You're overthinking this. The actual percent doesn't matter. In fact, it should NEVER go to 0% before automatically shutting down. Just wait until the phone automatically shuts down. What this procedure does is calibrate the battery sensor so that your battery indicator is somewhat more accurate. Doing or not doing it will not affect the longevity of your battery.

I think it might be because I purchase something with my moms credit card to buy an item from this app then I had got a visa gift card and purchase another item from the same app and then I seen I still had money on it so I purchase another item and it said contact apple store support to complete transaction. I am having trouble with my cursor freezing between applications after installing Mavericks. Called Apple on my 3 year warranty and opened a case. They suggested a complete shut down of computer and turning off mouse. Then a reboot and turn on mouse. So far iit has seemed to work. Hope this continues??
Hope it helps others.I think you can solve your problems by removing your AppleID email address from BOTH the Messages setting on your iPhone and the iMessages settings on your Mac.
On iPhone:
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Dissabled
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > touch the "(i)" < touch "Remove This Email"
On Mac:
Open "Messages" application
Click "Messages menu > Preferences
Click "Accounts"
Select your AppleID account
Under the "You can be reached for messages at" settings, uncheck your AppleID email address and your phone number
Then uncheck the "Enable this account" setting
And lastly, ask all of your friends with iPhones to delete all iMessage conversations (blue bubbles) in their entirety.
To test, send a friend a new text using their phone number (not their email address) and watch the color of the bubble. If it's green then you are using SMS. -

I purchased an iMac MC 309LL/A model A1311 21.5" All in one computer on 8/28/11. The computer stated to shut down on me every once in a while when I was working on it. I called Apple customer support and a rep walked me through deleting all of my cache files saying it was the prooblem. She then had me do a re-install with the installation disc. After doing that she said to turn my computer off then back on and the computer would want to run some updates an to let them run. I was told to call back if there were anymore problems. The computer turned on for a couple minutes then shut down again and won't turn back on at all now. I took it to the Apple store and they told me it was the main board that delivers power to the computer and it whoulld cost about $550 to replace. I have had this computer for 1 1/6 year and hardly use it. My tech told me the same thing happened to his. Doesn't this mean the equipment could be faulty?
Who keeps track of how many of these are having the same problem and when should there be a recall. I have always used Dells at work. The one I have is 6 years old and works great. I have Compaq laptop at home that is almost 7 years old. I have never had a problem like this before and I can't believe that I spent$1300 for a computer that crashed after 1 yr 6 months. What's worse is that it is my first major Apple product other than my iPod Shuffle.Sorry to hear of your problem, but any hardware in a computer can fail - that includes the hard drive, the logic board, etc, etc. Fortunately, it usually doesn't happen that soon; however, I've read of hard drives failing within 6 months.
So, since you did not purchase the extended Applecare Protection Plan (3 years coverage), you will need to make a decision to repair or sell it as is. I would always purchase 3 year coverage for an all in one or a laptop because repairs are expensive and at least I'd be covered for 3 years.
We can't speculate on whether there should be a recall or not; these forums are for user to user assistance with technical problems. In your case, there is nothing we can help with since you've already gotten a diagnosis. -
I recently started my apple I'd account and used my wife's bank card for payment info. I then loaded $75 from iTunes gift cards on the account. I was able to make in app purchases, now its telling me to contact iTunes Store support to complete now? Help

If the problem persists, you'll probably have to make another apple id, it wont take off any games or music or apps or anything you've bought it will all stay there, i have two apple id's and i don't have a problem with anything.

Wi-Fi on my iphone4s is grayed out and I think this happened after the update 7.0.4. I tried all possible solutions through apple online support and then went to apple store as a last resort and they turned me down that there is no support in the 2nd year. Only option is to pay 160 pounds and get replacement. When I argued further, they said that if I had bought the iphone directly with them, they would replace me without any cost. This is even more frustrating.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR as its not my fault. If the release of faulty 7.0.4 software is timed in my 2nd year of contract and since I didnt buy the iphone directly from Apple, how is it fair to ask me to pay for replacement. Its not my fault after all.Because you are outside the one year hard ware warrenty, Apple covers for the first year on their dime, if you had a two year contract why not make sure you have a two year insurance on your phone?
Either way as I can see/assume you are from europe you can look at your consumer laws to see if you qualify for anything there, beyond that it isn't the software that broke the device, it's a hardware failure because thousands upon thousands are happy and content with iOS 7.0.4 -

I am trying to update my itunes on my pc. After the download in complete, there is an error message telling me that Apple Application Support needs to be installed for Itunes to work. What do I do?? I've already unistalled and install the download four times and installed WinRAR. Still no success.
