API Locations (the answer)

Question

Problem:
In order to use Java for BI development, you need to “introduce” the supporting API files to the Java application.
This note describes how to (a) find the appropriate library, (b) link the library to the jDeveloper application and (c) link the library to the specific java application.
Find the Java API
For example, you need to import the oracle.apps.xdo.template.FOProcessor
Usually, the BI APIs are stored in the generic library JAVA_TOP.
Search for the library. In my case, it was found in I:\windows\oracle\java_top. From Java_top, you can continue the search deeper until you come to the actual FOProcessor class, but Java_top is the entry you require.
Link the Library to jDeveloper
Open jDeveloper
In the menu, click “tools” => “Manage Libraries”
The “Manage Libraries” window opens.
On the left side, click the folder for “User” to highlight it.
At the bottom of window, click the “new” button. The “Create Library” window opens.
On the upper right hand side, enter a unique name for this local copy of the library. (For example, “BI_API”)
Click “add entry” which opens “Select Path” window.
Using the path found in the “Find Java API” step, high light the “java_top” entry and press “select” which returns you to the “create library” window.
Press “OK” to return to the “Manage Libraries” window.
Press “OK” to exit the tools menu.
Library has been linked into jDeveloper and can be included in any specific project.
To add library to a specific project
After the basic project shell has been created …
In the left hand menu, right click on the project name and select “properties” opening the properties window.
In left panel, click on “Libraries” opening the libraries panel.
Click on “add library” button.
Highlight the name of the desired library and click on “add library”

If the mouse clicks something on its own then it looks like you have a hardware problem with the trackpad or possibly the battery that is right underneath the trackpad.
I have read that the battery can swell and that would put pressure on the trackpad.
