Question

Apple I Tunes store charged my credit card on 9/26/13 $1.99,10/12/13 $1.99,10/27/13 $0.99 & on 10/28/13 $20.00.These charges are unknown to me & definitely not authorized.How can Apple I Tune make all these charges without my knowledge? I need credit back to my credit card.Does Apple automatically
charge to whatever credit card is on file that was used to purchase the I phone or tablet? I need to talk to a live Apple Support as this whole ordeal is becoming
so annoying & frustrating & a big waste of my time.It is so vicious for Apple to do this to anybody.

We are fellow users here on these forums. You haven't purchased anything, including new apps.songs etc or in-app purchases, and you've checked the purchase hostory on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list). When purchases are made they will be charged to your account's balance or to the credit card that you have on your account.
If you don't recognise the charges and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption (the contact methods that are available may depend upon the country that you are in)
