Apps Asking to Log in then Apps exits.
The App ask me to log in to use it. But when I log in It success and in 2-3 seconds I got out of the App. I keep trying But its still the same. I cant play Ski Safari anymore
I had this problem with a different app. It's a known problem with iOS 6.1.1. To get rid of it you need to go onto iTunes and do a system restore. It takes a while but will sort the problem out. Good luck!

Apps asking for id & password, then closes
Several apps on our ipads keep asking for an apple id and password, yet when it is entered the app won't load and it goes back to the main screen. How do I resolve this?
This is occurring on both ipad 2's and ipad 4's. I thought this was only happening on those which had been updated to 8; however, now know it is happening on those still not updated to 8. Those ipads this is happening to were able to connect to the apps before; however this week, this began happening. Not too sure as to why or how to fix this.This is not solving the issue. I have completely reset the first ipad which had the issue and reloaded the apps. It continues to do this. At first, I thought it was specific to those ipads with ios 8; however, yesterday I came across one that was doing this with ios 7.

I have had an iPod Touch 3rd Gen for two years pretty much and the apps have worked fine. Suddenly when I go on an app it appears to launch then just exits. I tried turning the iPod off and on again, but that made all my apps behave like that. Settings and those things work fine still. Should this suddenly happen? I dont want to lose all 204 apps.
- First try resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try downloading/installing a new app
- Restore from backup
- Last, resore to factory defaults/new iPod. this is last result since you will lose app data. -
I purchased my mac Sept 2011 with the latest version of iphoto. Every time I try to do an iphoto update I'm always asked to log in with the name I used to purchase the app. Does this mean that I have to purchase the latest update? I thought the updates were free and if it so, how do I actually update iphoto?
DId you Accept the apps when you bought the Mac? In the App Store go to the Purchases List and press Accept there. Then you'll be able to update. If that's not available then you'll need to contact App Store support.

I entered my debit card for a app latter when I went to update all it asked password as usual then said sign in required took me to page sayin my card has been declined use alternate I don't have alternate but now it won't let me download free apps niether
Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods

Hi, I cant login to the facebook app on my iphone 5 ios 6.0.2. I keep getting an error message saying 'There was an error logging in using single sign on' when im asked to log in again i get a 'session expired' message. This only started happening yesterday. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
I am having the same problem and took the following steps to mitigate it to no avail.
1. I deleted the Facebook app on the phone and turned off Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings.
2. I re-enabled Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings and reinstalled the Facebook app and logged in again. It worked. For about an hour.
3. I completely restored the phone to a previous backup (before the problems started) and reenabled Facebook .... reinstalled the app.... and now it works intermittenly. But it hasn't worked in about 12 hours now (just tried a few minutes ago).
Please advise. -
I just got the 5s, every time in try to update my apps it's asking for a second password to an Apple ID that is not mine-- it asks for mine and then another one pops up after I enter mine .what do I do?

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Hi, Unload to download any apps to my phone. Click buy/free. Then click Install. asks for my password which I input. Then goes back to Buy/Free.
Have updated my phone to latest iOS. Have tried Hard Reset. Can anyone please help. Thank you.Try a couple of these things and see if you have any success.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad. -

Photos app opens then immediately exits
Have upgraded to IOS5 and setup Photo Stream
Now Photos on iPhone opens but immediately exits - see they initial screen for just c0.5sec & no entries in list
Photos are however going to Photo Stream and are appearing on a seperate iPadYou shouldn't lose anything because its all saved on the internet. Since you're using an account. It will all still be there if you delete the app, reinstall it and log back in.
Deleting the app should work, but if it doesn't, you will usually have to wait for a bug fix app update. Every time your app crashes it sends a report to instagram and they try and fix the problem, so the bug fix update shouldn't take too long. -

In-store helper had me double click home and clear out all opened apps and that worked then , but not now.Also, just as a note, I restored my iphone last night, and it has made no difference.
One last thing... On itunes, when i click 'info' on apps that are said to be under my friends account (ie they will only update when he is logged in), it says that i purchased them under my account, yet it won't let me update them. -
When I upload an app, it asks for my password, then says it's incorrect. When I reset it (after 3 tries) and put in the new one, it still says it is incorrect. What am I doing wrong?
I assume that you meant that you reset the password three times. Did you receive any verification that the new password was accepted?
