But there are number of html files
user can select any one file.
it has to attach and send to the mail id.

Smartform output to pdf and send through mail

Hi,
I am able to save the output of the smartform as pdf file and able to send the pdf as attachment in mail.
But the problems are -
1 - As i have set the field - 'X' TO ls_control_param-getotf.
     I am unable to view the print preview of the billing document and no spool is getting displayed. I want to see the print preview and create a spool and also generate a pdf file.
2- I am using the FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send the mail of the pdf file. But i am getting the message like
    "Cannot extract the embedded font 'FranklinGothalicITCBook'. Some charactersmay not display or print correctly" followed by "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly".
Pls help me in resolving the issues.

I need a solution for Converting script into EXCEL and sending Excel as a attachment to the mail. In my current Program I am getting OTF data from script and converting into PDF using Function module ' CONVERT_OTF'
And sending PDF as a mail attachment using Function module 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' it is working fine but
My current requirement is I need to send Excel as a mail attachment instead of PDF.

Passing data to excel file and sending as mail

Hello Everyone,
I am using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send an excel file as an attachment to a mail id.
But the issue is i have 4 fields in excel vendor, material, material descp and PO number.
The vendor field is of char 10 i need to show all the leading zeros in the excel file.
I.e now i am getting vendor as 88058 in the excel file but i need to show it as 0000088058.
If anyone has come across such issue please provide some solution to it.

It should be an attachment. Your Mac just displays a preview of certain attachments (such as .pdfs) in the body of the message. A PC, for example, will see it as an attached file rather than a preview.
You can save the attachment on your Mac by Control-clicking on it and selecting Save Attachment.

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" has only one useful feature: it deletes itself.

If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Reboot.

☞ Don't empty the Trash. Let MacKeeper delete itself.

When I try to attach my css style sheet Dreamweaver gives me an error saying that my .css file appears to be an .html file and will not attach. How do I fix this so I can attach my style sheet?

I have built a css style sheet in Dreamweaver. When I try to attach it to my html website, it prompts me that my "css file appears to be an .html file and cannot attach". I've tried removing the /* */ as suggested by other forums, but this has not resolved the issue. I was using css style sheets with no problem 2 days ago. Now I get that error message. How do I fix this so I can attach my style sheet?

What does the code of the CSS file look like?
An external CSS file needs to be written in CSS only (no html tags like <html>, <body>, <head>, etc ).
It also must have a .css file extension, if yours has a .html extension it won't work.

You haven't set up the SMTP (outgoing) mail server correctly. You probably didn't enter your user ID and password for the outgoing server. They are needed even though it says "optional".
