AP Payments using API
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to create Payments for "Multiple Invoices" using back-end.I know there is not public API but if someone has used any private API for "Multiple Invoices" please guide me.?

Hi there, we've found this issue is relating to the Business Catalyst's API.
We do nothing special but
Get the order details from the API
Update the shipping status
Post the order details back to the API
But it simply duplicates payment.
We realise that the issue was caused by the inline payments of that order we've got from the API.
If we strip off that payments. It will fix the issue. But it is not consistent to the API behaviour.
So we need to confirm if it is a proper solution.

You (should) create a A/R invoice first, then you can create a payment based on the invoice.
or If you create the payment first later the invoice you should reconsile the 2 transactions.

Making an order payment using SecurePay and Paypal Standard gateway by API call-Order_PaymentProcess

I'm working at third party system which by API communicate with BC and in short:
1) create an order with specified products for specific customer) etc. at BC account ofcourse (works fine)
2) Make the payment using one of the payment gateway (defined in BC Payment gateway section)
a) SecurePay, or (works fine)
b) Paypal Website Standard (problem)
I found a litttle problem in API call to make the payment using paypal website standard (to be presice in case of Paypal option actually the user should be moved to the paypal website so the system should generate some link i think which will have some data which identify payment for specific order). I tried to use the Order_PaymentProcess (https://worldsecuresystems.com/catalystwebservice/catalystcrmwebservice.asmx?op=Order_Paym entProcess)
call but it looks it can't be done?
Please note the payment with this call using credit card details cause successfully use the SecurePay Payment gateway. Is here anyway who know the trick how to force (and what parameter should be used) to
make the payment using Paypal Website Standard?
And Yes I tried to obtain some additional documentation from BC support but without success (They said they are working at the new version of it... about 2 years ago they said they probably will prepare more detailed documentation ).

I mean is it possible to move the user to the paypal site but in post data set some value which can be handled directly by the BC after making the payment at paypal site, so the BC then could for specific order automatically register this operation after paypal send the successfull payment notification?

The invoice is actually created only when the Order_PaymentProcess call will be finished with success (and the option "emailInvoiceToCustomer" will be set to true).

However, based on the subject of your post, there's one thing I can say: If your key's state changes in a way that can affect the value of its hashcode, then you'll have to remove and re-add that key/value pair. Since the hashcode determines which subset the HashMap searches though to find your key, if your key doesn't have the same hashCode it has when you put it into the map, then the map will search the wrong bucket for your key.
If that doesn't help, please try to provide more concise, formatted code and a more concise explanation of the problem. -
Consuming third party Payment Gateway API from Procedure.

Here is my query.
We are implementing an eCommerce application using APEX in our project.As a part of this, we get the order details from other party in to our system via Secured channel and in an Encrypted Format.Once we import the orders in our system,we process the same and the processed orders are sent for Payment Gateway for Payment Processing.We are planning to process these request at the backend by writing a procedure and calling the targeted API\Webservice in the procedure.
For this we are planning to use the util http inbuilt package.
1)Can we perform the activities like invoking and posting the input to the hosted API and capture the Response from the API using the http util inbuilt package?
2)Do we need to take care at Firewall front of the Test Server?
3)Do we need to concentrate on Port enabling for capturing the response received from the Payment Gateway API.
Request you all to provide the clarification in detail.

The UTL_HTTP package provides a complete client (web browser) interface for communicating with a web server.

3)Do we need to concentrate on Port enabling for capturing the response received from the Payment Gateway API.Not sure what you imply by "+port enabling+". According to the IANA list of well known ports, port 80 is for http and port 443 for https.
If you are firewalled, then one or both of these ports need to be opened, single direction, for the tcp protocol. -
Payment_method_lookup_code in supplier conversion using api
The conversion is from 11i to R12. I am working on supplier conversion using API. The AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG create_vendor or create_vendor_site does not have Payment_method_lookup_code to update into apps. How can i update the Payment_method_lookup_code for a supplier?
Any help will be appreciated.
BhargaviYou could use AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.create_vendor_Site and pass the vendor_site_rec fields along with the following addition.
p_vendor_site_rec.ext_payee_rec.default_pmt_method := 'EFT';
This would create the Default Payment Method in IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL.

Error while signing a document using API
Hello. I'm using API functions to add a digital signature to a PDF document. While signing this document, I receive an error which looks like:
com.adobe.livecycle.signatures.client.types.exceptions.PDFOperationException: ALC-DSS-303-001 Could not sign Signature Field MyField (in the operation : sign)
Caused By: ALC-DSS-303-014 Subject name and the subject alt name missing. (in the operation : getSignerName)
My source code is a straight copy/paste from the SDK Help. I can successfully add an unsigned signature field using API call, but I can't sign it. I can also sign my document manually from Adobe Acrobat Professional using the same certificate.
I'm new in LiveCycle and digital signatures, so it might be some obvious reason that I just can't detect now.

My code is working fine and a request is getting created. But when I try to open the request dataset(object form) for the newly created request, I am getting null exceptions.
If I did not populate the fields that are in the child form application name, responsibility name and security group which are highlighted above, then I am able to view the form with the correct IT-Resource-Instance name after request creation.
So, I am thinking I am doing something wrong while populating child form data in the request dataset.

the client some times doing the payments using the FBZ1 tcode.

Apply credit memo to invoice using API
Dear All ,
my question is how to apply a credit memo to invoice .
I want to make a credit memo then apply invoice to this credit memo , you can check this in the transaction form by creating a credit memo then check application from action menu then apply the invoice.
So i want to simulate this process using API.
i searche and f ound there is API called Ar_cm_application_pub.activity_application but it is not clear to me .
So if anyone know this API and how to use it and any example for it .

I am using SAP B1 Patch level 20 and DTW patch level 13. I am trying to fill in teh template for oVendorPayments. There are a few tmeplates for outgoing payments:
Payments.xlt
Payments_Accounts.xlt
Payments_Checks.xlt
Payments_CreditCards.xlt
Payments_Invoices.xlt
I assume for normal Vendor Payments i would only fill in the Payments.xlt but that doesnt seem to work. For all the other kinds of outgoing payments i would fill in Payments and one of the others Accounts/Checks/CreditCards.
The fields i am filling in on the Payments template are:
RecordKey
BankAccount (e.g. _SYS00000000869)
CardCode
CashSum
DocDate
DocObjectCode (e.g. bopot_OutgoingPayments)
DocTypte (e.g. rSupplier)
PaymentPriority (e.g. bopp_Priority_6)
JournalRemarks
Does this look ok?

Trying to create Organization in OIM 11g R2 using API

I am trying to create Organization in OIM 11g R2 using API's. I able to create a organization with attributes Organization Name and Organization Customer Type but when i am trying to add Parent Organization Name it is throwing me the following error
