Assign document (DIR) to organization unit (screen 209)

Hello,
I'm trying to assign a document to organizational unit. Or actually it's document info record (DIR) since using document management system (DMS).
I have made configuration in at the DMS side; i.e. my document type has object NORG with screen 209 assigned to it. I haven't been able to find what is screen 209 since I have no knowledge of the program 7cannot use SE80 then).
However, when I'm creating a document with CV01N it shows organizational unit as a possible entry but doesn't give any help (F4) or doesn't allow to enter anything - when I enter org. unit (existing one) and press enter, the field goes blank.
Is there any experience how to assign documents when using HR transactions, such PO10? Or is there a feature or IMG setting in OM I have to active before I can utilise this documents? I've tried to locate but haven't found any. I don't want to use services for object because of the needs for tracking and statuses.

I m maintaining relationship with Cost center to multiple Organization unit . in infotype 1001.
Means
Cost centre X   & Org.Unit A B & C
X -
> A     date required is 1999   to 31.12.9999
X-------> B    date required is 1999   to 31.12. 9999
X -
> C.   date required is 1999   to 31.12.9999
but if i m doing like this system delimiting to this and not allowing to do this .
but if i change date means 1999 to 31.12.9999 for A
                                            2000 to 31.12.9999 for B
system accepting it .
please tell me , how can i solve it.

Thanks for reply, this is requirement. even B & C sructurely are not same as sructurely . but i have to make relationship with
X (cost centre ) with Both A & B ( Org Unit ) as same date like 01.01.1999 to 31.12.9999

Error during organization unit assignment

Hi All,
I am workin on SRM 5.0 . I am gettin this error ( organizational unit 000000 is not consistent) when i tried assigning users to the organizational unit. I was able to assign users to org units before (by right clicking on postion and assigning it to a org unit) .any inputs would be appreciated

does the user assignment work with using trx USERS_GEN like Ramki suggests?
I would focus to check the settings in the Org Model;
Check the Org Unit by calling report BBP_CONSISTENCY_CHECK via trx se38.
In the selection screen select "Department" and search for the Org Unit Number
or direcly enter the Org Unit Number giving you the issue. Also select to check all
applications and have a look on the result. The system will tell you, where attribute
settings are missing or wrong and you can correct it.
Also easy elements like missing address information could give that error.

For an Organization unit, unable to assign Business partners in devlopment box

Dear All,
For an Organization unit, unable to assign Business partners in development-box , when i click on assign button
its navigating to organization unit only (choose relation ship)
But for production system i can assign the BP with out any issue
Can u please suggest us, do we have any settings to chose the relation ship as position...

Vijay,
There should be some relationship attached to those BP. Select any BP for which you are getting error, go to trx BP --> Open that BP --> then go to "RELATIONSHIP" tab and check. If entries there, you can delete those realtionship and try again.

while configuring intercompany billing I am not able to assign the Organizational Units to the Sites.
I am in retail system and maybe here I have to do something else before seting up the intercompany?

How to assign changed organizational unit to person

Hi Experts,
we moved some employees from one organizational unit to newly created one in tcode PPOM_OLD.
In PPOM_OLD i created new unit ,assign position then assigned employee
But when i see in PA30 the organizational unit remains same.Even when i observed in PA0001 table i can see two entries for one employee number the old entry is with organizational unit where as new one doesnt have organizational unit at all
Please guide me how can i do changes.

Go to transaction code- PA40
Enter the date -
Select the action
Execute the Action.
Select the Reason for Action
Change the position number
Change the personnel area if required.
Press Enter and save the record.

Organization Unit and assignment plan

Hi Experts,
I am using function module RH_OBJECT_CREATE to create Organization Unit and now I want to do assignment plan for the created Org units.
I am using function module RH_RELATION_WRITE for the assigment plan. But could not able to do the assignment.
Can some one please let me know what other function module I can use to do the assignment plan?

You can try by calling the function Fodule
'RH_UPDATE_DATABASE' immediately after RH_OBJECT_CREATE and RH_RELATION_MAINTAIN.

Hello Experts,
In CRM, is there any way to add Users/Business Partners to Organizational Unit programatically? OR will it be manual process(PPOMA_CRM) in all landscapes(DEV, QA and PROD) ?
