Assign Script to Call List Business Context

Hi,
I am battling to find a method to assign an Interactive Script to a call list programatically.
the standard method of achiving this is:
1. Transaction CRMD_TM_CLDIST
2. Expand the desired Call List in the left pane
3. Click on the "Business Context" option in the left pane
4. In the right pane, click on the "Scroll" icon (Add IC Winclient Script) and select the script to attach.
This process updates field SCRIPT_ID in DataBase table CRMD_TM_CL_CMPGN (which is linked to Entity Type CRM06189).
I have traed and searched for an FM of Class/Method to perform this programmatically, to no avail - any assistance is appreciated.

Easiest method to achieve this is as follows.

Select the communication medium as Call.
Select the interactive script which is visible field after you select the comm medium.
Assign the target group in campaign and execute.
It will create the call list with the script.

    (scenario: activities planned are made for BPs and later manager has to assign them to call list for agents to execute)

    or maybe do you know if it is possible for an agent to find pcal activity on BP and make a call from this activity?
    I couldn't find the same calling functionality in activity as I have in call list workspace.

  • Integration of Interactive Script to Call List

    Dear Experts,
    I have assigned an Interactive Script to a call list
    Via Outbound dialer the call was placed
    BP was automatically confirmed when the call was answered
    but the assigned script was never launched
    also when i click on the Scripts Work Center only the initial screen was shown where all the available scripts are shown in the dropdown
    I was expecting that the script will be automatically launched once the call is placed and BP is confirmed
    can any one throw some light on it

  • Call list assignment in IC Web and SAPGUI

    hi,
    does anyone know why i can't seem to "view" the call list assignments in IC web? but it it can be viewed in SAPGUI?
    I have created the call list and its assignments in the portal. When i log into the ICweb, i click n the Call List link, all i see is the dropdown menu for "Call List". In the "Available Call Lists" table, it is empty.
    Have i missed out some steps or did something wrong?

    Make sure that your agent that are using to login into the Web IC is assigned in the call list overview.

    Hi,
    I want to extract the call list and call information for each user assigned ´to any call list in the CIC area.
    I need to extract information like:
    Number of calls
    Calls completed
    Calls posponed
    Business Partner of the call..
    Until now I hava already find some information in tables:
    CRMD_TM_IACT                   Calls        !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      --> CL_PID = ID der Call List
    CRMD_TM_CL                     Call lists
      --> PID = ID der Call List
    CRMD_TM_ASSIGN                 Call List Assignments
      --> BO_EXID = User
      --> CL_PID = ID der Call List
    But I do not find the information about the business partner assignments.
    Does anybody have some hints for me (e.g. BP assignment table or function modules for reuse).

  • Campaing management channel telephony automatic call list

    Dear Gururs,
    On my current project we have integrated SAP CRM 2007 ICI with Genesys.
    From the campaign management we are using the channel "Telephony" and a call list is generated. This call list is syncronized with Genesys and in Genesys we are using the Predictive Outbound to call customers.
    When the current call is assigned from Genesys to an agent in IC WebClient I'm receiving the call list id in CAD (as SAP_CALL_ID). This ID is not used by the Interaction Center to identify the call list (I need it because I have a script assigned to the call list from the campaign).
    Do I miss some configuration ?

  • Problem integrating Call-list's call results

    Dear SAP experts,
    I recently integrated the Call-list and wanted to take it to the next level. I have the call-list, calls, and assignments all set up, along with synchronized connection between the call and it's corresponding Business Transcation.
    I was able to find the SPRO path towards defining call results/rescheduling reasons, but was unable to integrate it in my business procedure.
    A little background:
    I have predefined call-lists defined. I inject calls into them via ABAP coding (triggered by HTTP from my external CTI System).
    For instance, every time a "callback" request occurs in the CTI system, it reaches out to SAP CRM by HTTP request and triggers a call creation and transaction creation. The Agent assigned to the call-list then identifies + makes the call directly from the call list.
    I am not sure what should happen next... Where do the call results come into play?
    Is he required to navigate to the relevant BT (via call list) and record the changes there? or can he record call results directly from the telephony toolbar?
    Any guidance on the subject would be highly appreciate!!!

