Asset Procurement by Credit card

We have the Business requirement where assets are purchased by using credit cards and we want to have Goods receipt to be done in system without PO.
Is it possible?
Thx

Hi,
Try this solution
1. Create Asset Master
2. Create Credit Card Company as Vendor and if required maintain Credit Card No in any of the reference field in vendor Master
3. You can maintain Credit Card No or any other detail in PO Header Text or Item Text
4. Create Po with Accoujt Assignment A
Pl. try

    Hi,
You need to create your credit card as a bank account in your general ledger.
post asset acq with F-90 and debit asset and credit Credit card Bank account.
when you make the payment against that credit card bill, debit your CC bank account and credit either cash account / normal curr account.
In cae you want to purchase your asset using purchase order, create your Credit card Bank account as a vendor and create the PO.
    Do the GRN.
Do the invoice once you receive the CC statement.
make the payment using F-53 to CC vendor code, which will post entry like CC vendor debit and credit bank curr account.
    This will sove your issue.
    Thanks,

  • TS3297 I can't update my bank info for my iTunes account on my phone or a computer. It keeps giving me the out valid credit card info prompt Everytime I try to put the right info in. And it has been very hard to get any help from Apple

I haven't been able to update my credit card info from the one Apple has to the one at the bank with is the one linked to my card. And I have had a nightmare just getting someone to help me. I can't update an app that I actually really need to use. I am losing money everyday this is not resolved

No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic . I can't believe a company with as much assets as Apple can't get a real person to help me sort this out. I had this same problem years ago, and it was the same mess. Whay do I keep doing this? Am I just one of the bovine masses who just have to have an iPhone? Yikes

  • 1099 Credit Card Vendors

We have vendors that are paid via the procurement card that are classified as 1099 vendors. As such new IRS rules state that even though the actual payment to the vendor comes from the bank, we are required to include the payment amounts in the 1099 form. Since these transactions were through the procurement card, the actual vendor related payments are not recorded in SAP.
Is there a method in SAP for handling vendors that are paid via credit card and do not have actual transactions in the system? Also, it is possible to "gross-up" the amount printed on a 1099 form for vendors that were paid directly from SAP (which is included on the 1099) but were also paid with a credit card in some instances?
We are using ECC 6.0 (no enhancement packs) and using basic Withholding (we are not using Extended functionality). For printing of the 1099 we are using transaction S_P00_07000134 Generic Withholding Tax Reporting.

    Brian
    We have similar situation.
We create dummy invoices and payments which do not hit our financials. We have defined posting keys 39/29 and document types YW/YQ just for this and transactions are posted using special GL indicator. We have defined alternate recon account 800001 for actual recon a/c 200001. We psot dummy invoice to vendor which gets to 800001 and then when we make payment, it is reversed balancing the accounts. This account is not  part of our financial reporting.
I am sure, there may be other ways too.
    Thanks

  • Outgoing Payment - Credit Card

    Hi All,
We have a company credit card. With this card, we may pay say 5 different vendors.
Since I cannot find a kind of "deposit" function for outgoing payments, I am thinking of this:
    1. Create a "credit card prepayment" GL account in Assets
    2. Do all 5 outgoing payments from this GL account (ignoring error message about cash flow report)
    3. When we get the credit card statement to pay each month, doing another outgoing payment from my bank account to the "credit card prepayment" GL account
    4. Manually internally reconcile "credit card prepayment account" GL
Can anyone suggest a better way, or does this look ok? The error with cash flow report is odd, as on one hand the amount of money has been paid, but on the other, is still owed to credit card company.
    Thanks!
    Rajiv

If there is a way to use an interim GL account similar to "cheque clearing a/c" for incoming payments, but for outgoing payments, then of course that is perfect!
We are trying to do the same thing but manually (it makes external bank reconciliation easier, as only 1 entry for payment to ccard company as per bank statement).
    I tried to go to:
Banking->Outgoing Payments->Outgoing Payments->select Vendor/GL, tick amt, then click money bag, then Bank Transfer tab.
However, I do not see an option for interim GL account? I can see how to set this up as you suggested, but we wish to make payments manually each time and not using the Payment Wizard. Is there another way of utilizing this deature?
    Thanks again,
    Rajiv

