2.does it have initialization parameters file or it uses database instance ip file
3. can we decide the stripping fine or coarse for files we add to database

"asm provide an automatic way to migrate an entire database from a set of slower disks to as set of faster disks" ,,,,,,,,what it means by faster and slower disks here

It has its own spfile which it uses.

No that is based on the already existing tempelates of the files. You have no choice to do that.