    Not a setting but a bug that occurs on many Nokia phones, including my N82 with V31 on it. i suggest you try a software update and if that doesn't solve then I don't think there's much we can do about it.

    Can anyone please help?  I want to segment my call list and assign to different agents.  For example, Surnames A-C to call agent 1, Surnames D-H to call agent 2 or alternatively the first 100 records to agent 1, the next 100 to agent 2, etc.
    Is this possible and if so how?

    Hi,
    I would start by looking at the standard program called by transaction CRMD_CALL_LIST. I am not sure that you can segment the call list as you describe but you could just create separate call lists for each agent and then merge them using the CRM_CALL_LIST* function modules.

    I have found what looks like a solution for marketing attributes.
    Marketing attribute in the text field, interactive script
    However, even though I followed this It is still NOT updating the marketing attributes for the given BP.
    Also, I am no further forward in knowing how to add BDC Field entries in the Answer so that we can update BP fields like the preferred communication method etc.
    I would like to hear from you if you have found a solution Muneeb.

  • Assignment of call list to individual agents within the same territory

    Hello,
    I am hoping someone may have come across something like this and can tell me how they solved it.
    We have two different user groups who are both interaction centre agents. We have set up the partner determination procedure to be based on territory for the call lists. There will be a user from each of these groups assigned to the same territory. Is there anyway that you are able to choose by using a characteristic of the call list which of the agents the calls are assigned to baring in mind they are in the same territory?.

    After creating transport. using SE01  Click on the child task an choose Request/Task --> Change task in the menu.
    Your task should be unclassified at the moment.
    then go to change mode place the cursor in the child task then Press SHIFT+F11(display object list).
    Click on New entries button.
    Enter the following values:
    for field PgmID : R3TR
    for field Obj : FUGR
    for field Object name : name of the function group to transport
    Save your entries. and TRANSPORT

    I´m working in a IC Win CLient 5.0 implementation and I need that once the bussines transaction is saved, the corresponding call list is updated ( set to complete ). I already follow al the call list and BT syncronization customizing but still is not working.

    in interaction center, the users can see the call lists assigned, but they can't modify it.
    So, is possible change/delete call lists via WEB UI??? For example add a call at the list, or delete all the call list??

    Starting CRM 7.0 SP4 a lean version of the Call List Management application was developed.
    It does not cover all the functionality of the SAP GUI application.
    Here is a list of features that are covered in this version of the WebUI application:
    - Quick search
            View options: tile layout and editable overview page with assignment block
    - Advanced search
            View options: tree view and table view
    - Creation of new call lists
    - Edit existing call lists
          Update contact persons: When editing a call list, you can update the contact persons. By default, the relationship type Has contact person is considered. Contact persons for whom the Do not contact checkbox is selected, are not added to the list of contact persons.
    The following tabs are available:
    Call List Details
    Execution Progress
    Assignment
    You can create and delete assignments.
    Calls (display only)
    Business context (display only)
    If you are interested in using this lean version you must upgrade to CRM 7.0 SP4, where this functionality has been made available or else you can always carry on with the SAPGUI version of the transaction CRMD_TM_CLDIST.

