Asadmin create-domain error

Question

I've very new to the application server software ( don't even know what it does ), I only run into it
because it is one of the requirements for Identity Sync for Windows,
which I need to sync, our Iplanet LDAP servers with Active Directory. I'll appreciate any additional info as well... start up procedure, licensing, etc....
I think ( ?) I need to create a domain in this software to use for installation by Identity Sync. but when I do that, it gives me the following error message.

Ok, got it :)
You were right - the problem was with the domain.xml file. When asadmin creates this file, it uses computer name for some reason, and my computer name contained polish letter, which was the source of the problem. I changed the computer name, and everythings works.Thanks a lot