  • Asset procurement-tracking of assets

Please suggest solutions for the below scenarios. I will be very thankful to you for your precious suggestion.
    Asset tracking:
How to effectively manage enterprise IT assets (hardware, software, and infrastructure devices), what IT assets you have, where they are located, who is using them, and how they are changing over time and how we can track them.
Also how to map Critical business issues that IT asset tracking including: license compliance and desktop standards enforcement.
    Scenario-1:
Suppose if you procured 70 computers (assets) for your organization. 50 computers are assigned to 50 people across various locations. Balance of 20 computers are not assigned to anybody.
We have to map this scenario in SAP like:
1.How to track the quantity of assets procured.
2.How to track the quantity of assets assigned to particular people, where they are located and which computer is assigned to whom.
3.If we want to transfer computer from one location to other location how it will be mapped and how we can track (just like in an IT organization environment).
    Scenario-2:
Suppose if you procured 50 router switch. Out of 50 ports, 30 ports are connected and 20 are free i.e., 30 ports are assigned to 30 users and 20 ports are not assigned to anybody.
We have to map this scenario in SAP like:
1.How to track which port is assigned to whom.
2.Track how many ports are connected and how many ports are not connected.
    Scenario-3:
Suppose if you have taken 50 user license for SAP. Out of 50, 25 users login was given and they are utilizing their login. For other 25 no login was provided.
We have to map this scenario in SAP like:
1.How to track number of users utilizing user license and how many are not.

    Hi,
    1) You need to have both material code and asset master for procurement. While creating PO fill account assignment as A, and give the Asset code.
    2) In j1id, under Mateiral and chapter ID combination , enter the material code, plant, and declare as Asset. Then system will automatically takes care of availment of 50% CEnvat this year and rest in the next year.
3)GR is asusual and Invoice Verification also.
    Reward if useful.
Create Asset code from Fi. and Create PO with Acct assgmnt cat as"A" then enter the Asset code in the Item detail tab of the PO as Asset no,do the GR.
And Also following a/c entries will happen in the system.
    During excise invoice verification

    Hi
    Transferring Credit Card Transactions
    Use
The credit card transactions supplied by credit card companies via data medium exchange are non-SAP data. You first need to transfer this non-SAP data to the SAP system. You can start the transfer of the non-SAP data from Travel Management using the Credit Card Clearing function.
    Prerequisites
    ·        Credit card requirements
    ·        Data file requirements:
    ·        The credit card transactions must be provided in the data file in a fixed data record that has been specified by SAP. Some of the credit card companies that provide these data records have been certified by SAP AG. This provides you with the assurance that the files are supplied in the right format. If the credit card company you use is not certified by SAP, you are responsible for ensuring that the data is provided in the correct transfer format.
You can find more information about certified credit card companies on the SAP Homepage under Partners ® Software Partners ® Software Partners Directory (search for software category Travel Expense Management), or on SAP Service Marketplace.
You can find more information about credit card interfaces and a more in-depth description of the information file on SAP Service Marketplace.
    ·        Customizing for Travel Management
    ·        Process requirements for entering trips
    Features
The credit card clearing report RPRCCC00 (Credit Card Clearing) reads the data records in the data file supplied by the credit card company. The credit card transaction data is already checked at this point. The data checks include:
    ·        Plausibility check of data records with regard to the structure expected by the system
    ·        Assignment of data records to the personnel numbers in the SAP system
    ·        Check of requirements for automatic processing
If the program can assign the credit card transactions to a trip (automatic assignment) and the system is set up to allow this, it creates a credit card document in the trip from the data in the credit card transaction. The program then saves this trip. At the same time, it saves the data record of the credit card transaction with the assigned trip number and the transaction number for the assigned personnel number in the INBEL table of cluster TC in the PCL1 database (storage for credit card trips added to trips). If the program cannot assign the credit card transaction to a trip, or if the receipt requires additional information, it saves the credit card transaction for the assigned personnel number in the receipt buffer (table CCBEL for cluster TC in database PCL1).

  • What fees/costs can you put on a credit card when closing on a home?

I am about to submit an offer on an investment property and would like to know what I can put on my card to get some rewards points. I believe the whole down payment is a direct wire from an account, but what other fees or costs associated with closing on a house can be paid with a card?

  • Views regarding single credit card approach

    Hi All,
We are planning for a single credit card approach for the employee travel expenses and procurement of goods. Thus an employee would be given only a single card from company, for all the expenses. The credit card would be directly paid by the business and it wouldnu2019t be paid by employee.
You are requested to please suggest what are the pros and cons of having a single card against having two separate cards. Would also like to know what implementing issues do you foresee and in future how well the single card would be accepted by users?
    Your views are appreciated.
    Rakesh

From application point of view, In relation to single credit card, please note that if you plan to use the program PRAA for creation of vendor in FI from HR master data and payments then the standard solution only supports one credit card per employee anyway from IT009.
Other than that, if corporate credit card is stored this is taken as default from the HR infotypes or else the credit card data is taken and charged from infotype 0105 subtype 11
check the documentation here on credit card clearing.

You would have to specify that all expenses are paid by company when you do expense and wage type configuration and remember that these credit card receipts cannot then be deleted in case of any problem.
