Any games for Kin Two ?
I just received my Kin Two phone today and while I like it, it has NO preloaded games and I can't seem to find any games for this phone, however, Customer Support tells me there ARE games you can download for this phone. Does anyone know what games you CAN download for it ? OR is there a website that you can download games for the phone ? Ready to return it if there isn't =( Thanks for any info =)
Sorry, you were misinformed. There are no games for the Kin. Another short-coming of Microsoft, who designed the phone to be targeted at the teenage and young adult audience, and didn't even include games (among everything else they got wrong, when the phone was a smartphone and even when the firmware was re-written as a feature phone). They truly have a failing marketing department and should take a lesson from apple or google. Or even Verizon! apart from their decision to force data plans on the phone that was targeted for the younger audience..like they expected parents to afford/consider data plans, or for the Kin even to compete with the iPhone, Blackberries, or Android phones, and i guess even these days, the windows phones.
But rants aside, i'm sorry it is a deciding factor for you to return it, but i hope you find a phone that you will be satisfied with.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

Hello. Has anyone tried any of the cases for the Kin Two like the Body Glove? I'm pretty notorious for dropping my phone. I can't imagine a case wouldn't interfere with the sliding qwerty keyboard but wondered if anyone has tried a case.

PamI received my new case from AccessoryOne last night (2nd link below). I had seen this case on Amazon for only $4 or $5, and then went directly to the Company website and the same case was only 99 cents there. Bought a full screen protector as well for 99 cents, that covers the entire screen and not just the display area. Shipping was $3.95 or so. I had read on this forum where a few people had tried cases from Amazon and said they were fine, but I didn't see where they gave details on which case they bought. First impression? You get what you pay for !! The second I opened the box, I thought...yuck..this case looks CHEAP. The rubberized plastic feels good in your hand, but it's a cheap plastic, and no padding on the inside of the case to give added protection. I bought the lime green, and it looks like a kiddie case. I have a lime green "SwitchEasy Torrent" on my Itouch, and that's a beautiful case. But that's a $35 case. This one from AccessoryOne is just cheap looking. Well what do you expect for a case for only $1. The case fits, but it's not designed well, and causes a lot of friction when you try to open the phone. It opens, but there's friction because they didn't leave any space between the top part of the cover and the bottom part. I thought maybe I'd use the top part of my black Body Glove case that I bought through Verizon which is designed really well (1st link below), along with the green bottom cover from AccessoryOne and create a funky combo case. The lime green looks cool with the green theme on the Kin Two, BUT....that combo case lasted about 10 minutes before I took it off as it just makes the phone look cheap. So the Body Glove case is back on my phone. While I thought the Body Glove case bulked up my phone too much, now that I tried an inferior cheapo case, I appreciate the Body Glove case a lot more. It has a nice texture to it and feels good in the hand. While the texture and grippiness feels nice in your hand, it does make it a little harder to slide into your pocket. The bottom of the Body Glove case is lined with a padded velvety material protecting the back of your phone, and giving it a little padding, and the top cover of the Body Glove case is designed very well and doesn't interfere AT ALL when you slide your phone open. It's actually a lot easier to open the phone with the Body Glove case rather than the phone with no case as the phone is slippery. Someone on this forum said the Body Glove case for the Kin is $12.99 at the Verizon store, but I ordered it online at Verizon for only $7.44 after my Employee discount. Full price online was $9.99 . When I just checked now online at Verizon, the case is coming up for $19.99. I wonder if they offer accessories at a discounted price when you are going through the process of purchasing a phone online. I really prefer to go case-less with phones, but I'm just too clumsy for that. I was looking at my Brother's Droid yesterday, and said HEY....is that a Body Glove case? It had the same texurized material that my Body Glove case is made of. He told me that it was a Body Glove case, and he tried several cases from Verizon and he thought this one was by far the best.

Whenever I am browsing the internet or playing a game, the battery is dropping by 15-30 % daily. I am able to use only 70 percent of the fully charged Iphone battery in this way. ! It is very frustrating with this kind of thing from Apple. Can any body please help me out ! I love iPhone but this prolonged problem is giving me a lot of headache ! Any hellp will be appreciated.
How long are you using internet for? Are you using WiFi or mobile data? Are you watching video on websites? There are many variables that could explain a perfectly natural battery drain. As I said previously you should try recalibrating the battery. My phone used to drain by mid-afternoon with little to no use until I found out about recalibrating. Since then its been fine and its something I do at least once a month.

Immediate lock screen for KIN two?
Does anyone know of a shortcut key that will allow me to lock my screen immediately? The only setting options are 1 min, 5 mins, etc. That one-minute wait from the time I'm finished texting until the phone locks and I can toss it down into my purse seems like an eternity! Anyway, just found out that if you don't like having to enter a pin every time you want to unlock the phone, you can do this:
- Go to Settings and choose Screen Lock.
- Choose Pin & Security and turn Pin Lock on (default pin is the last four digits of your cell phone number - you can change it if you want once you enter the Pin Lock menu).
- Turn Message Display off (will only show "# New Messages" on the lock screen).
- Turn Pin Lock back off.
- Exit out to main screen.
The next time you get a SMS or MMS message and your phone is in lock mode, you will only see the bubble with "# New Message(s)" on the lock screen. Once you unlock the phone you will then be able to go to the full message.
If you like the security of having to enter you pin every time you want to unlock the phone, just leave Pin Lock on.

Why is it that Apple no longer offers games for the ipod classic?
I just purchased an ipod classic and i just realized that I can't find any games for download on itunes. I also have an ipod nano and I know that Apple used to offer games for ipods other than the touch. Now they act like the touch is the only ipod that exists. I'm starting to think i should just return the ipod and go with a different brand of Mp3. My family has been telling me to get a Cowon and now I'm starting to wish i'd listened.

I have looked all over but can't find any games for my ipod. Some older questions from 2010 say that it's under the apps list. Well it's not there anymore. I'm starting to think they don't sell the games anymore. I would love it if somone could tell me for sure, or how to find them. Thank you.

i used to open many tabs in the same page and i move from one to other by mouse but since3 two days the tabs open in the same page normaly but i can't move from one to other when i clik with mouse on any tab it don't open/ do u have any solve for this

i've downloaded some free games for my iphone4 but they are using my internet because they have ads. does anyone know if there are any games that don't have these ads and don't require internet AT ALL?and if i disable my internet connexion, does it help?
