we need to upload file option in as3.0. (.jpg, gif, swf, ect...) .
How to create this option. this upload file to store in one folder. any refference. sample file. help me

Here's a sample file upload .fla. It allows you to select a folder and then select as many individual files as you like to upload. The .fla calls a .cgi to do the actual file saving on the server, so you'll also need another file on the server to do this work. The second link is to a tutorial on writing a Perl script to do this.

We are working on SRM EBP bid invitation with SRM 5.0.
While creating the bid invitation we have an upload option through which we can upload from an excel sheet the products for which the bid invitation is to be sent at the item level.
Can anyone explain what is the exact functionality of this upload option?
Can anyone have the template of uploading in a excel sheet? We tried to download from the available bid invitation but we got all the info. including the GUIDs in the excel sheet.

CRM 2007 sp 4 Adobe Interactive Forms requirement
We intend to develop an Offline Adobe Interactive form which we are going to pass to Outlook through Groupware Integration to represent a customer visit to enable our sales people to record customer visits whilst in the field
Once the visit details have been saved to the offiline form the data in the form needs to be submitted to our system. From what i can see we have three options for this to take place: by Email / WebServices / WebDynpro-Upload can be used to post the data back to the CRM system.
What are the pros and cons of the three upload options?
Which is the easiest to implement?

Thanks for your replies.
As per your replies, what i understand is : in the form properties, i have mapped the data source to context node (my data node) and pdfsource to (xstring content). And the template source should be mapped to the form name. Is this so?
If yes, i have tried this and i m able to see the form now.
But lets say, if they upload any other form, then this will lead to dump, isnt it ? Since the form template is mapped with a form name.
In wd java examples,. they mapped it as 'View.Form.xdp', i thought that the template soruce is dynamically gets mapped.
Any pointers on this, this would help.

No 'Upload' option in Rules Manager

Hi All,
I am trying to edit Decision table from Rules Manager but I am not getting any 'Upload' option in Rules Manager. Hence no rules are getting updated through Rules Manager. Can anyone please guide me through this issue? Is there any role that the user needs to be assigned or any other reason?

I am able to import/export the excel to update the decision table and save it. But it is not getting activated. As on testing it through the Web Navigator, I find the changes are not reflecting there. Also the table is not getting updated in NWDS.

Please refer page 11 of the same where it is said how to update the changes. In that page, to activate the changes they are using the 'Upload' button. So is there any version difference or do I need to assign some roles to the user or is there some other way to activate the changes in the Rules Manager.

Actually we want to update assignment through api, therefore we are using Package “HR_ASSIGNMENT_API.UPDATE_EMP_ASG_CRITERIA”, but there are three procedure with the same name in this package, so how oracle get my required procedure because all of three are different parameters,
I have defined value in the Excel document are below mentioned.
Metadata Type     = UPDATE
Application Short Name = PER
Integrator User Name     = UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT
View Name = UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT
Form Name     = GENERAL
API Package Name = HR_ASSIGNMENT_API

Java Class Upload Option In Portal

In portal under tab database objects-->under schema--> u have an option to create Java Object right.
Could some one explain how to call the uploaded java class from a portlet?

Hi,
note that a portal application has two classloaders. one for the public part (src.api) and one for the private one (src.core).
portal components reside in src.core by default. this means you need to load your jar file to the private class loader.
so instead of dist/PORTAL-INF/lib use dist/PORTAL-INF/private/lib

IPad Photo upload option to iDisk not available

I've searched for an answer but could not find a direct answer to the issue I am facing at the present time. When I select s photo in the iPad's 'Photo' app, all I get for options are; "Email Photo", "Assign to Contact", "Use as Wallpaper", "Print", "Copy Photo". Nowhere do I see the option to upload to iDisk? Am I missing something?

I see none of these problems with the Camera Connection Kit on my iPad 2 and iOS 6.0.1.
Try a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Using AS3 publish option

I'm making questions using CP 4 then when i publish my project i select AS3 option because i need to remove the "Initializing LMS". but when i take my projects through Authorware the Trace Parameters like QuizDone and QuestionsTaken didn't work, whereas it was working with AS2 option.
Is there a change in the trace parameters in AS3 ??
or is there another way to remove "Initializing LMS" with using AS2 option

I'm creating a website for my clients where they can send me a contact form with the usual contact references and I also want them to send me some photographs.

Hi i dont have primary checked heres what ive done
Hi thank youve tried editing all the basic and extended metadata options and so far i have managed to get the key words to show up on one photo at a time with a colour label.
To do this i have to go to the metadata tab on the left add a custom field to the general tab called it keywords to keep things simple lol.
This is the only way of getting my keyword to appear below the photo
However when i try and tag all the photos in the project with the same keyword and label it only tags the last one in the project ive held down cmd /option /ctrl nothing / some of these just tag one random picture with the metadata

why can't I upload images direct in the post and have to use external storage like flickr?
in my message box headder I can't spot an to upload or an option to get an advanced meu
to manage attaches like e.g. in the Toshiba forum.

The help file you linked to is unfortunately a "stock" one from Lithium which we are trying to get altered.
In these forums newer users aren't able to upload pictures directly; depending upon rank the ability becomes available. If you don't have the insert picture button in your toolbar you can always host pictures externally and link to them from your post.
