Any ideas about SUBMIT ????please Help

Hallo everybody,
I try all the time to pass parameter to the report via SUBMIT and FUNCTION MODULE
the report has AT SELECTION-SCREEN code which call the screen
" AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR param2 ......"
I wrote additional to the code
" LOOP AT it_main into lv_main.
     write: / '|',lv_main-raufnr  ,
        '|',lv_main-prj_num ,
        '|',lv_main-prj_name,
       '|',lv_main-pernr,
       '|',lv_main-ename .
   ENDLOOP."
to get the result as LIST or ITAB
on the FUNCTION MODULE  I wrote:
DATA list_tab TYPE TABLE OF abaplist.
SUBMIT ZCATS_TIMECOMPARE VIA SELECTION-SCREEN "1000
with s_proj-low = X1
with s_proj-high = X2
with s_period-low = X3
with s_period-high = X3
with s_pernr-low = X4
with s_pernr-high = X5
and return.
CALL FUNCTION 'LIST_FROM_MEMORY'
  TABLES
    listobject = list_tab
  EXCEPTIONS
    not_found  = 1
    OTHERS     = 2.
When I excute the FM and give it the values the SELECTION-SCREEN of my report program coming out with empty fields?
But I want that the Values X1 ...X2....X3 be passed to the report without popoutoing the selection-screen and return  me the itab or list

If cleared items is checked i pass selection screen parameters to memory id's and import them into other program as follows:

    IMPORT p_lifnr TO t_lifnr FROM MEMORY ID '004'.
  ENDIF.

  IMPORT p_fkdat TO t_fkdat FROM MEMORY ID '003'.
