mail client will recognize the encoding and convert it back to whatever is necessary before presenting it to the user. The OPs posters server application obviously isn't a smart mail client but probably just some crude text file parser that has no notion of proper mail character encoding and how to deal with it.
I would suppose that there is a chance to dig into the SMTP VIs itself and try to manipulate or disable that encoding altogether in there but that may open a whole can of worms somewhere else. The proper way would be to process the incoming mail by a character encoding aware mail client before passing it to the text parser. On Unix setting up something like this would be fairly trivial.