    Hi..
    Variant configuration is used where you have a configurable material like computer (made up of components like processor, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc). These components are called as characteristics in variant config. Again this will be having values like processor can be either P4 or P3, monitor can be 15" or 17" etc.
    Based on the values selected the variant pricing will happen using the condition type VA00.
    See below example-
    Create a Material - KMAT type with Item category (002)
    Create Charateristics in CT04 - Zbike, where in values mention the Color of the bile like Red, Blue etc
    Create another characteristics in CT04 - ZPrice, where directly go the additional data tab and maintain the table SDCOM and field VKOND (ABAP Dictionary it will ask for)
    Assign these two characteristics to a Class in CL01 - ZBikeclass ( Type 300) in characteristics tab page.
    Then go to CU41 Configuration profile select the material and enter the description click on the class assignment ie assign Zbikclass.
    Now go back to CT04 - enter Zbike -go to values- select Red- go to extras - Other Dependencies - Select Procedure enter in front 10 write - $self.ZPrice='Red' and save
    Now go back go to extras - Other Dependencies - assignments and assign relationship ( by default it will come just save)
    Now select Blue- go to extras - Other Dependencies - Editor - Select Procedure enter in front of 10 write - $self.ZPrice='Blue' and save
    Now go back go to extras - Other Dependencies - assignments and assign relationship ( by default it will come just save)
    Now go to VK11 - Enter VA00 (Condition)(For Std RVA001 Pricing Procedure) - enter variant Red and Blue give the rates accordingly and create the sales order

  • Call List Mangement - IC Web Client

    Hi Gurus,
    We are using SAP CRM 2007. I am calling transaction : CRMD_TM_CLDIST using transaction launcher in IC Web Client with  team lead business role so that I can Split the Call List, Assign the Call List to CSRs and Activate the Call List. When I select the Call List and right click on to view the list of the commands (as of SAP GUI screen) to work the Call List Management - does not shows me any options (such as split or assign or activate). Does any body know, how to get this work?? please help me out....

    Thank you very much for your quick reply and guidance. I know the company which used PCUI - Call List screen, unofficially I came to know that SAP responded this company back saying that, SAP does not have plans to remove this PCUI screen/code from the future upgrades...

    2 corrections:
    1. We are using IE 8.0
    2. Transaction Code CRMD_CLMANAGMENT is not working in CRM 2007, we did the following:
    a) Add URL to the URL Repository (SM30 table = crmv_ic_ltx_url) as BSP Application. Application = CRM_BSP_FRAME and Page = Entrypoint.do
    b) Create Transaction Launcher entry  (CRMC_UI_ACTIONWZ)
    c) Crete Logical Link in (CRMC_UI_NBLINKS)
    d) Call/Add the logical link to NavBar Profile
    e) Add NavBar Profile to Business Role
    f) Activate the logical link in Business Role (if necessary)

  • Automatic Partner Confirmation in Call List Management

    Hi guys,
    There are two possible ways to deal with Call Lists and the confirmation of accounts that are in this Call List. One is that after selecting the account and ending the call, the account will be removed from the call list. The other is, that the account will not be removed, this is done by call list profile NO_AUTO_PARTNER_CONFIRMATION.
    We are using profile NO_AUTO_PARTNER_CONFIRMATION now because it can happen that an employee selects an account from the call list without calling at all. The problem is that even those accounts stay in the list that have been completed, Interaction Record for their planned call gets status completed. This way it is impossible to get an overview of the real status of the call list.
    We are looking for a solution to remove the account from the call list once the status is complete.

    Hi Nuno,
    it seems like this is going into the right direction! I copied the confirmation profile, selected both fields and assigned it to the role.
    I also went to Business Transaction Synchronization > Define Call State Mapping Profile and made the following settings:
    1. Call State Mapping: Call State "Complete" and User status "E0003"
    2. Alternative Statuses: Call State "Complete" and User status "E0007", alternative Status CANC
    3. Status Mapping: User Status "Complete" and Status mapping "completed".
    Unfortunately, the system behaviour has not changed. So when I set an Interaction Record to complete and end the call (all is being done manually by the way) the call will not be removed from the call list. Also, the percentage of progress does not change.
    When I unflag the field "No-auto completion" all calls will be removed from the list once I selected one. No matter if I set the Interaction Record to complete or not.
    I found out that in order to synchronise from transaction to call list an action profile is needed. So I used action profile CALL_LIST_SYNCHRONIZATION and added it to the transaction. However, still the same problem.
    Any config that I am missing?
