meu ipad está apresentando defeito no sistema de audio e me informaram que vou precisar de um mes para resolver o problema. uso o meu ipad para trabalhar, como a Apple nao tem uma solução para resolver meu problema mais rapido. Decepção.

He said he could not do anything for me, because I had to buy a new charger in the city of origin of purchase, which was in Barcelona. Said that the warranty is international, but I was informed that my charger was different.
How to proceed, do not want to use the same charger to avoid damaging the Iphone 5 and am loading only by USB, which is becoming a mess. Please send my answer about this situation and who I look for in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil

  • Expondo a fiação interna colocando em risco de choque eletrico.

    Estou indignado com o atendimento na autorizada da minha cidade.
    Sou possuidor de um Mac Book Pro (s/n : W8926Z3F66D), o qual tive problema com a fonte de alimentação original e comprei uma outra nova maior, a qual antes da garantia tambem teve problemas com o cabo que descascou proximo ao conector, expondo a fiação interna colocando em risco de choque eletrico.
    Observando que esse é um problema que motivou uma nota tecnica (TS1713)  da Apple inclusive  com isso o lançamento do MagSafe 2, por conta dos problemas do anterior , conforme foruns na internet, procurei um suporte.
    Ocorre que ao me dirigir a autorizada UNIVERSO DIGITAL localizada em Fortaleza, Ceará, Brasil, o atendente me informou que eu tinha comprado o carregador em uma loja que não era autorizada, quando na verdade a loja DTECH Tecnologia é uma revenda autorizada conforme consta no site da Apple.  Ressalte-se que tratava-se de um produto original Apple. Alem de que me foi dado um prazo incerto de 5 a 25 dias para o parecer, quando o padrão são 5 dias.
    Achei isso um absurdo,  da parte da UNIVERSO DIGITAL contra o revendedor autorizado, onde no minimo foi antietico, com vista a prejudicar a imagem  da Dtech Tecnologia. Sou cliente antigo e só tenho elogios ao atendimento, a qualidade de produtos dessa revenda.
    Com essa resposta, procurei outra assistencia tecnica, chamada Tecnoagil, a qual foram super educados e prestativos, onde lá deixei para avaliação e troca da fonte de alimentação, em função dos riscos de choques e estado do cabo.
    Assim sendo, agradeço desde já uma providência rápida, pois trabalho no regime Home Office e isso esta me prejudicando. Espero contar com a compreensão para uma resoluçãõ com brevidade.

    O meu iPhone foi para a assistencia tecnica com 6 meses de uso pois ele desligou e não ligava mais. Ele voltou resetando sozinho e voltou novamente para a assistencia tecnica e infelizmente, ele não foi concertado pelo suporte. Hoje, a garantia venceu um mês atrás e preciso de um novo tel, mas pela minha experiencia com o suporte tecnico, não sei se vale apena gastar a grana para um produto que não tenho certeza se o suporte tecnico irá ou não concertar o meu aparelho caso algo aconteça.

    Those were all lies. They are scammers, and were trying to scare you into believing that you were infected with "viruses" so that you would pay them to fix the nonexistent problem.

    there is not hard and fast rule to ask a question. It all depends on your resume and your experience. Stress will be more on your skills that you have mentioned in your profile. Better concentrate on that and brush yourself on the master data.

    Anteriormente descargué la versión de prueba. Cuando se me acabó compré la tarifa mensual de illustrator, me la han cobrado y no puedo utilizarla. En el panel de aplicaciones de Creative Cloud me aparece en la de illustrator "periodo de prueba caducado" y la opción de comprar. Le doy a comprar de nuevo y me dice que ya la tengo pero no está registrada.
    No se que puedo hacer.

    Puedes ir a la página de inicio de Adobe.com, y entrar en tu Adobe ID, y mirar tus programs o productos? Ahí debe indicar si tiene ya registrado la subscripción a Illustrator CC.
    Abre el panel de creative Cloud y en Preferencias comprueba que está usando el mismo Adobe ID con que has realizado la subscripción mensual a Ai CC, si esta ya consta en tu Adobe ID.

    It has righted itself. I am not sure how. But I turned off the Powerbook. And on the MacBook Air, I made sure to change the MAC number to the MacBook Air one.
    I restarted the MacBook Air. Now, the internet radio is working well, no rebuffering the stream every ten seconds.
    And when I turned on the Powerbook and tried the internet this time, I could not get connected.
    I think the bad internet connection on the MacBook Air was due to the fact that the internet was being shared by two computers. Funnily enough, the internet was OK on the Powerbook but was not good on the MacBook Air when I did that.
    So, it didn't turn out to be a MacBook Air problem but an internet provider problem.
    I will keep my fingers crossed that the MacBook Air internet connection keeps working fine.
    I think it's possible to use the internet on both computers simultaneously but the quality of the connection is poor on the MacBook Air when I do that. And when I turn off one of the computers, it is not possible to share an internet connection when I turn that computer back on again. I have to set up the MAC number of that computer again on the nespot site for it to access the internet. But if I do that, the internet quality on the MBA suffers.

    Thanks for the heads up, Rycheman. Finally I have the great flight menu and other on-screen-display features back. I noticed that there are two important drivers missing. One is the Option driver for the 3G/GPS module. I know that it is downloadable from option.com but the latest driver there is version 5.1.32.0. The Booklet came with version 5.1.33.0 which is a tad newer. The second important thing missing is the CSR Bluetooth stack wich adds A2DP functionality and probably some other stuff as well.
    To people reading this and wondering whether the Booklet is right for them, I can tell that it is one awesome machine!  The keyboard is not cramped at all, as some shallow 5 minute "hands-on"-reviews claimed. Size was easy to get used to for me (handshoe size 10 - XL), pressure point is exactly right. Allows very fluent, gliding typing - and I have typed a lot (!) on it. The system speed is absolutely okay as well.
    After using it several hours a day for almost two weeks now I think this is the "best" computer I ever had. Much more fun and versatility than a regular laptop.

  • Cant update my iPod - unknown error - need tecnical help!

    I am using iTunes 7.0.2.16 (latest version), iPod 5th generation (software version 1.1.1), OS: Windows XP SP2.
    The problem is that i cant automatically update my iPod firmware to 1.2 version. When i click to "Update" i get unknown error message (number 23). The error message is not contain information about cause of error, only that its "unknown".
    I guess, its because my firmware is 1.1.1 and not 1.1.2 as its supposed to be, but i dont know.
    So i hope, that you can help me to solve it without restoring my iPod (it will be big trouble with my 3000 songs..).
    If someone knows where i can download 1.1.2 firmware to try with it first, pls give me the link.

    My Ipod/Itunes seems to have the same problem. Downloading other things doesn't seem to matter, but I can't download the update. It always says, could not connect to the iPod update server! It says to check my connection, but I'm obviously connected to the Internet...It does that when I try to restore, or update. Any thoughts?
