Anyone else using Libsyn, and is it screwed up for them?

Ok, on Labor Day, I finally got in and got
my Libsyn account created, and I setup my options,
and ftp'd my videocast. But when I try and set up
my blog page, it doesn't publish the changes,
and my xml feed is screwed up big time.
It is stuck on the Sept. 4th page, and I have
a podcast that should be dated Sept. 5th showing up.
In "Previous posts", my first post (sept. 5th) is there,
and cannot go forward, it remains as a previous post.
My blogpage,
http://infamousjacksonbros.libsyn.com
is stuck on the "intro" podcast that is the libsyn default,
( no post, sept 4th) and I can't remove it!
FURTHER,
I tried to create an account on their Forum and login
to report my issue, and their Forums are locked!
I've emailed them twice, and I can't get a response,
other than an automated one.
At this point, I know the vodcast file is valid,
I can ftp or http download it fine.
Here's what I'm thinking of doing, since I can't get a response:
i'm thinking of going out today and buying iLife,
and use iWeb to create my blog page and host it
on my own (ISP) webspace, but link to the vodcast
stored on libsyn.
My questions ( and I admidt at being a noob):
1. will iWeb generate my proper XML file for RSS,
so long as I put in the proper link to the vodcast
on libsyn correct? Any tutorials on iWeb I should be
reading , which deal wih not storing accounts on .mac?
2. Will there be any bandwidth issues this way with my
ISP, so far as having the blog on one site, and linking
and subscribing I guess would go from libsyn?
I understand basic bandwidth traffic (from a complete
website on one server end), but just wonder what kind
of spike's will I see splitting the load as it where?
3. Is there a phone #, or another way to contact libsyn
other than [email protected], for those using it?
I can't find anything, and I don't know if creating my
account on Labor Day when they had their server crash
is the cause of account being so screwed up?
Thanks in advance!

I believe they indicated there were issues, but those would be best discussed on their forum:
I would if I could.
Please re-read my post.
Seriously, as many people are out there posting Video Podcasts,
someone must be experiencing issues similar to mine.
